I'm an RCIS traveler that has worked for a handful of travel companies over the past year or two. I am currently finishing my very first assignment here with Springboard. I have been very impressed with Springboard in terms of both support for both me as an individual as well as the allied health profession of my choosing.
There is not one person in the company that hasn't absolutely epitomized excellence, in my opiniion, thus far, and I dont expect that to change. You don't see enough of Springboard's style of support for us grunt types out here slugging it out in the trenches with disease, people in suits and healthcare workers from other disciplines that want to suppress our "hire-ability" and scope of practice. They "go to bat" for you at Springboard and that is rare in my experience.
My recruiter (Steve) has routinely gone above and beyond the call of duty for me whether it be for housing, salary, credentialing or anything else that has come up in my personal or professional life. The philosophy of support here at this company must certainly play a role in enabeling good people like Steve to coordinate all involved parties very effectively and in ways that other "travel companies" can't or won't.
I can speak with experience whan I say that such optimal staffing techniques help helthcare professionals like myself enormously in our effort to deliver superior care and services to our patients and clients by letting us focus on our jobs instead of the politics and drama that typically plague our profession and our patients.
