Their ribs are so good. The place are Really authentic and the service great

Decent food. Price was not exorbitant, just nothing special. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Wierd that you have to enter your tip right there at the machine the waiters carry.

Great food and atmosphere. The only weakness in service was at the bar. At 1 point 3 servers were waiting for service and she wasn't helping any of them. She clearly was putting her tips from bar patrons first. Our server went for 2 draft beers...got 1 to the table and waited 5 mins for the 2nd.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but the food was awful. I ordered pulled pork with fries and Mac and cheese. None of the food was hot, so who knows how long ago it was made. The pork had no flavor, so it was drowned in one of the only two options of sauce on the table. Mac and cheese had no flavor at all, as well as fries. Salt on table did not come out of dispenser because it was clogged up, probably because of moisture in the air. The blinds next to the booth I was at were broken and covered in dust/mold. There was also a dead cockroach in the windowsill. Again, nice staff, but poor atmosphere and awful food. I do not recommend this place.

This place was awful. Our waitress was more interested in the men at the bar than us. Took 45 mins for drinks to arrive, and then our food was cold. Literally this place is awful. Don't waste your money

Was my birthday, Nice place, atmosphere is pretty good, brisket is very dry , not what I expected the steak my husband ordered was so-so., Only thing doesn t make me feel good is that , the server doesn t know what is out of order until the very last minute.i hate when someone tell me, we are out of ...(salmon ) after I finish my appetizer, and that s fine with the first time, I changed the order to MAHI-MAHI, which is only good dish for tonight, then come over again after 10 mins to tell me ... we ore out for the side of ... Corn ... it just broke my mood .... I refuse to get another side , just give me one side it s fine , don t want u to come over and said u are out of something again.

As we walked in an employee cut us off at the door and didn t even say excuse me or anything. As we were waiting for the hostess to look up and see people walked in, we were talking about the beer on tap as mentioned on their chalkboard sign. This is even a server let us know that they no longer have that someone needs to update it. As we were waiting for our server to stop by, we saw another server dump a plate of food on another groups table. We waited another 10 minutes and never even placed our drink order before leaving.

The place was too slow/empty to wait 10+ minutes to place a drink order.

Great service, over priced food. The meats (ribs and brisket) I chose had about a pound or 2 of fat which made me gag. Their desserts however are worth cheating on your diet.

Although business seemed slow and there were plenty of open seats when we arrived, we were made aware there was a 20-25 minute wait for a seat. As we sat at the bar to wait we saw people being sat who came in after us being sat. When we approached the hostess to see when we would be sat she said oh I was looking for you, which clearly wasn't the case because we were the only ones sitting within her eyesight waiting on a table. After 25 minutes we were sat where we were passed by waitress after waitress. Never will we go here again. We drove down to Carabas and have drinks and food within 10 minutes.

I would stop here again if I was in the area. This place looked a little bit like a tourist attraction and it probably was but the food was excellent and the service was even better.

We travel with our kids and the were made to feel right at home. When we travel we try to stay away from the chain restaurants so we can experience a little bit of the local cuisine. Here we ate alligator. It was an appetizer called "gator bites". My wife and I had never had alligator before so we thought this would be a good time to try it out. Although it wasn't my favorite it wasn't bad either.

Alligator texture is kind of like fatty pork. It did kind of melt in your mouth. We were told it was the tail of the gator. I had the brisket, it didn't fall apart like the brisket I've had in other places but it could have just been the style. It still tasted great.

We did have to wait a few minutes to eat because it was so crowded but it was worth it. I do recommend this place to other families traveling through the area, at least stop and try the "gator bites" if you've never had alligator before.

Everything we had must have sat under a heat lamp for days. Nasty !!!

Todd our Waiter was great. My daughter was having a melt down after being at Disney for several hours. He did everything possible to help with our situation. Explained top items on the menu. Food was better then expected. When we were done my daughter was smiling and happy again

Very vulgar this restauant. Overly expensive food in relation to the quality of the dishes. I have no interest in returning to eat in that restsurante

Authentic is not a word I would use to describe this restaurant or any restaurant in Orlando. I really doubt anything here was cooked low and slow over smoke. Everything was very very salty. I did see multiple microwaves in the kitchen though. This place seems geared for groups, but was having trouble with staffing for those groups, even though the place seemed half empty.

Wanted bbq. Found this place. Glad I did! 90s alternative on the speakers, the food is great, and Jon the Waiter is awesome AF.

Great restaurant on the west side of Kissimmee on 192. Food and atmosphere was great...

It's an ok place. Went we a group of 9 and there selection was good but for 2 of us that are vegeterian we had all.of one option..nachos without the meat :/ I underrstamd its a BBQ restaurant but usually every restaurant I got to jas at least 3-4 options (veggie burger, wraps..etc..)

Excellent snack, very rustic place and with a privileged service. The food came to the table very fast be surprised the size of the snacks is VERY LARGE and very tasty following photos. The front desk clerk is very attentive without mentioning the desk clerk who is a nice person.

We had the Grill mix, Brisket and ribs, Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Half Chicken.
My steak was perfection, the Brisket was so tender and the chicken was huge.
Our server Eric was fabulous and the experience here one to remember. Thanks from the family from Alberta Canada Eric!!

Terrible! Should of known not to even bother with this place with no cars in the parking lot at 6pm.
As we walk in, an employee was blabbing away on her cell phone and refused to acknowledge the 7 of us, even though she made eye contact with me standing 3 feet in front of her. Then she walked off towards the back.
Two servers were walking around that also refused to acknowledge us.
I see the reason why they had no customers, they don't want any.

The owner is a massive problem if only he would listen to the manager and the staff.

We stopped there and have never been there, I had the chicken taco bowl and it was amazing! My kids had the chicken strips, boyfriend had the burger and our friend had the half chicken, so good! Our server was so sweet, she was so good to my babies and was joking with us. Wonderful experience and if I lived here, I would keep this high on my list of places to frequent!

My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we choose this place due to how close it was to our hotel. We sat down place was very clean and smelled amazing. John our server went above an beyond walking us through the menu, very attentative to when we needed refils and extremly nice. I would reccomend this place to anyone ans hope you have john as your server makes this place that much better. Thanks again will be back next time im in the area.

5* across the board. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The food timing was great and we will definitely be back when we return to Orlando.

Great food decent portions solid service with a smile

Good food but atmosphere was unwelcoming, family that was seated next to us seemed very upset that we were seated next to us as if they didn't want to be seated next to black people

BBQ was a little disappointing - small portion of pulled pork on the sandwiches, fatty brisket. Bar was out of Yuengling, mango margaritas. Mixed berry Margarita was weak and not good. Overall very average at best.

OMG, this place is DELICIOUS! The portions are huge so you definitely get your.monies worth. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable about the menu and engaged with our table. They made us feel very welcome! Ask for Erik, SUPERB server!

The best way to describe the steak is aggressively mediocre. It tasted as what you would expect from chain steakhouses. I would recommend other steakhouses all within half a mile.

We ate here 2X while visiting Disney and were very satisfied. We are credible food critics. I slow cook myself extensively. We had very good ribs, fantastic pulled pork, baked beans, broccoli, cole slaw and yes, good mac and cheese. We both were very satisfied and look forward going back for more. We met another visiting couple there and were talking to them before we entered the restaurant to sit. They also stated that was there for their second visit and stated food was very good. Service was very good both times we went.

Takeout disaster:
Sent to bar to order, sat 10 min prior to being greeted by bartender, who first greeted another couple, that arrived 8 min after we did.
She took part of our takeout order, only to stop us midsentence, and take the other couples drink order, make their drinks, and serve them. Finally returned to us, took our orders, the other couples food order, THEN put everything in the computer. We were offered water "or something to drink", After we asked. I always tip on takeout orders at the bar, is the opposite assumption the reason we were treated so unfairly? After 40 min wait for the food, she brought out half of it, opened the box, promptly told us it was "all wrong", and sat it to the side of the bar. Before returning to the kitchen, she took the other couple's third drink order and made their drinks (mind you, they were already eating food by then). After returning from the kitchen, she offered no explanation, but said our check and the manager would be on the way. Another 10 min, and we left. This was a terrible experience. The place wasnt busy at all, at least 75% empty, so I have no idea what the issue in the kitchen was. But I do know that the service at the bar was abysmal.

I wish I would have been able to log on to my yelp app before my wife and I attempted to eat here. I would have read all of the bad reviews and went somewhere else for sure. I am still waiting for our utensils and a bottle of ketchup. I am not going to waste much time on this so here it goes. Appetizer arrived right before the entres did. Got my wifes order wrong. My Entre was cold and the waiter was absent. Bad service all around. We won't be back and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Sara my waitress was wonderful however for a person who does not know their cut of ribs the restaurant was great but for someone like myself who knows what st louis ribs are vs a regular slab is their getting over on them. A full slab of ribs consist of 13 bones not 8 which i was given after paying for a full slab of St Louis Cut ribs. The brisket was so tough. It was like chewing on a leather belt. The did exchange it for wings which were great and they took 25% off my bill for the inconvenience. They need to do better. They have the potential to be a great restuarant.

I wish I could give 'minus' stars.... Walked in at 9:45pm (closing time 11:00pm, per website). Waited 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged my family and I. A guy rushes by mumbling that they were closed. We walked to our car. Another family walked right in and was seated. When I went back in to ask why we were not seated and the other family was seated, I was given 3 different stories (they didn't seat anyone, the other family must have already been there, and they've had a waiting list all day). I told them that it sounds like a lie and that I would give them a bad review. As we sat in the car to figure out where to go next, two workers came out of the restaurant yelling that if they see us again, they would have us arrested for assault. Point of the story: the establishment is racist. My family and I are black and interracial. The family allowed to be seated was white. So we experienced low key racism (very popular in 2017) AND we were threatened. Grateful we didn't eat there. Who knows what nastiness they would have done to our food. I pray for hateful people.

The ribs were very very good but the mac and cheese needed a little more love I can't wait to go back

HOWEVER
The food was great! The server 'John' made the experience ten times better! Offered best money saving choices. Never had to ask for anything, he anticipated our every need.

Not as good as it used to be, Luke warm food and over priced compared to competitors. Went March 2015 not good they said it was their quiet season and again September 2017 guess what they said it's their quiet time again. I guess the reason for not using the grill.

the truth is the food was not much, I thought I would be better, I ordered a plate with chicken, steak, corn, and shrimp skewer and the verse was not so good. the link is quite empty, personally I did not like it very much.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious! We would highly recommend the brisket and ribs! And if you want a great experience, ask for Vinnie! He was fun as well as very attentive.

Polite staff and amazing food we had to get food box's to take half of it home

I wouldn't know how the food tastes because I've been here almost an hour and a half and only one person at our table has gotten their food.
Edit: Finally got our food and it's absolutely terrible. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich is absolutely bland and full of burnt fat.
Beside the food, the bathrooms are disgusting and management is trying to only give us a 50% discount.

Stopped by on a whim for the evening with a friend. Service was unreasonably slow (5-10+ minutes for waters, 25+ minutes for simple food). Surprised when my friends single Patty flat burger came out. Ordered the BBQ nachos, which weren't anything special, not barbecued in any special way. Might be the area, might be the lack of management presence.

Had ok prices but our server didn't check up on us much. The server don't remember his name was nice just needed to check on us more. Had the turkey wrap it was good but the honey djon dressing wasn't that good. Fries were ok needed a Lil something on it had hardly a taste. That was the first I was there and will be the last.

The chicken was absolutely AMAZING!!! Great, friendly service and highly recommend giving this place a try. Can t wait to eat there again when visiting the area.

Great food. I had brisket sandwich and baked beans. Very good. My husband had a burger, he liked it a lot. Sevice was friendly and quick. I would recommend this place.

Deliscious texan style barbeque food . Priced right and they have finger lickin buffalo tenders.

Deffently would recommend this place to anyone in the area!! The Smoke Stack is a massive burger and one of the best I've ever had. The Gator appitizer was very good and had a nice crunchy breading on it. Our server Eric was amazing and awnserd all of our questions about the menu and offered up some suggestions.
