Signage for arena was atrocious. Parking attendants ignorant. Clear bag policy pretty much kept secret until ladies approached the door resulting in dozens of ladies returning to their cars with their purses.

Anytime I am in the market for a concert I will check this facility first before making the drive into Philadelphia. The commute from the Lehigh Valley north was less stressful than heading south on the PA turnpike. Absolutely phenominal seats for the price & the scenic drive north really was the perfect mind set for a Christian concert.

Excellent once you get inside, but waiting outside for a security check when it is snowing and 20 or so degrees outside and then having them ask you to open your jacket to search you felt like a sick joke. I totally understand security but have never seen it done like this.

Once you finally get inside!! It's fine. Parking lot needs to be marked. So many people were walking around after the concert in the freezing cold trying to find their cars It took us about half an HR . Between the darkness and people that actually we're able to find there's pulling out it was ridiculous and dangerous!!

Saw Disturbed and In this moment there. I was happy to see that big band of bands into a small city. I was surprised they allowed that much fire in a closed in venue. It was awesome! So I thank the venue for putting on a great show. A suggestion to make the experience better for your next metal show is allow moshing and crowd surfing. I understand that insurance can be a pain. Maybe have posts saying mosh and crowd surf at your own risk. I don't mind paying a few bucks more for floor seats if you have to get a buffer on your insurance. Anyway thanks again for the show. If you have a good band come through when I'm near by I'll attend your venue again.

Are daughter got us tickets to see wrestling for her dad's birthday gift. We loved the wrestling and thought maybe there would be more tee shirts and the sizes go from small to XXL which they could carry XXXL and larger. The food prices are nuts there and the drink prices are high as well . We will be back to go to different events again. You could also, put the chairs further apart from each other because, a heavy set lady was on me. We will be coming back again for different events .

Parking was cake... no seat is bad and the beer, wine slushies and cocktails are fantastic and affordable. And they carry Faber...a locally produced vodka that is fantastic. What a fantastic venue.

Went here because it was the only place close to home that had one of the last showings of Ringling Bros. circus. Parking lot was large but disorganized. When leaving the arena traffic patterns were not normal. I recommend making sure you have a GPS going or an app on your phone open and active when leaving if this is not your normal area. Decent amount of seating and rather clean.

Will never go back due to rudeness of employees and trying to buy a souvenir after the show and got forced out. Also the floor seating was very cramped and seats were uncomfortable. Other then that the Trans Siberian Orchestra was awesome.

Just saw Eric Church on Friday April 28. Event was nice, seats a little tight but not a bad view from anywhere. The problems: Outside area is very narrow, with all the concession stands back to back no where to walk. They ran out of food and Beer, and when they did have beer it was warm. Tried to ask employee behind the counter a question and he just blew me off. I would say I probably would not go back to see a show there.

Every other time I've been here this place would deserve 4 to 5 stars. But last night attending the PAW Patrol live experience with my husband and son deserves a one-star rating. We were asked to pay $10 how to park in a snow-covered lot that was not plowed nor salted. We had to walk on icy and slushy snow conditions. If you're not going to plow please don't ask people to pay $10 to park. That's just wrong and rude. I understand we live in the Northeast and we get snow, but you could at least have a little Bobcat out there to shovel the walkway from the parking lot to the entrance or keep it salted. I will be contacting guest services this weekend to complain. This was not a concert, but a family event so why on Earth would you charge $10 per car besides trying to make a killing knowing that they can!

Not kid friendly anymore since they don't allow diaper bags in... How can one take a child in without the essentials... Won't be going again for a very long time unfortunately. Shake me down, wand me, tear through my stuff, but at least let me bring it in. Not right at all.

What a cool show! Make sure you bring a clear bag because you are not allowed any purse or diaper bag in. Food was priced high. A small drink was almost 5$!! But we didn't buy any food. Eat before you go!!!

Went to a hockey game last night and a great time here. The parking is free, the lines to get in moved pretty fast (note, they use metal detectors at the entrance for everyone), there's a Ton of vendors with food, drink and merchandise, the staff is very helpful with finding your seats. The only downside I've ever found is the seats are a little small, but typical to what you'd find at any large arena, on the bright side the 1st 3 rows of seats are padded.

11/16/18. The staff was friendly and helpful with exception of the female bartender in the club section. I was waiting my turn to place an order. The bartender made eye contact with me several times. There wasn't a crowd in the section I stood in AT THE FRONT OF THE BAR so you could clearly see I was next. I must've become invisible as the bartender approached the gentleman who was STANDING BEHIND ME and offered him assistance. We ended up leaving before the game was over.

Security was the worst ever. Wouldn t even let me re enter the stadium to go use the bathroom, it was also 21 degrees outside. The security guard was a heavier set guy with a very disturbing beard, probably should be groomed up. Probably going to never return back ever again.

Terrible!!! My daughter and I arrived in the area of the Arena at 7:25 PM for an 8:00 PM event. "In the area" meaning 9/10's of a mile away from the entrance into the Casino parking lot. The line was a standstill INTO the arena. A casino ...who has been up and running...should by now know how to get people into the parking lot at a quick pace.
People in line were logging onto your Facebook page....complaining about the situation. So despite getting into the area 35 minutes before the concert started - we actually missed 40 minutes of the show. Yes...40 minutes of the show. Do the math....we didn't get to park the car until past 8:30 PM!!!
And...there were alot more people/cars behind us.
Management...if you are listening...the one main problem I saw was that you were funneling cars down into merging lanes over and over....and your parking attendants collected a $10 parking fee up until around 8:30 PM. Ridiculous!!! You have to make more lanes for people to come into the parking area. Once I am on your lot I should not be funneled down once and then twice to get through the parking style to pay your attendant.
I will NEVER attend an event at your casino arena. And truthfully....if I could see what the problem is...WHY doesn't management...and WHY don't you care?
Anyone else reading this review....if you absolutely want to see an event at this arena you need to show up 2.5 hours ahead of time in order to see the venue. Or expect to be dissappointed.
