The water is way too cold, especially in the small children's area. I observed some small children literally turning blue. Wave pool and lazy river also too cold. Wave pool waves were quite weak. I am referring to season 2018. I havd been to Wild Waves in past years, and it was much better. Employees confirmed the waves have been turned down. Not fun.

Always a fun time here! Season passes are the way to go. Would be 5 stars, but it seems they took out most of the places to sit in the rides area. I saw SO many people sitting on the ground, trying to find some shade, while waiting for family on rides.
Went to Wild Waves for my nieces Birthday party.!. The big 8 !!! Had I real good time . Beat the heat at Wild Waves Enchanted village theme park... Thanks enjoy :-)
The slides are ok - but if you care about what you eat, what you will go through in the water park is hell. The only food allowed in the park is what you can buy inside. Inside the park, you pay a premium for cold terrible hamburgers and the worst pizza I've had. The food made me sick - I threw the burger hoping the pizza would be tolerable - but I couldn't eat that either. There was nothing else to get apart from elephant ears and ice cream. Tip - I saw one group going back to their car and eating what they brought along. This seems like a great way to eat better and not throw money on terrible food. Tip - There's premium fees for everything - including the locker and the parking. If you just look at the ticket price and think that is your expense going in, think again! Tip - Good idea to check how many slides are closed before you go. For me, about half of the slides were closed without any explanation.
If my daughter did not have fun then it would receive a 1 star. They were understaffed so the kids slides were not open, the wave pool was only open in the shallow end and only the cliffs and the 12 drop slides were open. So which meant the lines for the tube slides were at least 1.5hr wait to ride them. The food is lousy my 9yrold could cook better Garbage then that!!! This place is way overpriced for what they offer. From I5 looks cool, but I would not waist your money at this place. I highly suggest going to THE GREAT WOLF LODGE! Food is better and more friendly of a staff.... go here if you feel like you want to waist your money!!!
But the only thing that is good about this Garbage...is unfortunately it's the only water park in the area....so this is why I give you one more star!
Discrimination of my 6 year old African American son in one of the rides by a ride tender!!,literally pushing my son away who is in front of the line in favour of another familybehind him
When this place is clean it's amazing. Unfortunately every time we have gone not all of their rides have been running depending on the time of day. The cleanliness of the bathrooms changes depending on the amount of people and how dedicated the teenage staff are to actually going in and cleaning things. Pool water used to be warm in some areas but I think I heater pump went out and it got really cold really fast but in the Northwest water is cold so comes with the territory. Their season passes or what makes this totally worthwhile I also recommend getting a season parking pass because at $20 a pop all you have to go is 3 times for it to pay for itself.
This place is ridiculous. Had to pay to park then they charged adult admission for my 11 year old, 10 year old, and two 9 year olds. The lights were beautiful though
Beware walking around all day is a workout. My mother is in a wheelchair and getting her around was a challenge. A lot of the rides were closed because it sprinkled a little (3min sprinkle ).Being in Washington where it rains everyday, you figured they would figure something out. I was annoyed that you have to pay for parking on top of park admission. On my visit I was with my two nephews who are old enough to ride bigger rides however they were turned away because the attendant didn't measure them correctly. Overall what ruined my experience was the workers. Their young and I guess a perk of working at the park is you can ride the rides for free once your off. There was groups of employees being rude and loud yelling obnoxiously on the rides. Your at a family place and these employees were cursing, taking any seat they wanted regardless if there was a line or not.
So great love it here will be going back for sure only thing is there food sucks and is over priced so pack a cooler for the car cuz they don't let you bring food in also go after 3 tickets are only 19 bucks then and kids 3 and under are free
No respect no customer service no system in place for instance waited in line for 45 minutes for 3 icees only to be told to get the cups in another line another 45 minutes later we're told to get cups in yet another line after 90 minutes in that line waiting asking their managers why we couldn't get cups in theother icee locations multiple customers in line in the same predicament finally get to the counter and no cups over 2 hours wasted in lines for icees never received stood in ride lines forever 3 rides broke down when it was finally our turn to get on after waiting over an hour in each line the 3rd ride was our last ride before we gave up and went home we got to the top of the stairs next in line and the ride breaks they say it will be fixed we waited over 50 minutes finally able to get on and go home spent well over $150 after tickets parking lockers etc for 2 rides and the wave pool open to close absolutely ridiculous will NOT return
Incredibly LONG lines, impossibly difficult to enter and exit parking area. We waited 3 1/2 HOURS in line for the haunted house. Don't waste your time and money on this event.
GROUPON PURCHASERS! I bought season parking pass at gate $50 + tax. Then was charged tax and $10 for parking when redeeming my groupon! Be aware of what you are being charged for!
Long lines for everything. Rides were fun and the workers at the theme park were nice. Concessions workers and life guards were very unfriendly and NOT helpful to park goers at all. My 14 year old helped more tube riders get on their tubes than the lifeguards. Poorly managed place!
The park is fun but the employees are horrible! zero customer service!! We stood in line for an hour and a half for food after we finally received it I tries to get ketchup for my fries and they were out we brought it to their attention and the response we got was "that sucks" it has been another 45 minutes and they still have not replaced it
When we first arrived, only one of the rides was open. We called the information desk but they did not tell us whether any other rides was going to be open. After 50mins or so one of the roller coasters finally opened. The only good thing was the pretty lights near the entrance of the park
This park is a disappointment. Completely too crowded. There should be a limit on how many people are let in to the park. The wave pool was way too crowded. You need another wave pool. It didn't have real waves. It had little ripples.. Every water slide had too long of a wait and not enough inner tubes. The lazy river also took too long to get on and it didn't have enough tubes. People should be able to get into the lazy river without a tube! The food lines were long and the food was overpriced. Lockers were overpriced. We probably wont ever come back.
Employees are extremely rude. Lines could be moving faster but employees lack the urgency. Other than that, the rides are fun, parking not terrible, prices are what you expect from a theme park.
Almost every ride broke down or was shut down at some point through out the day main attractions we're not being operated due to understaffing. It is ran by a bunch of high school kids and non of which knew how to problem solve of handle anything them selves. The cabannas you can rent for $275 are a joke we had cabanna security come up and check in on us every time we pulled the curtain closed to change or block out the sun. And then make sure to take sunscreen because they want $18 a bottle there inside wild waves. You would think with all the money they bring in that they could afford to employ people that know how to operate the rides and even fix them of needed. And that they would be in better condition then they are because no joke just about every ride was shut down at one point or another through out the day for what they call maintenance.
My daughter love's going to the fright fest and she can't wait til later this year!!! She also wants a job as a scary actor even though she's 14 you don't mind if she does that right?
Extremely long food lines. 1 hr for a burger. Then found out no condiments. Employees look unhappy. Food prices very high. Pack food in a cooler but keep it in your car as you can't bring in food. By the time you buy food you can easily walk a few feet to your car and have better food and spend more time on rides. Rides are fair.
So much fun!! Fair pricing to enter park. safe location to keep your items available. Food can be a little pricey but thats to be expected at a theme park. Dont let price scare you quality and tastiness of all food items are 10 out mister. Lines can be pretty long on hot days and it would be helpful if they installes misters along the way.
We waited too long to rent intertubes as they were all out when we got to the rental window. The wave pool was also not as big waves as I remember. But the wait for the amusement park rides was great and the water was still refreshing.
I just had friends travel over 300 miles, with tickets bought to this place...and they were closed. This was truly a national lampoons situation. They work hard, save their money, and try to give their kids a fun vacation. All I hope, is they get their money returned...and then I will give them a solid review.
I feel the line to get in after parking wasxway to long. There were inly two employees doing security checks. It took to long to get in which led to barely any time in the park. For the money spent per ticket it was much less then worth it.
Wild Waves Theme & Water Park is amazing what a fun place to spend the day with your family . The water slides are pretty cool summer time fun . You can get food here if your hungry . The rides are sweet too . There's lots of stuff to see and do here . You can easily spend a good part of a day here time will fly by having fun. #love
My husband and I took our 9 year old son and 8 year old daughter here yesterday. Most of the people who visited this park when we were there were were either morbidly obese wearing bikinis that were meant for a person with a size 3 body or were completely rude. First, when my son was in the kid-area of the water park, he got punched by another boy because he wanted to go in front of my son. Lifeguards in the kid-area did an "okay" job of watching the kids from what I could see, but of course my son being punched was not seen. The wave pool looked like the episode of South Park where you see the people's heads bobbing up and down but you can't actually see the water. We stayed there all day but did not buy any of the food, it looked so unhealthy and cost WAY too much. The lockers were also very overpriced. The rides are extremely outdated and they could use more rides, especially for the price they normally charge people. In the Konga River (lazy river with more current) the lifeguards made both of my kids get off of the double tubes they were laying on in the middle of the river and switch to a single tube, again, in the middle of the river (I should mention in most parts of this, it was hard for me to stand in the current and I'm 120 pounds) so in order to follow the "rules" which I didn't see this one anywhere, they endangered my children by making them get off of their floats and onto different ones. Way to go, ladies! Then, this one is posted, but we were told not to hold our kids floats so that we could keep our kids with us. You people are idiots. Oh, and I had a tube thrown at my head by what looked like an 11 or 12 year old boy, but who did he hear from? ME! Not the lifeguards warning him that he would have to get out, oh no. They only target the families who try to do right. After that, we left. We stood for an hour in line to even get in the stupid Konga River and then...seriously? Will NEVER come back. I will spend the much greater amount of money to go to the Great Wolf Lodge (indoor water park). Or drive further and go to Silverwood in Idaho.
Super fun. Though a ride kept breaking down waited in line for what felt like 4hrs. Had no idea it was breaking down until it was close to our turn. So was only able to get 3 rides in.
First off the tickets are overly priced because we got in and most of the rides were CLOSED, so my niece & nephews were sad that their rides weren't open. Also my baby couldn't ride the carousel without having shoes on, like seriously?! He's 4 months!! And there was a cooked fly in the elephant ear that I ordered and did not get a new one. I just wish it was more clear that we couldn't purchase group tickets at the gate. I spent over $700 on over priced tickets & poor service. #WastedMyMoney #PoorService #PoorAttitude #NeverComingBack
Sorry, it previously said 2 stars but I meant 4. I was scrolling through my notifications and accidentally pressed that! Anyway, I had a good time. The lines were very long, though. Also a friend made a comment about the food being overpriced.
I am from the east coast so I know theme parks....this one was pretty good they had a good selection of rides water and dry rides ..the food was not to over priced and even have alchohol at sharky bar..good mai tai...they have soft pretzel good ones ...this is a kid/family friendly place ....the best ppl watching I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy...not to many video games but alot of prize machines with good items ....the standard carnival games and prizes...only down side is if u smoke have to leave the park but reentry to park is simple ..vaping is not allowed but if keep it on down low no troubles
Great fun for everyone if you have the money to blow. Friday's at 8pm there's a Free movie at the wave pool, you can swim, float around in a tube or sit in lounge chairs.
Great amusement park, but always crowded and their tube process definitely exploits this. You have the option to either wait in line to get a tube (which takes forever as not every rider gives up their tube each time and they seem to intentionally limit the number of tubes available for use), or pay extra to rent a tube that is assigned to you so you can skip the tube line and then just wait in the ride line. In other words, you either pay extra, or you have to wait in line twice every time you ride. I would like to see them add enough tubes to keep the lines moving or ditch this system entirely, but I doubt they will as they are just double profiting when they are at high capacity which is almost always.
Cute place to take the kids for a couple of hours of fun. Price was a little high for the Christmas lights, considering you can't stay out there very long because it's freezing. Park is very small and only a few big rides for the older kids and adults. All in all a nice place to visit. Definitely need a better variety of food and snacks.
It was fun. Girls bathrooms and locker rooms need to be cleaned more often. A changing table for babies in locker room would be nice. Staff was great we had alot of fun.
BRING AQUA SOCKS OR THEIR TERRIBLE WORN OUT PAVEMENT WILL DESTROY YOUR FEET. DON'T BRING SANDALS AS YOU'LL HAVE TO TAKE THEM OFF AND HOLD THEM WHEN ON THE WATERSLIDES. PARK IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. EASILY SET A FAMILY OF 4 BACK $200 FOR ONE DAY. THEY CHARGE AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR EVERYTHING!!!! SURPRISED THAT DO NOT CHARGE YOU TO BREATHE THE OXYGEN IN THE PARK!!! LINES ARE HORRIFICALLY LONG FOR THE RIDES DUE TO THE FACT THEY WON'T HIRE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO MONITOR THE SLIDES. ONE EMPLOYEE TO WATCH 4 SLIDES AT ONCE IS RIDICULOUS. THAT EMPLOYEE HAS TO CLEAR EACH RIDER TO GO DOWN THE SLIDE AND DUE TO THIS IT IS A 45 MINUTE WAIT TO GO ON ONE SLIDE. HIRE SOME MORE HIGH SCHOOLERS. THEY WANT SUMMER JOBS YOU CHEAP IDIOTS. WATERSLIDES ARE LEAKING WATER TERRIBLY SO WHEN YOU'RE IN LINE FOR SOME OF THE WATERSLIDES YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A WATERFALL OF WATER TO THE HEAD. MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS ARE SOME OF THE WORST INDIVIDUALS ON THIS PLANET. LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVEN'T SPENT A DIME ON THE PARK IN 20 YEARS. WATERSLIDES AREN'T VERY TALL AND IF YOU'VE BEEN TO A WET N WILD BEFORE THIS PLACE WILL SEEM LAME. AVOID AT ALL COST. GET OUT AND ENJOY ONE OF BEAUTIFUL LAKES THAT IS THE SAME DRIVING DISTANCE AS THIS PLACE. YOU'LL SAVE A TON OF MONEY AND HAVE A BETTER TIME. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!
