We were there a week before pendlelton round up the place was empty and the rates were still tripled! Over 300 bucks a room. French fries at the half empty bar took over an hour to get they said it was because it was busy lol. Can take a beer to your room alcohol is onlyballowed in certain areas. The place was clean and we'll maintained however the least fun casion I have ever been to I wont be going back.... Not angry just giving my honest opinion... We did bring concerns to the manager she offered one 10 dollar voucher for all 3 rooms since sports were disabled in the rooms.

Played a poker tournament there today and it was super fun. The staff were very nice and patient. I really enjoy wild horse. It's clean and nice and I love the theater. I wish the sports bar was bigger because sometimes it gets overcrowded. I love the hotel rooms too, very nice and always clean.

We had an ADA Vista Suite on the fourth floor. Nice, spacious room with huge bathroom plus a half bath. We didn't get into the room until after 3:30pm which irked me a bit but after that it was smooth sailing.

Not much on gambling, but whenever we pass through here, we make it a point to stop. The rooms are beautiful in the tower. The air is actually smoke free, the beds are great, the bath facilities are clean and there is a wonderful, huge shower with no curtain to stick to you. (it has a glass door). The staff was almost over-friendly and were very charming and I found the buffet delicious. I had the steak which you could almost cut with a knife it was so tender. There are some things in the buffet, that if some people tried them, they wouldn't like them, so choose carefully. I usually don't give five stars for a review, but this place is exceptional.

First time visit! Walked into to hotel lobby, I was greeted and then went on my way to play within casino floor. Spent a good amount, ate dinner. Didn't really wish to travel farther without rest, hotel desk refused to negotiate a room rate. This was at 11pm. Refused to pay higher than normal rates, so continued home the three and a half hours. Wish they had better awareness of travelers needs. If they did, I would have spent a day or so there relaxing. Something missing, sorry to say!!. However, with my frustration, I would go back again. Great people! Need better attention to detail from upper management! Thanks

My friends and I decided to come over for my birthday. Our first room was just a regular double queen room in the tower, very nice. We then moved to one of the suites, also in the tower, and the room was huge. We were able to have everyone over whenever we needed a break from the casino floor. Overall very nice place.

The Hotel offers two different types of rooms. Those in the tower, which are newer & nicer than the original ones located on the garden. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a Native American motif.
Easy access to Tamastlic Cultural center offers visitors the opportunity to see beautiful exibites of the Umatilla, Walla Walla, and Cayuse people. From golfing to gambling to watching a movie at the theater, visitors have many options of entertainment. Easy access from Interstate 84, US hyway 11, and US hyway 395.

Fun casino. They have a decent hotel, movie theater, buffet, bar (with live music on the weekends) and two restaurants inside. Plenty of slots (better selection than other casinos in the vicinity) and table games

My mother-in-law and I had lunch in the cafe, the soup and salad bar exceeded my expectations and had gluten free options. She had the French dip sandwich and twist fries, couldn't eat it all and will be having it later. Service was great and knowledgeable about the food. Treated me with respect due to my Celiac disease. Thank you for a great experience, I would recommend others going there to eat also.

Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't stay because they were booked. Sad to say we were a little bummed about that. However, they were great enough to give us information on other area motels.

Casino was fun. Lots of different choices of games. Very nice staff everywhere. The sit down nice restaurant was very good. Now to the rooms. Unfortunately we had to stay in the courtyard. They get a 1 star at best. VERY dark and SO dated. They so need to be updated. Stained carpets and stains in the bathroom. I heard the tower is newer and maybe nicer?

Booked and paid for a Tepee, but when we went to check in they were all full. They upgraded us to a hotel room for the same price, but we found a lovely stringy black hair on one of our "fresh" towels.

Stayed at this place on my way elsewhere and wish I had not. I would not recommend visiting or staying here. Over $200 on a weeknight, room was large but pretty beat up. Service at the Plateau was very slow! Television in room was very slow and crashed / turned itself off multiple times in watch TV over the course of 45 minutes. Spoke with the team leader, and was not able to get specific answers to concerns and questions I had. I would recommend finding some place else. There was hair in the shower from previous guests as shown in the photo. YUK!

Wildhorse is one of the best places that my wife and I have stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two sections of rooms at the resort, the Courtyard is the old section and the new section is the Tower. Stay in the Tower if you can it is a lot nicer and the WIFI is a lot better in the Tower. A nice bonus is the Slots (lots of them) are pretty loose compared to other casinos in the northwest. The food is pretty good at the wild roast deli and the buffet is very good also. We will be staying here any time we are in the area.

I visited the new recently added addition to the Casino. Quacking Aspen Lanes is very well designed and customer oriented. The Food Court has selection of four restaurants, enough to satisfy your taste buds. I liked how restaurants were individual owned as well as Tribal Owned. There is ample seating in compliance with Social Distancing. The larger Arcade & separate redemption center is a popular place for families. I didn't make it to the Cinema but I am sure it was of high quality. The added amenities have made Wildhorse Resort & Casino Hotel a destination resort for families.

As you can see from the copy of my receipt, I was not even willing to complete my overnight stay. I'll even add that it wasn't worth the discounted rate of $35! I was put into a room with the adjoining door and woken up to voices from the optional shared room. I tried waiting it out, assuming they would be going to sleep soon but I was wrong. It changed from casual chatting to intimate love making. Poor guy was having issues cramping up and getting extremely frustrated. I happened to meet his wife at the ice machine, who was getting ice for a different reason as myself. I apologized that her old man was having cramping issues and wished them only the best outcome. I waited a few more minutes only to find out he was going to take another stab at her. This is when I decided to pack up my things and leave. I tried explaining my discontent to the girl at the front desk and she apologized and presented me with my receipt. I asked if they typically charge for stays if their guests are unhappy and her response was "Since your rate is so low, I don't have the authority to refund your stay". She asked if I would like the manager to contact me the following day and I told her "please do". After confirming they had my contact information, I left to spend a peaceful night in my car.
I'm still waiting for the manager to call. I hope I'm not waiting in the order my complaint was received.
