Sent to bar to order, sat 10 min prior to being greeted by bartender, who first greeted another couple, that arrived 8 min after we did.
She took part of our takeout order, only to stop us midsentence, and take the other couples drink order, make their drinks, and serve them. Finally returned to us, took our orders, the other couples food order, THEN put everything in the computer. We were offered water "or something to drink", After we asked. I always tip on takeout orders at the bar, is the opposite assumption the reason we were treated so unfairly? After 40 min wait for the food, she brought out half of it, opened the box, promptly told us it was "all wrong", and sat it to the side of the bar. Before returning to the kitchen, she took the other couple's third drink order and made their drinks (mind you, they were already eating food by then). After returning from the kitchen, she offered no explanation, but said our check and the manager would be on the way. Another 10 min, and we left. This was a terrible experience. The place wasnt busy at all, at least 75% empty, so I have no idea what the issue in the kitchen was. But I do know that the service at the bar was abysmal.
