I'm an RCIS traveler that has worked for a handful of travel companies over the past year or two. I am currently finishing my very first assignment here with Springboard. I have been very impressed with Springboard in terms of both support for both me as an individual as well as the allied health profession of my choosing.

There is not one person in the company that hasn't absolutely epitomized excellence, in my opiniion, thus far, and I dont expect that to change. You don't see enough of Springboard's style of support for us grunt types out here slugging it out in the trenches with disease, people in suits and healthcare workers from other disciplines that want to suppress our "hire-ability" and scope of practice. They "go to bat" for you at Springboard and that is rare in my experience.

My recruiter (Steve) has routinely gone above and beyond the call of duty for me whether it be for housing, salary, credentialing or anything else that has come up in my personal or professional life. The philosophy of support here at this company must certainly play a role in enabeling good people like Steve to coordinate all involved parties very effectively and in ways that other "travel companies" can't or won't.

I can speak with experience whan I say that such optimal staffing techniques help helthcare professionals like myself enormously in our effort to deliver superior care and services to our patients and clients by letting us focus on our jobs instead of the politics and drama that typically plague our profession and our patients.

As business partners we can speak to the value and emphasis that the SpringBoard leadership team puts on creating an exceptional workplace environment and culture. It is easy to see why SpringBoard is considered a "Best Place to Work"

We started out great. Now call don't get returned and the only time I hear from my recruiter is when they need something. Current client is aware and knows the travel staff has no support.

My wife has been an employee for two years. As the contact point all I can say is that Springboard has gone far and beyond to help us in every way.
From finding contracts where we want to go to making sure that our Benefits continue between assignments.
I ve been in contact with everyone from our rep to the CEO, everyone s been outstanding and followed thru with everything that has been promised.
Now my wife has been able to just enjoy the job and not the politics that inevitably develop in a permanent position .

If You are considering a travel assignment, do not go with this Company
I ve done a few other travel jobs with other companies in this one is by far the worst.
They made me pay for my own badge, They ve made me send them my timesheet at least five times every week because they constantly lose them, not to mention when I first signed up they lost my Social Security card after I sent it to them twice, they seem to have lost initial contract I signed, sending me another want to sign but low and behold it s different than the initial one.
They do not negotiate pay.
they lied to me about how often you get paid, they ve made me send them my time sheet at least five times every week because they constantly losing them, they ve lied to me about how often you get paid,
nothing is organized, you re left hanging half the time with no answers your questions or you re being ignored by your recruiter If you have an issue.
This company is very poorly managed, on organized, does not care about you as an individual, inconsistent and shady.
I ve heard many other people in the field say the same thing and I regret signing your contract with them

I had a phone interview scheduled with Sean M. O'Donnell. I work, so I had to arrange my entire work day to be available for the interview that was scheduled at 1:00pm. I waited and waited for this Sean M. O'Donnell guy to call and he never did. Obviously, I had to go back to work. The next day, I sent him an email asking him if he needed to reschedule the phone interview and of course he NEVER responded. That is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my time and showing me that you are not a company I want to work for. I am way more valuable than that.
