I have been with Williams Insurance Group for almost 10 years. Steve Williams is one of the most kind, honest, wonderful men in the city, let alone the insurance business and takes very good care of me. He and the team have gone above and beyond numerous times. This includes dealing with my many many questions, insuring my cars, my first home and dealing with the HOA stuff I was clueless about, my second home, and of course the thing you hope to never happen...a major car accident. There was no business talk - it was are you okay, what can we do, we'll deal with everything else later and then calling in to check on me as I recovered. They're amazing and I just love working with them. It is very difficult to find good personal service where you really feel taken care of in general. I would pay for that, but they have great rates as well so I don't have to :)
