It took almost an hour to get our food and 4 out of 5 plates were wrong... and the 5th was missing... and the waiter gave us the excuse that the fry cook was fired. It wasn't too busy when we got there but other than the food being messed up, once it was fixed the food was very good! If your looking to have a couple drinks while you wait for your food, this is the place to go but if you have the kids and want a good friendly family dinner, go up the road to longhorn!
One word- DELICIOUS!! Everything from the$ 2.50 crisp cold fresh draft beer, to the smoked chicken taco salad, the breaded shrimp, to the juicy burger, to the delicious tart key lime pie. It was all divine! The relaxed, family friendly atmosphere was a fantastic end to a stressful day There was great music in the background with TVs everywhere to watch whatever you desire. Friendly, fast service- everyone we came in contact with was so nice I would highly recommend a visit here- there is something for everyone
Very good portion. They can even be shared for two !! Good taste although very much for us Latin. Good attention.
Good food and good service, we where visiting from Indianapolis. Saw the sign and decided to give it a try. Nick our server was great, I got the beef brisket platter. It was good, and the red beans and rice were delicious as well.
Good food, the worse baked beans they have kidney beans in them, pretty disgusting. Great SERVICE!
Ribs, steak, and beef brisket were amazing! Highly recommended and we will return.
Awesome food, great service. Simple menu with delicious choices! It was nice not to be overwhelmed with a huge menu!
This guy Manny. Greatest server ever. Great food. Great customer service. Our uber driver had it and said the same thing. Always great. We tried crab cakes ribs chicken and shrimp and broccoli baked beans Mac n cheese and corn. Only thing was Mac n cheese that was kinda weak but it s sooooo good in every other aspect. So friendly. Love love love
Our waiter was great! He was helpful and professional. The quality of the food had fallen off, imo. My ribs tasted like they were boiled first, then doused in BBQ sauce. The sauce was flavorful not the ribs. Their wings are the bomb! I should have had that for my meal. Greens lacked real flavor rice was very dry. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful. #wings #beef brisket.
The food was good but not the best I've ever had. The over all place was warm and inviting.
Went here after long day at Disney today.
Great prices and filling food. Our waiter was Eric and give this guy a raise, Ive never had service like this before and so close to closing. Great job sir!
Good food, great sauces and descent service and prices!!!! I'll be back!!!!
First time i have ever needed a chainsaw to eat baby back ribs
Tasty food (rins, pulled pork sandwich, burger) for great price. Great service by John who helped provide great choices for the meal, made sure that we had everything that we needed and also gave advice on places that we should visit whilst in the area.
It took my husband, I and my 2 toddlers 15 minutes to get sat, without anyone else to sit before us. There was a lot of dirty tables but nobody was cleaning. People were talking more than working. They didn't offered us kids menus, I had to stand up and get it myself, The waiter Manny was phenomenal, I give him 5 . But the food came completely cold! It was a terrible experience.
Really good brisket. The many back ribs were pretty good. The St. Louis ribs looked better than they were.
Perfect food! Everyone loved their meal. I had the pulled chicken sandwich and I honestly haven't had a sandwich this good in a long time. The bbq sauce wasn't overly smokey and the sandwich was very lean and not fatty. Must visit.
amazing service our waiter took the time to explain the menu and portions sizes telling us which were worth sharing we didn't have to ask for refills on our drinks as I put an empty glass down with in a few seconds a refill was brought out or the empty glass was acknowledged and brought another out quickly heck when we were leaving he even gave us to go cups just so we could have one more refill that to me was top notch customer service.
I got the platter which came with the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. it tasted amazing huge portion size nice smoke ring on the brisket and the BBQ sauce on the table was nice and sweet next vacation I will definitely be visiting again.
Delicious food for $$. If you go to Bahama Breeze you can get twice as big of key lime pie for less money. Even so, friendly staff.
Note to staff, please dust the upper part of the ladies bathroom.
OMG! Deliscious! Best BBQ Ive had since moving from Vegas! Very friendly staff! Our awesome waitress was Asmaa. I was too hungry to take a pic of our food. But I managed to take a pic of the dessert which was fried chresecake We will be back!
This place is awesome and the food is always great.
The food was very good and the portions were very good! The waiter was attentive and the drinks were strong yet great tasting! Definitely will be back!
This place was great! My wife and I frequently visit Kissimmee and always passed this place. One day we decided to try it out and were blown away. The food is awesome and the staff is super friendly. The best BBQ I've ever had.
Great waiter. Great food. Great service. Prices were reasonable also!
This was my first visit and I enjoyed it. I tried their bbq wings which was delicious. I also had their pulled pork meal which I could not eat all of it because I was so full. This place had a great choice which my family enjoyed taking photos and playing with the games.
If I could rate our experience, it would be less than one star. After waiting 15 min for our drinks, we waiting an hour and 15 min for our food. The waiter was very slow and my husband even got up one time to fix his own drink. Our suggestions our to just keep driving by.
Traveled all the way from Kentucky. Service was great and very friendly. Best ribeye I've ever had in my life.
No prime rib, then ordered filet, then told out of fillet, only to be told no, they just need to cut some more, 2 minutes later, they serve my wife's meal, and still no appetizer..........
We walked out, find somewhere else!
Very good food and service. Everything had a good smokey smell and flavor. BBQ sauce was very good as well.
I had the pulled pork plate it was good. Not a lot of smoke flavor but nice and juicy and good for the price. Service was quick but the place wasn't crowded. $2.50 draft beer was another +1. Would come back again if I'm ever in the area. Nice place for a good meal at a good price! Not the best BBQ I've ever had but I was impressed to find good BBQ this far south in Florida
Ordered the half rack of ribs, potato salad, cornbread, and a diet coke. When the diet coke was the best part of the meal it's not a good thing. I knew I was in trouble when the ribs were already cut into individual ribs. The were so tough that I couldn't finish them. And I have never had cornbread that was tough and chewy but this was. The potato salad was decent but nothing to write home about. The waiter was very polite and professional and did a great job.
The food was okay. It was not busy. It was a bit noisy since they were fixing something.
Pricey. Food was cool when served...not hot.
St Louis ribs were tough, greasy and fatty, overwhelmingly salted. 8 ribs were served: I ate 2 1/2. Terrible!
Lots of nice restaurants in the area, but this was the worst meal we had.
Stopped in Wildside's for dinner last Sunday to wait for the parking lot that was I-4 to clear out. My business partner and I are not hard to please and generally sport a smile everywhere we go... this establishment tested that statement. To start, I order a CUP of the soup of the day while my colleague orders a BOWL of chili. Each of our starters are brought out in the same exact glassware. Now this is not a big deal but it makes me question why one would pay $4.99 for a bowl when they could pay $3.79 for the same amount of soup. I wave the waitress down the next time she is in the area(which is very rarely throughout the course of dinner, despite the restaurant being next to empty) and ask while pointing to my bowl, "Is this a cup". She responds "yes" and walks away as if she does not have time to chat. Next, I order the Alaskan King Crab with a side of steamed vegetables and mac & cheese which is on special for $11.99. Now after seeing the price I do not have high expectations, "where can you get crab legs for $12.00?" My steamed vegetables turns out to be corn on the cob. Once again, not a huge deal and technically a steamed vegetable(likely microwaved) but if I wanted corn on the cob I would have ordered corn on the cob. Two legs and one claw of crab comes out.... "that's fine, I'm not that hungry". Upon first touch I can tell that they are entirely over cooked. The shell is completely mushy and proves very difficult to open. After finally opening one segment of leg I see that the meat looks more like a bundled up spiderweb and takes up less than a tenth of the volume of the shell cavity(another sign of being overcooked). Each segment of crab is in the same condition. Next I notice that I was not provided with a seafood fork(small fork for shellfish) so I wait until the next time I can wave down my waitress and ask her to be provided with one. She informs me that they use to have seafood forks when they served mussels but she believes they threw them away. Now, I do not like jumping to conclusions but this leads me to believe that these crab legs are from another restaurant and likely are being served here because they are past their shelf life and do not meet the standards of the restaurant where they originated. Additionally, the mac and cheese was clearly served from a can, not surprised. At this point I have been under fed, under satisfied and under served, I would simply like to leave. I ask for the bill and upon review notice that my cup of soup was $5.99. The cup was clearly priced at $3.99 on the menu so I ask my server when she returns, "The CUP of soup is $5.99?" Once again I receive a very short, "yes!", followed by a blank stare. Shocked but unwilling to argue over $2.00 I chuckle, shake my head and give her my card. Leaving feeling worse off than when I had walked in, I swing by the hostess station on my way out and ask for the manager. I refrain from sharing my overall experience with her and just give a friendly suggestion that they fix their menu since it is currently advertising false pricing. She asks what type of soup I had ordered and I respond, "the soup of the day". "Sir, the soup of the day is conch chowder, which you can see while taking a look at our Specials Menu(a 3" W x 6" H piece of of computer paper taped to the front of the menu), is priced at $5.99." HAHA Now this is truly absurd! I guess that a restaurant whose target market is the tourist population does not have to worry about repeat customers as much as the average restaurant but this is piss poor management. I have not lost my temper in quite some while and I was not going to do so over dinner but damn was I close. I uneasily force a big smile across my face, point at her while turning around and give my final declaration, "Bad for business!"
I have been to wildside previously and loved their food. They aere going through a menu change and i am excited to see how it is.
Terrible burger, poor service. The other people I was with had the ribs and they were very good
We are out of towners of course. I am so glad we stop in to this restaurant. This is by far one of the best BBQ place to eat. I had the pleasure the have a wonderful, very informative, caring, attentive, waiter name John. If you go here make sure you sit in his section. They have others great servers but John was who we had and he was the best.
Overall, the service was excellent... the food runners was awesome, and food quality was on point. I paid way more than normal but the portion size and the quality of the food was worth it!!!
I wasn't expecting much but it was really good and had great service.
Excellent food (ribs and steaks), great staff.
Went a couple times during our holiday. Highly recommend!!!!
Great pulled pork. Waiter was excellent with exceptional knowledge of the menu. I wish I could remember his name. We will be back not only because of the food but because of his excellence in hospitality!!!
Food is over priced and not very good. Big tourist trap. Watch out.
I love brisket but I'm always afraid to order it but I did here and boy oh boy I ate the whole plate so I had a combo steak and brisket with corn bread and red beans and rice
The second best ribs in Orlando
Service top
Not all that great. Food, was more comparable to prepackaged products. Ex.. Their kid mac was literally crafts mac n cheese.
It is definitely my favorite restaurant. I love this place. I moved to another state and the first thing I did was look for one in Dallas but unfortunately there is not. I recommend it 100%.
Everything about this place we loved!
Good service and good food for the price. My 4 yr old got ribs from the kids menu and his food portion was more which is always a good thing for the taste and price. Corn bread is really good!love everything about this place getting sitting did take us 10 min more than what they said but it was okay since it was pretty busy with only 1 host. We loved our server, he did an amazing job.
What a great place to eat!!! The food was amazing...The service was excellant! This restaurant is way above the average in Kissimmee!!! Glad we went there and would definitely eat there again. Our waiters name was Nick!!! He was a refreshing find in this city....cant say enough great things about him...
Great service, tasty food and expert wait staff. One of our must hits everytime we are in town.
Worst meal ever. Found a piece of CHEWED gum in my coleslaw. The reason given by the manager is....they have a strict no gum chewing policy. Guess that is why they throw it in the food?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone.
This restaurant is a bit of a tourist trap; the prices are high for mediocre food. But, the upside is that the portion sizes are large and it has a small arcade which is fun. Overall, it is okay but not my favorite.
Met my kids there. Food was actually pretty good, not as good as KC or Nashville but really pretty good. Service was not bad. All that in the summer and next to Disney, oh my.
Was great food and good service.parking lot wasnt crowded but food was excellent
The service was great, the prices were perfectly fine, and the portions were outrageous ( in a good way). The only reason I gave this place an average rating is because the food itself wasn't anywhere near what I thought it would be like. Aside from it's food, it had a good performance.
It's honestly my favorite BBQ restaurant in the Orlando area. Absolutely delicious. I'm addicted.
A+ customer service, food, portions. I loved it for being my first time, will go back.
If u like Sonny's BBQ, you'll love taking a walk on the Wildside ;-) If they added a salad bar, I'd give it 5 ***
I love it !!!!! good food, nice staff => good to be there
Amazing service and amazing food. I will come here every time I'm in Orlando.
Awesome food and the staff was helpful and friendly!!!
Had a HUGE craving for sum BBQ. And its Mother's Day. But surprisingly here wasn't too busy.
Anyway quick review...smh.. I ordered at the bar, Beef Brisket platter w/sides of mac n cheese and baked beans; and bbq chicken sandwich also with mac instead of fries.
1) service- garbage (and i tipped beforehand)
2) Order chicken sandwich (I may get another)
3) Mac (watery cheese flavored pasta)
4) Baked beans (avg in my opinion)
In short if u want bbq and this was around u would have to debate whether u wanted to spend the 10 bux. And want fries.
Im headed out tomorrow i may get another sandwich the bread was soft. .
Service was a little slow, but the Smoke Stack Burger...truly the most amazing burger I've had! A definite place to go if you're in Orlando. The Smoke Stack is a juicy Black Angus burger with a layer of their award-winning pulled pork on top, carmelized onions, bacon, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce. And it didn't call for it on the menu, but I asked for a side of garlic aioli to go with it, and it was simply mouth watering! Just extraordinary!!
French onion soup out of this world the fried cheesecake will make you cry with joy
The cheapest items on the menu are "missing" this is not cool !!
Ribs were fall off the bone tender, steak was yummy and tender. 1st time going and loved it. The waiter we had was awesome and very informative
not sure why bad reviews was awesome food service and drinks were great little pricey on drinks but we'll worth stopping
Awesome food and drinks I tried alligator it was pretty good and the waiter was great.
This place is a wonderfull place to share with friends arrive after 4pm but before 11pm
Nice
WATCH YOUR CHICKEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!
The food was outstanding! I am a picky meat eater but everything from the chicken to the steak was so juicy and tender. When I complimented the chef and he said they just took this restaurant over, so if you did like it in the past I promise you will now.
