Awesome service. A friend from Germany was visiting and broke the temple on his 6 year old WileyX RX glasses at the end of his trip.
He didn t know the model number or name so we called them and then send them pictures of the glasses and my address. They send free replacement temples the same day, I received them the next day and my friend is super happy and amazed by this level of customer service. Thank you WileyX

I dont like to give nagative review, but second pair, only lasted 3 months , like the first pair.changing brands.

I was so pleased with the service at WileyX! As promised, when my WileyX sunglasses broke, the pair was covered under their lifetime warranty. All I had to do was send the broken pair to WileyX,. I was given a Return Authorization number, and used it to speak to my customer rep, Rana Leos. She expedited the process and assured me my new pair was on the way. Since the model I originally had was a discontinued model, I was allowed to choose from several styles as the replacement. Thanks so much to Rana and all at WileyX. You have a lifetime warranty, and you have a lifetime customer in me. Dano Weston
