Gross, dirty. I have seen poop floating in the wave pool, and told the lifeguard. They did not close it down or even clean it out. Disgusting! Also, several years ago when we went, it was fine to wear bathingsuits on the rides, but this year, they didn't allow women to wear bathing suits, only men. They also didn't bother stating this on their rules or anywhere else, but we waited over 40 minutes for a ride, only to get to the top and have them say sorry, the half dressed guy can go, but not the lady wearing the 2 piece tank-suit. Finally, the lines are soooooooo long, I've had people from California tell me that they are ridiculously long, even compared to CA. Why? They understaff to save $$$. Example: there is a 4-slide option, and you would think they would have at least 2 people manning 4 slides...NOPE, they have 1, who has to climb into the water, situate an inner-tube, push the riders off, climb out, then move on to the next slide, for ALL 4 SLIDES! Additionally, since all the slides require tubes now (Again, they make more $$$ this way with the rent) they take waaay longer for people to situate, causing huge backups. We purchased season tickets the last few years, but after this Summer, NEVER again. Poor management, disorganized food vendors (anyone heard of assembly lines?), poor employment/work conditions, and horrible hygiene conditions.
