Best hotel we've been to at the Dells! Tons of fun for the kids and adults alike.

Just ok at best. Thought the decor was too dark and dated. They really need to brighten it up.

Just another over-rated water park resort with over the top rates

Very fun place to go. Went on a trip with family, the condo had tons of space, and we took advantage of the built in kitchen for every meal. The waterparks were big and not too crowded with plenty to do!

Went here for a company meeting and all I can say is WOW. So much to do here, had a blast. Can't wait to return. Great service. Great food. Nice rooms also. Make this a place on your stay list.

Room was in a good location with relation to the pool and activities

Very disappointed. Our room smelled like mold and must and they offered us an air freshener. The food is way overpriced. The arcade "puts points on a card" and when we went to turn in the card for prizes, most of the points were not on it. When the holiday week arrived the pools were so filthy, no longer clear and there was all kinds of stuff (skin and body debris I assume) floating like a film on it. We no longer swam after that. You can hear every footstep in the halls. And pools don't ipen until 9/10am. We will never come back to this resort.

We had so much fun and the staff was wonderful, kind and considerate. Masks were worn by all. Everything was clean and kept sanitized. So we felt very safe. Our favorite place in the Dells.

Was there in the winter. There were so many people in the pool, hot tub, you could not get in without bumping into someone. Or someones kid's running into you. For the cost of the room you should at least be able to to enjoy the pool. We ended up going into the Dell's doing other things. Definitely not worth the cost.

I don t want to let you down but over 3 hours waiting for checked-in without information made our bad feelings. Registration at over 12pm - We backed and asked our room at over 1.40 (not yet room) - and had to back at 3.28pm for asking room again , and we had our room number that time . No one check the waiting list !

Great variety in pools, slides, and the best lazy river

This place is great for a nice family vacation!! I especially love that they do not sell Waterpark passes to the general public!! The rooms are wonderful!! The staff is super nice!! & the restaurants at the wilderness have delicious food !!!!

Loved my room, the grounds outside with grills built in, hot tub in the room. This place is close everywhere you want to visit and I saw busses running around to shuttle people to the parks and back to the hotels

Always have a great time here. There is plenty to keep the family busy with all the water park activities, zip lines, go karts, laser tag, arcade, mini golf, and a nee VR game booth. Everything is connected by hallways so you can move around without going outside if the weather is poor, or you can take a free shuttle bus around the place. If that's not what you want, take a walk outside and visit the four outdoor parks by foot. There are good and drink choices when you get to where you are going too. Service is very good and the life guards really look after the guests. I hope you have a great time at the Wilderness Resort.

Activities galore for children and families. Get your legs in shape beforehand. They will get a lot of use while staying here, at each attraction as well as walking from one to another.

We have been here a few times and glad we can back. Fun with our children and grandchildren.

Don't take care of members after the orientation, suppose to be an hour but takes more like three. If you're staying in the area, but not at the resort you don't get access as promised, very poor relationship with members in my opinion. If you pay the price every month you should have access at any time your in the area

Rooms need updating. They were clean. Kids had a great time at all three water parks located within hotel.

Absolutely loved our summer visit in 2016. Family rented a cabin and we had extra space with 3 families huddled together. Best location at the Dells!!

Awesome. Great place to go with the kids. During our 4 day stay, we never ran out of things to do. And the room was nice and spacious.

The room wasn't ready when I arrived. I checked twice and no answer or explanation. I had to wait till 7pm. After I complained to the general manager all I received was a coupon for the arcade. Wouldn't recommend it!!

Always have a great time. Wilderness hotel is where we always stay when we do go to the Dells. Never had a bad experience. Would recommend

Took the family hete for 3 days. The condo we stayed in was huge, clean and had all we needed. Really good price.

Love staying at the Wilderness! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, quiet for sleeping and lots of great restaurants within close proximity. Would highly recommend!

Nice big room, pleasant staff and not busy in January. I've also been here in summer and it's extremely busy.

Some of the waterparks opened at 9am but you can't get your extra waterpark passes until 11am, that needs to change. Other than that it was super fun and my kids had a blast.

My family really enjoyed the day of retching and vomiting after a day of attempting to have fun in this over-crowed resort.

We had fun in the water attractions. Disappointed in the evening by the game rooms. Multiple games not functioning and card readers that only worked occasionally. Prizes were underwhelming and the arcade by the go carts was stifling. Staff were nice enough. Driver on the Red line on Monday was very nice, friendly, and communicative. Surprised that we had no kitchen towels or hot pads in our condo. I mention it because we've had them years previous in cabins. Looking forward to seeing what is new next year.

This place is fine, but it is a tourist trap as you should already know. I will say we went in October and some of the help was scarry. One for example had 3 tear drop tattoos and like 5 gang tattoos. I know everyone has the right to work but when he's the one pushing you down the slide with your kids at a family resort it is a bit ocward. Clean room. Lots to do. Water was clean not much to complain about other than some cost. One complaint I guess is the towel system. You have to have PAPER cards to turn in to get towels. Then trade towels back for PAPER cards. At a water park. The band you ware works with the locks but not the towels. At least laminate the cards. Just was odd and annoying. But was overall the best part of the our trip to the dells.

Had a fun time with my family here and the water parks and food were good. Wish there were more two person slides but overall nice experience.

The whole family loved the waterparks, towel exchange meant we always had warm dry towels. The water was perfectly warm and the kids loved the kids areas and wave pool. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful.

We went for an impromptu no work no school getaway! We had tons of fun for an exceptional value. Booked with groupon got fun passes which allowed us to go kart and do the ropes course as much as our hearts desired. Check in was smooth and our room was ready on time. Our room was spacious and clean. Had no issues and already planning our trip for the summer so we can enjoy even more of the fun!!

Wow, this place is just packed with families. The hallways are like a human super highway. That said, you kind of expect that anywhere in the Dells.

The stay in one of the condos had plenty of space and a TON of wondows! There were 3 waterparks we went to and all were extreme. I didn't personally like the "video game ride" in one of the waterparks though. Too unwild and boring. One bad thing is the shuttle service is poor. We call the shuttle to our condo and it doesn't come for another 30 minutes, twice! Another thing is we were coming back from the waterpark and wanted to call our condo to have a family member come pick us up. So, we went to the Information Desk and they didn't know what extension to call. When we got into talking a little bit, one teen worker said, "Oh, I have this list of extensions but didn't want to pull it out." Well, that would've been helpful before!!! But...other than that, this is my second stay here and was just as fun.

Condo was great. Room service/cleaning was timely. Would have liked the shuttles to be more prompt but it was a busy weekend so that was understandable. The waterparks had longer lines than I would have liked but that goes along with the busy weekend.

Awesome room and awesome water park. If you go during the week you will have the waterpark to yourself.

Calling for reservations and the phone staff was not friendly, also checked the resort out over the summer and the front desk help was unhelpful with looking up any information for our up coming stay in December. I would also like to think that with spending nearly 300 dollars they would have a breakfast voucher at a discount, I'm guessing service towards customers is a thing of the past. My wife and I won't be going to the same place again. That's a shame for any resort to have unhelpful employees. The resort owners should be looking into this matter

Great family destination. The kids always sleep well after playing all day. The weekends get more crowded but over all great family getaway location.

Tons of fun. The wave pool, the arcade and the drinks were superb. Drinks could've been stronger and prices a little cheaper but it was all relative fun family time.

Me and my family came to this water park last year and plan to come back in August. You should definitely come here. It is amazing, with great water parks. My personal favorites are Klondike cavern and the Wild West because Some of the the Klondike cavern waterslides Have this cool thing where you go on this tube with buttons where you hold on to the tube and there s lights in the water slide and you have to press the colored buttons right when you reach the color in the water slide and when you get down and get off the tube it shows the score you got and how many you did at the exact time. It s like a game and it s super fun. . I like Wild West cause it has lots of big and fun waterslides. The staff is amazing and always seems to be doing what they are supposed to be doing lol food is AMAZING and we have been coming here every year for the past 3 years. We love it. Will come back probably every year Thanks for the great time!

A good place to keep a family happy for a few days and fun to come back year after year

Love this place me and my husband have been going here together as a couple since 2014 my husband's been going there too since 2007 it is very relaxing fun place to be lots of amenities lots of different activities and surrounding places you can visit as well it's a definite go to me and my husband goes here every year for a wedding anniversary

I've stayed with you guys every year for the past 5 years we've actually made this into a return trip for our family we book 4 or more rooms each time. This time around I had an awful experience like no other. I arrived late this year we usually arrive early in the day to take advantage of the parks, however this time my husband had to work and we didn't leave our state until about 3pm witch had us arriving late to Wisconsin. Upon arrival I was not advised by the from desk staff that I wasn't near the rest of my party I got all the way to the room unpacked everything just to find out the rest of my family was a long way from me, every year we ask to be as close to each other as possible this was not at all "close" we have small children who like to play with each other on our trips & we was placed way to far part for that to be possible. We booked weeks in advance and put in this request, I understand a request is just that a "request" but why not at the very least notifiy me. I was very upset so I called and asked for a manager. He was not at all understanding of my situation and kept making excuses rather then finding a solution to the problem so I wouldn't checkout. It was almost as if he wanted me to leave! Mean while a family member was also calling down to the front desk to ask why I was so far away.she however got an awesome person who offered to move me closer witch is mind blowing because the "manager" I spoke to never even offered to move me. I was happier when they offered to move me, just as I was excited that the issue was fixed when I arrived to the new room it was not the same as my family members room they had an area with a sink and a counter top with stools/ chairs. My room was smaller and more uncomfortable to move around I was told at the time of booking I had to pay more because the only room types left was rooms with a privacy wall. I don't know how so many things went wrong when I called 2 times prior to my arrival and no one said nothing! I was in room 639.and also our while family came home sick from there. Not even an apology. no late checkout nothing was offered they didn't even care!

Always a great vacation for the family! The Hurricane is one of the best water slides around. The hotel rooms are always very nice.

The rooms were nice and clean and service was friendly. They did have a mess up with the rooms tho.

do not stay here! they overcharge for every thing. why over crowded and you have to walk forever to get anywhere. will not go back.

There water park was very much. I like that they had go kart in doors but it was so hard to if you have baby stroller or wheelchair, we were directed by someone that worked there. We had gotten one of those rooms from the timeshared. We didn't mind cleaning up after ourselves but the dish washer wasn't even working and they told us to wash our own sheets of we wanted fresh one's but they didn't give you detergent or anything. And let me now start all this sales thing. DO NOT SIGN UP. They said it takes 2 hours but kept us there for 4 hours. No good. I was so mad.

Not recommended for kids over 10. Depending on what time you visit determines which parks/rides are open. If before memorial day, very limited.

My family & I have been coming here for 17 years. I think it's the best waterpark in the Midwest! There are so many cool waterslides, is hard to decide where to go! There are a few indoor-outdoor hot spas for the adults (kids under 18 can go in with a parent:) There is so much to do... indoor go-karts, mini-golf, lazer tag, bumper boats, zip-lines, a huge articulated with a rope course above it! There's an indoor play park that is reopening Summer of 2017... and a cool "paint your own pottery" shop right inside the hotel! You can go for a walk in the canyon, and enjoy the beautiful wildlife that surrounds the resort! The Wilderness Resort is our FAVORITE place to do a weekend vacation!

Clean cabin that is furnished. Grill outside is directly connected to building propane, so no need to buy a tank. The three bedroom is suitable for 6 adults and 2 kids. Would recommend to friends. Water parks are great for adults and kids. Friendly staff and good service.

My family loves this place especially the waves area. Lots of room for my infant son.

The villas are pretty nice and have tons of space. The water parks had too many slides closed at our time of visit, but the kids had a blast. Many dining options that are reasonable in price and pretty good food!

I LOVE HOW WHEN IT COLD OUTSIDE YOU CAN ENJOY A NICE TIME IN THE INDOOR WATERPARKS.. They have arcades,restaurants kid friendly & adult friendly margarita swim up bar. Eveything in one place without having to go outside

the rooms were spectacular form log cabin theme to the utilities that were available. The walkways were well temperature controlled and the waterparks were beyond what I expected from 10 years ago.

So I had stayed here 9 years ago and couldn't wait to come back. I went on the 3rd weekend of Sept 2020 and I wasn't as impressed. I liked the couple indoor parks. The one outdoor wasn't too exciting. All the rest were closed. My main problem was how the room wasn't very clean. There was a piece of hotdog by the sliding door to the patio. There was an open bag of chips sticking out of the bad. And a pop tap stuck to the wall. One of the worse things was a horrific sticky dirty patio table. There was also no ice bucket in our room. I didn't say anything when we got to the room at 8pm because I didn't know if they would be able to move me. So I made sure I called in the morning. I wouldn't want someone who has never stayed there to experience that. It was disgusting!!! I would have expected better. They did give me a gift card to my next visit. So that was nice.

Very disappointed. Just stay their the Hot tub was broke all day luke warm water maybe 85 degrees in the hot tub and the jets didn't work. We transferred hotels to the Kalahari was fantastic much better amenities and hot tub was 102 degrees. We payed $426.54 plus a 17.95 resort fee for the 2 bedroom suite at the wilderness. Damp room smelled a little. They did let us out of having to stay their another night but didn't credit any of the night we stayed. I won't be staying their again. I would highly recommend the Kalahari down the street it was a little more with all taxes $527 for pretty much the same suite about $70 more but Food and Amenities where awesome

Very nice... fun pass is awesome and worth it. Fun attractions. Water is cold. Needs to have a faster and easier way to get places because of the mile walks between everything. Maybe put in the handicap chairs that usually go up stairs and put them in the skywalk to help guests not get as tired
