Just recently visited on Saturday and it was by far my worst experience. I have never had an issue with the location in Tualatin. My server was by far the rudest person I have ever met. We both just wanted a burger medium rare, but they came out medium well. We like pink in our burger. We mentioned this to the server and she said she would have it fixed. She came back with the same two burgers (missing a bite). My wife was not pleased and made a comment to her about it. Even after my wife complimented her pink hair, she snickered at us claiming we're entitled because we're from Lake Oswego (which we aren't). It wasn't the end of the world that our burgers weren't perfect, but the service received was by far terrible. Never eating at this location again until we can come back not having to worry about getting the same server who could care less about people.
