We have used Willans twice now for conveyancing and have been very impressed both times. Most recently Heloise looked after our house sale and purchase and has been amazing! She looked after us every step of the way, keeping us up to date through thick and thin and working with all members of our chain superbly. We were able to manage all possible steps via email and phone calls and required minimal visits into the office only when necessary; which was perfect to fit around our busy work and family schedules. We have used both the conveyancing arm (Steve Diamond) and the will making dept of Willian s Cheltenham and have found both to be excellent. Steve in particular is like a breath of fresh air in the world of conveyancing - someone with a wealth of technical expertise, excellent prompt communication, a practical approach and a very welcome sense of humour. Whilst far from the most straight forward of house moves, this was definitely the least painful from a legal process point of view and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone on the move.

From my experience, a partner in the firm misled me about costs and then lied about not recieving hand delivered correspondence. I understand there are some good solicitors in this firm, particularly in conveyancing, but sadly I can only pass comment on the way I was dealt with.
Very good for all round items. Bought my bungalow through them, done my will and helped me with someone who had borrowed money from me. They are a very helpful staff. I would always go there for help, especially if I can't understand something.
Chris at Willans was a pleasure to deal with. He gave clear and simple advice and did not try to over complicate the issue. As he put it, he didnt want to 'over lawyer it' and then charged a very reasonable fixed fee. Would strongly recommend them.
