We bought our first Wild Waves passes this year & so far they've paid for themselves. My kids have had such an amazing memorable summer to date. We are definitely going to buy passes again next year along with a couple of meal plans so that the kids can eat when we don't want to bring our own food. You're not allowed to bring your own food into the park, but you can pack a cooler with sandwiches & drinks & enjoy out in the parking lot. Food is expensive inside the park so I do suggest packing a cooler with all the goodies you & your family love.

There are a lot of rides that you can enjoy with your family. The food is good. You can choose between riding a water slide or riding a roller coaster. Either way, the family will enjoy it.

The Visit Was Great , Workers Were Very Nice To Customers But The Employees Were Not Being Nice To Each Other And Thats Not Good. Me and my family have a traditional trip to wild waves and we have never in our lives of going have experience such awful service by the lifeguards they were being extremely rude and had a problem with kids splashing water.......but overall the amusement and water park are great

Planned a day here with the family. Although it had its fair share of moments, the overall experience was disappointing to say the least. Lines were way too long for both food and attractions. Waiting in line for 30-45 minutes for a 10 second thrill (water slides) or 2 minute thrill (rides) didn't seem worth the prolonged wait. On top of that the roller coasters seem to have a policy where they stop the ride after one go around to ask guests whether they want to get off or not. Complete waste of time and should be scrapped. Especially considering the roller coasters only have two go arounds per ride.
Also I did not like how the park did not allow alcoholic beverages outside of the restaurant/bar they were purchased in. Talk about taking the fun out of the experience.
The park needs to better accommodate the sheer number of guests they receive. That is the main problem. Either that or limit the number of guests allowed per day and make reservations a requirement. I wouldn't mind an increase in ticket price if it meant less waiting in line for any attraction.

Wild waves has become GARBAGE. I am here right now and for Labor Day weekend they have over half of the rides closed, and a whole section of water slides closed. GET IT TOGETHER! we waiting 40 minutes at the grill y the entrance and never moved. We came came from out of state, got a hotel, and are leaving before dinner time. Shame. Shame. Shame.

This park has been here for about as long as I can remember. And yet when recently took the family here you wouldn't be able to tell. Upkept and clean, with very friendly and attentive staff..... lines for the food were a bit long but that's to be expected for this kind of place. Lots of fun water slides and a couple of really decent rollercoasters. Lots of fun and a great place for all ages!

Love it because you can go on dry rides and water rides all in the same place!!! Also, love that once you get in, you do NOT have to pay for tickets to ride each ride. A little spendy but worth it in the end. Hot days, water slide lines are very long! But over cast days, there are no lines at all.

We bought tickets ahead of time for 4 children and 2 adults for labor day. Showed up and all, I mean all, the water rides for the little kids were shut down. Even the wave pool was closed. They would not give discounts or refunds. We basically got to wait in line with practically everyone else because the lazy river was the only thing the little ones could go on. The lines were pavked because half the attractions were shut down. We had to wait over an hour to get into it. Then my nephews handles were stolen and we couldn't go on any amusement park tides because of it. What a waste of money!

I have great time everytime I go. After going for all these years, there has only been about three new attractions. Wild Waves needs more. Also, wild waves has become really dirty at the dining area and bathrooms. The food prices are so expensive. $10 for a burger meal.

Very expensive, long lines for everything. They wouldn t let us bring in fresh fruit for our kids to snack on forcing us to choose from overpriced corn dogs and hamburgers all day. The kids had fun but it was very stressful for us parents, especially since I had a hard time keeping track of my kids in the crowds of people. There were a lot of rules about everything. A lot of rides my son couldn t participate in because he was too short separating him from his big sister. The lockers were all full so we had to carry our bags with us the whole time. The staff was polite enough. They have a tough job managing so many people. To summarize-please provide a wider variety of healthy food options or let guests bring their own food into the park. Limit the number of people in the water park areas to prevent children from losing their parents. More lockers, please and more ride options for smaller children.

It was a great amusement park with lots of fun rides and activities to do. Though the park was fun, an issue did occur. I went to The Candy Factory and bought candy. After I opened the package, I realized that the candy I bought was expired for over three months, according to the expiration date.

Came for the Christmas lights and to ride practically no rides since half are down and the other half only run 30 mins of the hour. After waiting in line for nearly 20 mins they just close the ride. Not what they advertise at all. Very disappointed!

On the smaller size, but I feel it's just right. There's water rides, with your normal dry amusement park rides. I love the themes they use in this park, and I like how they take safety seriously. FrightFest is great as well with rides and haunted houses.

It's great that you can re-enter the park by getting a stamp at the exit. It allows you to go to your car and grab food or items you left behind because you don't want to pay $20-25 a locker. The prices are confusing if you look prior to going because it only shows online prices which are slightly cheaper (not sure what the convenience fee is). Overall this is a good place for children who want to go to a mediocre water park and people watch.

The biggest attraction of this place use to be the wave pool, i have looked through reviews to see if they've ever given an explanation as to why the waves are basically ripples now and they can't seem to give their paying costumers one. Our family used to go every year and now we don't even bother anymore. This place has lost its fun. I understand safety is priority but satisfaction should be one too

We visit Wild Waves & Enchanted Forest every year!...
We visit Wild Waves & Enchanted Forest every year! Great place for kids and adults alike. Cool to have a theme park and water park all wrapped up in one! If you live nearby and want to go more than once look into season passes that will save you a ton.
A few things to keep in mind: family size locker rentals run about $20. Don't forget to bring towels! Wild Waves does not provide them, outside the gift shop, where they're very expensive.
Best to pack your own food & drinks. Usually they let them in no problem. Worst case scenario, you can lunch out in your car. Same-day re-entry is allowed - just be sure to get your hand stamped at the exit gate before you leave.
Also check for discount tickets before you go! Safeway often sells them. And BECU members who present their card get a discount at the door.
They close at 8pm all summer long. Parking is adequate and costs $12 for the day.

Yeah gotta chime in on fright fest. 1st of all the parking situation was horrible. Over 30 mins just to enter the gate. No one derecting anyone. Then $14 to park when we're already have to pay $25 to get in the place. The lines for the houses were rediculous. Hour and a half wait to walk thru a house that takes at most 5minutes if you're taking your time. Chamber of souls was decent at best the other 2 house were just wack all around. Glad i went so I'll never have to go again

We went to fright fest for the first time got fast pass and for all 3 haunted houses the lines were huge and we went straight to the front definitely worth it since the rides are also open and we had fast passes to some of those rides also if you don't get the fast pass chances are you will not be able to do everything we arrived at about noon and did everything we cared to do 3d haunted house was definitely the best!! Pricey but worth it

Staff is hungover and the park is a lot worse than I remember, it's really sad how downhill this place is going.. not to mention the food tastes faker than McDonalds, yet it costs double for some nachos than it would for a full-size meal at McDonalds, this whole place is just a headache. :(

The staff at the haunted houses were great, the haunted houses themselves were absolutely perfect. They had a 3D haunted house that they had put a lot of time in. My 13 year old son wanted to go to through the houses multiple times. Honestly the only bad thing I can say is there was a bunch of kids with vulgar mouths and rude and disrespectful to people. Other than that I would definitely take my son back.

Highly disappointed in our entire experience with Fright Fest. Paid for parking and 4 passes to spend the entire time in one line for food that came cold and undercooked, and then an hour in one line for a haunted house that lasted 5 minutes and was mediocre at best. When we asked for refunds for the over 200$ spent on tickets and parking we were told they could only give us tickets to come back the next night. The customer service was fine, they weren t rude, it just was a terrible experience and we won t be returning. It is not worth the price tag, money would be better spent elsewhere.

This place has really gone down hill. Everything needs to be repainted, and cleaned. The showers have MOLD everywhere!!! You do not want to go barefoot at this place, it's disgusting. They nickel and dime you to death here too. They have horrible placement of signs saying the height requirements. It's nice waiting in line 40 minutes to have them tell you the child is 1"inch too short to sit on a double inner tube with you. The lifeguards have zero personality.

I have to say this is the worst experience I've had here. It was busy and staff were horribly slow and not prepared. They were out of so much options at the food stand, and two lines were closed while guests were patiently waiting in those lines so people could go on break, they should have been prepared with more employees to fill in for breaks. We also waited 30 minutes for renting tubes with a very short line. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Covered in dirty toiletries and toilet paper all over the women's restroom. Obviously not cleaned for possibly the entire day.
Awful experience at Wild Waves today! This weekend...
Awful experience at Wild Waves today! This weekend is their "Biggest season pass sale"...my husband purchased online ahead of time to skip the line. When we got there the season pass office was closed and we were told to get in the huge long line along with all the non-season pass and no ticket customers. Even though i already had an active season pass, Siera at the front gate refused to allow entry for my husband. She was very rude to us both when we tried to clarify why he would wait in the line to buy a ticket when he had already paid.
When we FINALLY got into the park, we realized that half the water attractions and rides were closed. The rides that were open were staffed by rude teenagers who yelled and blasted their whistles every few seconds at anyone and everyone.
Tamara in customer service was nice when we expressed our frustration but ultimately said people don't know up for work because it's the weekend, holiday, end if summer, etc so all they can do is close the attractions. I dont understand how they can charge full price and only offer half the services? Then after waiting 45 minutes to get on the Timerhawk, it broke while we were on the ride. No one said anything to us to tell us what was going on. I ended up calling customer service from the ride to ask for help because we were stuck and had no idea what was going on.
The "newly remodled and updated" bathrooms were so gross, toilets plugged, etc.
Staff in the food stands were talking on cell phones and eating food (i assume off customers plates) while serving guests. Such a waste of money and now dont plan on using the season pass we just bought!

Gross, dirty. I have seen poop floating in the wave pool, and told the lifeguard. They did not close it down or even clean it out. Disgusting! Also, several years ago when we went, it was fine to wear bathingsuits on the rides, but this year, they didn't allow women to wear bathing suits, only men. They also didn't bother stating this on their rules or anywhere else, but we waited over 40 minutes for a ride, only to get to the top and have them say sorry, the half dressed guy can go, but not the lady wearing the 2 piece tank-suit. Finally, the lines are soooooooo long, I've had people from California tell me that they are ridiculously long, even compared to CA. Why? They understaff to save $$$. Example: there is a 4-slide option, and you would think they would have at least 2 people manning 4 slides...NOPE, they have 1, who has to climb into the water, situate an inner-tube, push the riders off, climb out, then move on to the next slide, for ALL 4 SLIDES! Additionally, since all the slides require tubes now (Again, they make more $$$ this way with the rent) they take waaay longer for people to situate, causing huge backups. We purchased season tickets the last few years, but after this Summer, NEVER again. Poor management, disorganized food vendors (anyone heard of assembly lines?), poor employment/work conditions, and horrible hygiene conditions.

Are you kidding me! We drove all the way from California to do this park! Sat in North bound I-5 traffic for 4 hours. Then another hour to park. Then parking lot was full! SO WE JUST LEFT!! We had a car full of kids & never did get in! NEVER AGAIN! Off ramp to park...unbearable!!
