Authentic is not a word I would use to describe this restaurant or any restaurant in Orlando. I really doubt anything here was cooked low and slow over smoke. Everything was very very salty. I did see multiple microwaves in the kitchen though. This place seems geared for groups, but was having trouble with staffing for those groups, even though the place seemed half empty.
