One drink took one hour. It wasn't busy, just inordinately slow and apathetic service. On the other hand, the ice waters had no ice and the beer was expensive.

Nice brew pub with an amazing view of the lake from the patio. Happy hour is only served on a very small portion of the patio in the corner. So if you want a great view, no happy hour for you.

Solid beer selection. Nothing outstanding but solid all around. F-bomb was the overall favorite for our large party of about 20.

Food is a step above your average brew pub as well.

Our server was amazing and made the overall experience even better.

Great location, a lot of potential, slow service and they seemed a bit frantic.

The new chef and crew are amazing. I have to address people s complaint about prices. I have found other restaurants, oswego grill , Stanford s so far and they all have increased prices for several reasons but serious people , they and other restaurants have been closed and have 50 percent capacity also supply chain is affected by covid ... doesn t anyone read or hear the news ?? .. you get to sit outside and go out to eat .. sure there s is a higher price but it s worth it to me to have a great place to go .. OUTSIDE... if you want a five guys burger this is not your place.
I waited for several visits to post and after two years of going to this venue , they only keep getting better . The food is fast, probably a bit to fast for people that like to soak in the lake view and chill but I understand they need to turn the tables . Great beer great food and awesome service .. and you can take your dog!!!! glad your open and I can t wait to try your brunch tomorrow .. I hear the banana bread French toast is the bomb!!!

Went there on a sunny day for a late lunch. We fully expected to have to wait for an outside umbrella table, and were ready to have a beer or two in the bar while we did. Hostess told us we d probably have a 15-20 minutes wait. 40 minutes later a different person came to our bar table and told us if we wanted an outside table we would need to take one in full sun . We got up and left. See all these bad reviews talking about poor service? Believe them

Really cool place right on the lake. Lots of outdoor seating. Very relaxing.

Excellent location. Food and drink quality decent. Waitstaff friendly enough. The patio on the lake is the big draw. Went about 5pm on a Saturday. Expected patio to be busy. All the open tables were in the direct sun so we found a shady place at a long bar on patio with signs saying to go order at the bar. My foot was hurting and about 6 waitstaff were standing in front of us waiting for the rush to hit. I asked if there was any way we could get service where we were. No, so I walked to the bar and ordered food and drink and brought the items to our seats. Being a long time restaurant waiter, bar manager and general manager I thought it was a waste that I was more than willing to pay someone to transport my items and bring water and offered to pre tip them for the service, waitstaff were standing not 3 feet from us waiting for their sections to be filled. Finally my companion asked to sit at a table so we could be served. We sat in the direct sun, we had food in front of us already so we still couldn't get service, I flagged someone down for water and they did bring it but still no one would wait on us. To be fair my companion was annoying. It was such a frustrating experience. I finally walked back up to the bar and paid my bill, left a 25% tip, left a few dollars on the table for the buser. Not feeling the love. Managment oblivious.

I'd read a lot of negative reviews on Stickmen, so with trepidation we headed there this Memorial weekend.

I see what people mean about the decor. The outside area is busy. The bar area is nice. The "restaurant" bit in the middle is under construction and not too pretty (and does echo).

Contrary to other reports, we had no problems getting a table inside (at 7:30pm) and had pleasant enough staff waiting on us promptly (this tapered off as it got busier).

Firstly, the beers. We tried 4 different types. The Pale Ale and the cider were decent enough, but the other 2 were decided 'home-brew' esque. To be fair, they offer samples and are up-front about 'no refunds' once a beer is ordered.

To the food. The skewers are hit-and-miss. The chicken breast & bacon wrapped cheese are pretty good, as was the peppers. The shrimp though is very bland. The stuffed buns are probably the best thing we had. The desserts were decent but not earth shattering.

For 4 skewers, 2 buns, 2 desserts & 4 beers & 15% tip, it was $67. A bit pricey considering we were 'pleasantly full' but not stuffed after that.

Stickmen is awesome. Couple of beers, great onion rings and you've got it. Love the beer, and the lakeside patio is beyond good.

Great atmosphere but the food portion vs price was very disappointing. We ordered the nachos with pulled pork for $12. To our surprise, we received a plate of chips with a small scoop of topping in the center. As for the pulled pork... well, the few pieces present didn't feel worth the $4 up charge. If your going to charge dinner prices for an appetizer, at least make it somewhat comparable. Also, we waited for at least 20 min for the nachos.

First of all, let me say that this is a decent place to just grab a beer and hang out by the water.

Beyond that...there are infinite better options for food and overall experience! Dingy, run-down interior, extremely bland chicken sandwich and chicken salad. Fries were soggy and tiny. Quite overpriced, lackluster fare.

For you "new" parents out there - filthy high chairs and restrooms.

Definitely won't be eating here again.

Food and serving was decidedly average, with little fanfare or wow-factor. Fish and chips looked as if it was frozen and reheated. Took ages to get refills. Water glasses look straight up stolen from an airplane serving tray while out on the patio. Only thing this place is good for is a drink with a view-- if you're hungry, avoid.

Just went there with friends and was shocked when I received the bill. They had added charges on almost all our food items without telling us the up charges. Grilled onions 2.00, sub salad 2.50, cheese 2.00, sub gluten free bun 3.50 (really, for a small hamburger bun), raw onions on burger 2.00. I felt this was deceiving. He did not tell us of the up charges on any of these items. Also, 16.00 for a burger is not cool (that was the price before all the up charges). One of my friends burgers was 23.50. Never going back, disappointing because the view is amazing.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to Stickmen's for drinks and a quick bite while passing time for our 9pm reservation in Lake Oswego Village. Just to clarify this was my first visit here-my boyfriend has been multiple times prior. We walked in and were encouraged to take a seat based off the sign by the entrance. There was a group of three at the bar top tables and a family of three a few tables away from us (so it wasn't busy). We sat at a table near the bar and looked at the drink menu till our waitress attended to us. I later found out our waitresses name was Anika. We arrived a little after 8pm on Saturday, 10/12. We were asked if we wanted to order a drink by our waitress close to 8:15-we placed our drink order and requested a food menu. Shortly after we received our drinks and the food menu. Our waitress was MIA and my boyfriend had to get up to ask the other waitress(whom was cleaning a table) that we were ready to order food. She quickly informed us she was not our waitress but would pass the order on to the correct one. After placing our food I went to take a sip of my drink and noticed there was a dead fly in my drink-I knew it was dead because it was not swimming ;)



Over all and as a first impression I will not return here. The waitress was inattentive, we were not offered water, I had a fly in my drink and it was frustrating to have to wave down or get the attention of our waitress whom hid out in the kitchen hallway most of our time there. I would understand if it was busy but it was not.

Stickmen's Brewery has come a long way since they opened! We hadn't been there in a very long time because we had been getting consistently poor service and the menu wasn't anything to get excited about but we decided to give it a try again tonight for dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing, our server was super nice, very prompt, and got our order perfect. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious. I had the brisket sandwich which was tasty and the BBQ sauce that they bring to the table had many yummy flavors to choose from. My daughter had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with the baked beans and she said it also was very good. My husband had the burger and he said it was cooked perfectly and was really tasty. We ordered a side of Mac and cheese to try and it was so creamy and yummy! Their fries are also really good, they taste double fried, super crispy. Oh, and the beer was also really good, I had the Bees Nees and my husband had an amber beer. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been in awhile, they have upped their game for the better.

Had the Breakfast Burger and the F-Bomb IPA both of which were very good.Had a seat on the outside deck with an awesome view of the lake and all the activities.Service was great to will definitely be going back.

Love the atmosphere (when music isn t too loud). The burgers we had were dry & boring but the beer was awesome!!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst service ever. I just went to Five Guys and got better service and the people were actually nice there, imagine that... you need to do some serious work on your staff and their terrible snobby attitudes.

Limited menu but good food, good beer, great patiio

Just recently visited on Saturday and it was by far my worst experience. I have never had an issue with the location in Tualatin. My server was by far the rudest person I have ever met. We both just wanted a burger medium rare, but they came out medium well. We like pink in our burger. We mentioned this to the server and she said she would have it fixed. She came back with the same two burgers (missing a bite). My wife was not pleased and made a comment to her about it. Even after my wife complimented her pink hair, she snickered at us claiming we're entitled because we're from Lake Oswego (which we aren't). It wasn't the end of the world that our burgers weren't perfect, but the service received was by far terrible. Never eating at this location again until we can come back not having to worry about getting the same server who could care less about people.

Went to their Sourfest which was incredible. We plan to go every year. Parking was challenging but well worth the patience

Great location, especially during the summer on the back deck. I really want to like Stickmen, but have been disappointed with their pricing and portions. Two shrimp on a skewer will run you $3. I've also tried their breakfast, which you receive 1 egg, and an extremely small amount of hashbrowns for around $10 (with bacon and toast). The beer selection is great and the owners are really nice guys. I just wish they could provide a bit more value on the menu items.

Awful service. Showed up to our reservation time that we called in earlier that afternoon only to find out our reservation was not acknowledged. No one even bothered to explain why our reservation had been processed even though they don't take reservations. I have no intention of going back any time soon unless they improve their staff quality and communication.

Excellent beer. Stickmen has a reputation for being a Lake Oswego summer hangout where half the patrons show up by boat, which is fine, but its summertime reputation may mask the fact that they are producing some of the best beer in the Portland area. They typically have close to a dozen of their beers on tap and are constantly rotating. They cover a wide range of styles and are true to the styles. A beer friend and I were recently biking home from PDX at the end of an 8 day beer bicycle tour of the California Beer Country (Russian River, Lagunitas, Bear Republic, Anderson Valley, etc.) and stopped in at Stickmen for the final beer of the trip. The beer we had there turned out to be the best in the whole trip, and our panniers were loaded down with a case of Pliny the Elder.

Three stars for the location and good effort. On Wednesday, not busy but active evening, took 12min for anyone to acknowledge new person sitting down. And over an hour only once came to check in. On a busy night I get it that the service is not top notch but a normal evening should be bread and butter for a restaurant like this and they should be able to handle all customers with ease.

I just had breakfast here, which I understand is a new addition within the last month. It was great, food is simple, coffee is Lilly and strong, quiet/peaceful with good tune tracks.

I found it by.walking over from shop where my car was being serviced and was able to sit and catch my bresth for 1.5 hours not stuck with service station coffee. I can't imagine it will remain as quiet as it was for this Tuesday morning. Big thanks

Innovative and delightful brewing, reflecting well yet also challenging the wildly varying tastes of the Portland beer drinker. There is something for everyone here. Try their Japanese sticks, the barbeque bacon wrapped cheese are a must!

Ahi tuna salad was awful! Told the waiter and he was like "tooo bad"

During the summer this is has to be the best place to eat/drink in Lake Oswego because of the view of the lake

The rest was HORRIBLE!! Soggy cold burger and fries, over cooked AND COLD steak dish. This was AFTER we waited 35 minutes to get our food!! Waitress never refilled water, 85 degree day on the patio..Waitress did take the burger off when we informed her how bad the "meal" was. As if you couldnt tell, hardly anything was touched!!! I've been here before and was great. But this time and the last were horrid! Wont be sending clients here anymore, unless its for a beer and the view.

Food is good, really expensive for what you get though. Service was terrible, our server was grace, she didn't greet us for the first 15 minutes of sitting down. After finally greeting us she took 10 minutes to get our drinks. When we ordered a salmon ceasar salad (with no cheese and sub salmon for chicken) it came with cheese on it of course and was 19 dollars. The same cost as it is with salmon, last time I checked chicken is definitely cheaper than salmon. When I told grace she said, "I dont make the rules." Overall really dissatisfied with my service.

Surprised by the poor reviews..my friend and I hesitantly decided to have dinner here based on the 3 1/5 stars. Usually we're sticklers about that sort of thing, but the view and location on a nice summer day, cannot be beat. We figured, at least we know the beer is good, so why not? I'm glad we decided to order food, because it was fantastic! In fact, our whole experience was. The only thing I might say, is that our server was a bit "one note". Not really charismatic until she brought us our check (likely for the tip), and our drinks did take longer than I would imagine they should for an order of one IPA and one glass of wine. They were incredibly busy however. So, it didn't seem unreasonable. Overall, our experience was great! I am actually taking my husband back this week, to enjoy the location, the food, and the libations!

Their pizza at the Tualatin location is absolutely amazing. Thin, crispy yet chewy crust, tomato sauce that tastes like fresh tomatoes, real mozzarella - real pizza. And cooked in a scorching hot oven like New York & New Haven apizza. They could be the best around.

This place is a joke, worse service in my life. Owner/manager clueless how to run this place. Don't waste your time or money there, wouldn't even deserve one star.

This was a great spot right on the water. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were very reasonable. Large selection of food items and drinks that can please anyone. Interior design could use a little update, but it's cool and older.

I've seen busier places serve much quicker than this place, server had no personality and she seemed annoyed anytime we made a request; napkins, condiments, more water. Burgers were severely over cooked, fries came out cold and appetizers came with our entree and first round of drinks ( 22 minutes later). Would be a zero star if it weren't for the view on the lake. Someone needs to buy this place and run it right. I'll help....

The view from the deck is amazing and it was nice to sit in the sunshine, but our service was painfully slow. I ordered the veggie Benedict and it can sans the avocado. My hubby's pulled pork was spicy, but not very tasty. We finished our beers before the food ever came and since someone else dropped off the food, we weren't able to order another until we saw our waitress some time later. N

Apparently it was our waitresses first day, which is fine, but why wasn't someone helping her? We really wanted to LOVE this place as we have been looking for a nice place to sit on the water. Hopefully they will fix their service problems.

Wanted to sit outside, but there was a 1/2 hour wait. Decided to sit inside by a couple that had just started eating. We were told by the host there was no service there but the couple were getting service. We left unhappy.

The Good: Great Beer. The server accidentally gave me an IPA instead of my honey blonde, and I liked both just as much. I like the pint glasses. I would be fine coming here to only get beer and not expecting anything else.

The Bad: Service and food. Vague welcome by the hosts about where to go... we were told seats were not available, and to wait on the patio. We sit at what seemed like a table, and then were told we could eat here... what? It looked like a table, but yet we were asked to wait for a table. In any case, took about 20 minutes to get drinks. The skewers were all right and small. Pretty expensive too. We had about 8 as an appetizer between 4 people, and it was so-so. Our green beans ended up on someone else's table getting cold, and when the server realized where they were, she picked them off their table and put them on our table. We decided to split two entree's. The turkey club was $12 and came with bargain brand grade turkey on it. Complete disregard to our desire for their not to be tomato on it. Fries were completely cold and tasted ordinary. I couldn't rate the other couples food, but it didn't look that great.

Overall: Only come here to have a beer. It's tasty, but you'll have to wait a bit to have it.

3 hours at a table and not a single server asked if we needed anything. We had to walk to the bar to get anything including eating utensils.

Spent a very nice weekday evening here and the server was very attentive and accommodating. The food and brews were good too. Looks like it will be even nicer when it warms up.

Surprised good reviews...this was pretty darn awful food. Maybe the beer makes up for it. I'm not a beer drinker. The one star is for the view. I had what was supposed to be a Mediterranean salad with couscous, mint, feta, olives, tomatoes. It was way over salted, way overly lemon, probably to cover for too much salt, and about a pound of olives. No rhyme or reason to this salad which wouldn't have been hard to make, but barely edible. My friend had a sandwich which she ate half of and said she couldn't eat anymore, that it was awful. The view was great.

I did not expect to like this place as much as I did. L.O. is not my typical haunt, but we found ourselves passing by and this was one of the few breweries in the PDX area we had never been. They had a long and varied beer list and most of the ones we tried were excellent. The star of the show, though, is the food. Izakaya-style skewers, some traditional, some creative, and every one perfectly prepared. Try to go with a group so you can try them all!

Great place to hang during the summer but the wait staff is horrible. It's has a long known reputation to very very slow service.

Just left from there. We came in for late lunch at 3pm. We got seated but in 15 minutes no one even acknowledge us. No water or we will be with you in a moment. We were completely ignored. Not sure if we will come back.

Location is Gorgeous! And food and Beer was great..but they really need to Step up their service...our waiter didn't check on us for 20 minutes and we had new people join our party and when we had to ask for him...no "I'm sorry we got busy.." he just acted like nothing was wrong...

It was wonderful. Deckded to take my friend out for her birthday. It was her first time and my second to a restaurant since March. The place was clearly practicing safety precautions, everyone was very nice, the beer, service & food we're all great! Highly recommend.

My husband and I went here for brunch this past Saturday and were very pleasantly surprised. We were a little hesitant due to the poor reviews, but wanted to try for ourselves. We had a flight of all their current beers on tap and were very impressed with the selection and quality of the beer. I prefer the lighter beers and a good sour now and then. My husband likes the IPAs and darker beers. Both of us were not disappointed. The selection of beer was wonderful, the service was great and the food was pretty tasty as well. Our server was very knowledgeable in the different beers and was very passionate when describing them to us. I would definitely recommend this place. We'll be back for sure.

I am torn. Beer is great, service for table is worst

I expected it to be good.. It's located in Lake O! But it was better than I expected!! I think it's called the "Brew House Burger". With crumbled garganzola, Delicious Bacon, Crispy onions.. And the classic veggies.. It was amazing!!! The "Sand in Your Shorts" IPA!!! Perfect!!!

Decent beer options and food. Perfect spot for a beer (or two) by the water on a nice day. There are usually enough beer types brewed here that I can find two or three that interest me. Happy hour can get busy, but the service here has always kept up. I wish I was drinking a beer here now.

We visited Stickmen Brewing this past weekend for a birthday celebration. I was happy to see that they were able to accommodate a large party. Overall experience was great. The place has a really nice patio overlooking the lake. Their beers are excellent I liked all of the ones I tried. The food was good too, I felt that the service could have been a little better, but the staff was nice.

We went to Stickmen's Brewing Company last night, and it was probably the worst experience we have had at a restaurant!!! We were seated by the hostess, and nobody came to our table for over 15-20 minutes; by that time we had picked out our food and were ready to order. We put in our order and the waitress left. We waited and waited for our food for over 30-40 min! it was insane, and since it was a Wednesday night they were not super busy, but seemed to be extremely short staffed. Once we got our food, we were even more disappointed. My husband's burger, which he ordered to be cooked "medium" was cooked to almost a crisp. It was so dry that the meat was no longer sticking together. Our fries were so soggy, and tiny that it looked like they were the leftovers of the bunch, and our burgers were totally unseasoned. On top of that, my sister ordered a hummus platter, and a few listed ingredients were left off her plate. The last thing that made upset was that the grilled cheese meal that was ordered for my nephew was never brought to the table, and when we finally flagged down the waitress she said she would go get it. She didn't come back for another 10-15 min, and by that time we were all finished eating, and the poor little guy was still waiting for his food!
Of course, when we received our checks, the gratuity was already on there, and we had no choice but to pay it. We will NEVER come back to Stickmen Brewing Company!!! We arrived at around 7pm and did not leave until almost 8:45! Horrible service and food!

Has a pretty nice view right on the lake. The sliders were pretty tasty. Would definitely recommend paying a visit.

Stickmen Brewing was pretty good! I'm not a fan of craft beers and their menu was top heavy with IPA selections. That being said, I was able to find something to fit my palate. Their new menu is delicious!

Ate here on the Living Social deal. The skewers were tasty. My salmon was excellent as was my wife's steak. Nice view of the lake. Good size portions. Definitely recommend.

Terrible service. Semi-difficult parking BUT a great burger and view of the lake.

Waited for 20 minutes no one came over to help. Waived a waitress down to order and who said she would take our order but she wasn t our server. I let her know no one had come over. We got our food, no one came over to ask how we were doing or fill up the empty glasses of water or get some drinks. Great burger though. Seems like no one was assigned to the table and the other waitress didn t get someone assigned.

Parking was a bit tricky I the building next door. The beer was excellent. The food was awesome. They have a great selection of beer and foods. I was surprised that our bill was reasonable. The service was amazing.

So first of all. $18.50 for an unseasoned hamburger is ridiculous. Secondly I didn't enjoy walking into a place that was closed and having to walk past the kitchen to go outside and then being seated as far away from the view as possible More

This place was fantastic. Has both restaurant and bar seating. Great craft beers and reasonably priced. I will be back for sure!
