Well stocked for a small neighborhood DIY store and really very useful. A really welcome choice of equipment and DIY for the home. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I hope that this point of sale will not be closed because, despite the slightly high prices due to its location in the city center, it helps us out very often, rather than running I do not know where, or ordering on the internet . Possibility also to order online and have it delivered to the store.

My mother has just come back from the shop, this is the 2nd time she has been there in 2 days and each time it was a very bad experience. The first time the salespeople argue in front of the customers, they are not pleasant with the customers, the aisles are narrow. And today the level of friendliness of the seller we will come back. My mom asked them for advice and in the end she had to fend for herself. Thank you to the cashiers who were cordial in the absence of the sellers. Next time we will go elsewhere.

Unfriendly staff, impossible to get reimbursed for a purchase that was wrong, I could only recover a "credit" worth barely 6 months. If I had nothing to buy during these six months I would have simply been robbed, I do not recommend at all!

a lot of choice and quality brands in this Rochefort-en-Yvelines store. The staff is satisfactory, the loyalty card is attractive, the return of products is quick and easy and you can park easily near the entrance.
The staff are friendly. The products are of quality, there is not everything and it is sometimes a little expensive but it is very very practical for the do-it-yourselfers of Sunday who do not want to make kilometers to buy their products.
