They went above and beyond during my stay. I booked a suite for 2 nights for my wedding. The first night was just my wedding party. The second night they had the room filled with rose petals, swans made from towels, a sweet hand written card, chocolate covered Stawberries, and champagne waiting for us. It was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

I only give them 2 stars because the rooms where clean and the morning staff was friendly! I guess when you book threw a third party they charge you a resort fee. The 2 person hot tub didn't really fit 2 comfortably. No breakfast included the tv was out and to top it of i had to get my husbands help to start the shower because it was stuck. Unfortunately that was enough for me not to wanna stay there again!

Beds are squishy soft, beautiful area and well kept hotel. Lots of selection for breakfast, but it was all low quality as far as the hot breakfast. Waffles were good though and there is plenty of other choices, fresh fruit omlett bar ect. Loved the art in the hallways! Pool was nice, the hot tub was more a luke warm bath... but everything was clean and pleasent, friendly staff. Right across the street from a movie theater.

A very clean hotel with a friendly staff and a good location. Parking is what we expected from a hotel in a location like this. The rooms were quite and couldn't hear other people, only when their heavy doors closed everytime, but that's ok for security to have heavy doors that can't be broken in to easily. I would be staying here again next time we ate back.

Friendly service, nice, clean room and clean pool. Jet on whirlpool wasnt working well. Loved the quaint little square of Wildwood within walking distance, will definitely return with more of the family.

Comfortable bed, clean. My only complaint is the AC. it is not able to be set with a temperature. It is on or off, high or low, hot to cold. This means if it is on, it is on all the time. It won't shut off once it reaches a temperature.

Hotel was nice, we were at an event (Wildwood BBQ Bash) and staff directed us effortlessly to the exhibition room. The staff encountered were cordial. Room was clean. Seating was standard for a event (not too comfortable, not too uncomfortable).

I had a wonderful but all too brief visit to this hotel for a wedding in the area. I had the best night of sleep in my life on a mattress that has left all other mattresses wanting. I'm afraid I'll never sleep that well again. Highly recommend.

Front desk workers were extremely rude. And you can't pull the curtains shut, you only have sheer ones that do not block out the lights from outside, making it hard to sleep, oh and people could look in your room if they are walking by. Great.

Beds were entirely too soft - not a good night's sleep. The sheets were scented which is difficult for those of us with allergies. We expected a tax added onto the bill but were surprised/disappointed to see an additional "occupancy tax" increasing our bill almost $10! The elevator (1) was slow and didn't feel clean. Found the staff to be friendly and informative.

We had our wedding reception at the Wildwood Hotel in Oct 2017 and couldn't have dreamed of anything better! Shannon was seriously the best! She went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy! She also did anything in her power to make our dreams a reality! Chef Brian was also super awesome! He did a special menu for us (pizza and wings!) and our guests absolutely loved it! Also their staff was extremely nice! They all congratulated us throughout the night and didn't mind that our guests didn't leave right away when the reception ended :)
Our guests also said they loved their rooms and the beds were super comfy! And we concur! We recommend this venue for your reception or for your guests to stay!!! Thank you again everyone at the Wildwood Hotel for the best night!!!

Hotel was fine. Nice and cozy off all of the main roads. Beds were nice. Pillows sucked howrver. They were all way to squishy. Our room was level with the parking garage so anyone coming in late at night you would notice. The shower was also too short for me but I am 6 foot 1.

Terrible. Room was dirty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, inconvenient to parking. Advertises as though it has a restaurant and it doesn't... worst of all it's outrageously expensive. Would never recommend it not stay there again. I travel constantly and is up there with a few I would call "rip-off' hotels. Big elite advertisements for motel 6 quality.

This hotel has a lot of charm and the staff has made my stay as enjoyable as possible. The building is very clean and is nicer to look at than your average hotel. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff was super friendly and kind. The big issue is that the breakfast cost an additional $10. The hotel also cost a bit more than a regular hotel would but does not differentiate itself enough from others to justify charging more per room and extra for breakfast when others do not. Not worth the money spent for the stay.

I arrived and the check in process was painless; I had reserved a room online. Kayla and Lynn were super nice and helpful. About the room: I was placed in a room on the 4th floor, which was awesome because the 4th floor rooms have vaulted ceilings. The room itself was huge; you could comfortably entertain 4 people. The bed was also comfortable - and I don't say that lightly - most hotel beds aren't all that great but I got a solid 8 hours of good sleep here. The location is good too. Plenty to do and eat not far from the hotel. The guest WiFi was easy to connect to, fast and responsive. I was happy and impressed with my first stay at The Wildwood Hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

This is located all the way out in Wildwood. It's a decent hotel with a nice breakfast but the staff is not very helpful. We needed an extra hour before we checked out and they said no. We stay at the Hyatt or the Drury in Chesterfield now.

It's ok for a hotel, the price is right for how nice the rooms are. This is where myself and some extended family usually stay when in St Louis. It's a bit of a drive away from downtown but a very area.

Price for 3 day stay too high and you have to pay $10.50+ per person for breakfast. Even gave us a discount. Wasn't worth the price. At least not for our needs. It is a beautiful hotel and extremely clean.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful area. But the rooms are really dated. I am staying here on business and have no USB outlets, the closet door won't stay shut, the keys deactivate Everytime you leave the room. There is no free continental breakfast. They want you to pay 15.99 for a casino style buffet .......there is no casino. If I'm paying 100$ a room I should at least have a bagel and cup of coffee. There are several rooms here and a swimming pool the size of a large puddle. On a good note the staff is nice, very friendly and helpful. If you stay here eat at llywellyns and get a discount when you show your room key. Ditch the over priced breakfast, or add a casino and I'd say four star for sure.

The mediocre $12 breakfast was a mile walk from the horribly decorated room. The staff was just marginally accommodating at check in and didn t bother to produce even a fake smile. The mattress was abhorrent. A virtual torture device. It sagged worse than Julia Child s chin. I would not recommend this hotel to my mother in law. It s horrible and there are a bevy of awesome hotels in Chesterfield only 3 miles away

I stayed one night at the Wildwood after a trip to Six Flags. This hotel will be added to my list of "go-to" hotels. The surrounding area is very charming. There are plenty of shops and places to eat. Each staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. They really made us feel as though we were valued as guests.

Due to covid, the hotel had extra safety measures in place and a mask is required in all common areas. For example, you are required to check in with the front desk before entering the pool area. Also, the normal breakfast offering is not provided at this time. There are sundry items available for purchase if desired.

We stayed in a king room with sofa. The room was just a basic room but it was decorated nice and very clean. The bed was the most amazing part of the room! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It really did feel like I was laying on a huge cloud.
Make sure that you bring your own personal care products. Most of us are used to lotions, extra soaps, shower caps, etc. However, those are not provided (or at least were not in my room).

The pool was a normal hotel sized pool. There was not an overpowering smell of chlorine like some hotels have. One down side was the hot tub was broken (other reviews mention previous issues with this).

Overall, this was a great hotel for a great price. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Very nice in fact my husband and I didn't know it was a best western until after I read the bill. The beds are soft so be prepared for that and the complimentary breakfast wasn't good, but besides that very nice hotel and the rooms are amazing. Very quiet hotel and an extremely nice area.

The room was wonderful. Location was great. However, the service was terrible. The room was so uncomfortable due to the room directly upstairs. They made so much noise and we could not rest. We asked the front desk to get them to quiet down and they did not. I'm sad I couldn't enjoy my stay in the jacuzzi room. We couldn't take the loud noise anymore so we had to leave .

It is the only hotel in the area, but it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfy and clean. The breakfast buffet was priced just right and hit the spot. With a waffle and omelet bar and several other amenities it is something I would definitely recommend. All in all the hotel was pleasant and a place i would go back to.

I've stayed in better rooms at a days inn. The closet door was broken and wouldn't stay closed. The control panel for the AC/heat unit was broken also. Food on the floor(cookies) from a previous guest. Front desk wasn't the nicest from the minute of check in. Apparently to stay in a hotel you have to be from out of town. Not a pleasant experience at all!

The photo shown when looking up address is not at this location. Very hard to find. Located at corner of the street. With a very small 1/4 circle drive. Very little room at entrance when first checking in. The room was not very clean. Various garbage was under the bed. Water pressure in the shower was horrible and no hot water in the evening. Had an ok indoor pool but was freezing. The beds were hard. It was very noisy at night. Doors slamming. The best thing about this place was the gentleman making to order omletes at the continental breakfast. However it was packed with nowhere to sit and no room to get around the tables. It's over priced for what should be a 2 star hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. Nothing bad to say. There are a few restaurants nearby. But most close by 10. Off the beaten path, so if traveling and Highway access is needed it would be out of the way.

My husband and I stayed here March 9th and my neck and back still hurt from the jello like beds. The rooms are extremely dated and have an older smell to them. Despite the beds made for gymnastics we tried to get some sleep around 11:00pm. Unfortunately there was so much noise above us sleep was not possible.

The hotel is definitely on our never stay at again list.

The area is the 1 star. It is a beautiful area and you can walk to everything from the dated hotel. If you don t mind overpaying for an uncomfortable stay because it s close to everything.... it s the place for you!

Stayed here because my daughter got married at silver oaks chateau and this hotel provided a shuttle. It's been nothing but contusion and mistakes from the beginning. The guests were told different room prices, when it should have been in a block. It's been a headache working with them

The staff was friendly and kind the only reasons I didn t give a 5 out of 5 was the block room we were in for the Kennedy-Rodgers wedding at the fox run golf club was upon close inspection of our room me and my wife and our 2month old son stayed in had ants in it crawling all over the fridge a few on the walls and on the desk in the corner, the room looked very dated and the armoire the tv was in one corner looked like it had been chewed up pretty good and the breakfast wasn t free 10.99 the only reason we didn t have to pay for it was cause we were in the wedding party for my sister in law who got married that Friday evening
