Had to send silicone bracelet back after 1 week of wearing it. My son is 13 but not a rough type of kid....I really do not like the return policy as my son is without a medic alert bracelet now until they send a new one..... They should have better customer service especially when its less than a week old!
I purchased 2 Medic Alert bracelets in June 2019. Both bracelets were covered under a year warranty. Both bracelets ( a silicone band and a beaded bracelet) broke in February 2020. I ve called to inquire about replacements 4 times ( the first call in March) each time I m given a different answer about the return policy. I ve emailed customer service and received no response. Just got off the phone and was told they won t repair or replace my bracelets without me renewing my membership (it doesn t expire until June 21 2020). Why would I pay for a service that I haven t had since February? I paid for a full year last June and only got 8 months of service and use of product. I was told if I renewed today I could pay $50 instead of $60 for the year and get 2 months free. Seriously? Horrible customer service and poor product quality.
