Most expensive fast food restaurant ever.

Most expensive fast food restaurant ever.
We had a dinner reservation, and even though the place was half empty, they offered us barstools next to the kitchen. When we objected, we got a table next to the restroom entrance, and the manager's toddler used our bench as playground.
Predictable and short menue, and service that makes the Lucky Bamboo look sleepy. Appetizers were out minutes after ordering, before we even had drinks, and plates were rushed away while we were still chewing.
Mediocre food for the prices, honey in the butter, too much cinnemon in the pate. The duck was almost cold and the sauce had started to dry on the plate. High quality ingredients, but bland taste. And we were done in less than an hour.

Without doubt one of the best vegetarian-friendly European restaurants I have ever been to that also uses more than just salt and pepper in their spices. I think it's some kind of a fusion cuisine. In Boston this is a must go to. Remember to try out their amazing breads.

I love SDLT but really not a fan of this location dining wise. I didnt like their lunch offerings compared to the Natick Lunch menu---no lunch salads?!? They have quite a nice bar and look forward to returning for some awesome drinks/always enjoy their wine list and some bar bites but the service and menu do not make for a good sit down dinner, better off spending more going to Sorellina or treking to Toro or Coppa in the South End

Just fantastic! More than just the food (think L'Espalier on a budget) the service of the staff is what makes Sel de la Terre an outstanding choice. From the moment you walk in the door, you are their guest (some "fancy" restaurants like to make you feel like it's a privilege for you to give them your hard earned money). The staff here doesn't care what is in your wallet, they care about the quality of both the meal and the experience. Highly recommended!
