Best Pizza I've had in a while. Look out papa Johns and Dominos!

We usually have excellent service but The Server was not Attentive at all. She was more focused on socializing at the bar area and in the back. We told her no olives ,no mushrooms on our 16'in pizza. What did we get??? OLIVES...we tried picking them out but could only get a few. We now gave a $32.00 pizza that will not be eaten.

Been here many times, food is always really good, never had a issue..

Well went on Sunday afternoon around 130 pm order a double pepperoni medium well about 45 minutes later here it come well it was just warm four 23.00 it should have been perfect and there was not enough cheese the bottom of the crust was black.They was not busy so there no excuses so you live and learn.

Fantastic! Did a great job with a large-ish party of 10. Wonderful atmosphere!

I used to know it as haters pizza. Never be a regular at the bar. Otherwise within one hour of you having a drink. You will have at least 20 rumors spread about you.

Definitely the nicest Wicks Pizza in Louisville. The atmosphere is great and much nicer than some of the other Wicks locations. Plus they have an extended menu with some great options like their chicken philly sandwich!

I wouldn't even give one star!! My fiance, dogs, and I got seated in the patio for lunch. We had a server come out and acknowledge our dogs and then left and NEVER CAME BACK. sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. I proceeded to go inside and tell the host/to-go girl that nobody has came. She apologized and said she was going get someone. We sat outside for another 10 minutes before we decided to leave and take our money elsewhere. Will not be back! HORRIBLE FIRST VISIT.

Terrible experience last night. We normally avoid the booths along the wall because one of the usual servers is very slow and never refills drinks or checks back with you. But last night was Trivia night and all the tables at the other end were full. So we ended up in the corner booth by the rest rooms. Our server was Theresa (not the one we normally try to avoid)
Unfortunately, she was slower and absent more than the other server. She took our drinks and appetizer order, delivered those...
And disappeared for more than 30 minutes
When we realized she had not even taken our order, we flagged her down from another table and asked for our check, as we did not have enough time left to wait for her to take our order and deliver it. It took 15 minutes to get the check. When I asked for it. She was very curt
In her response. The only food we had ( pretzel ) was hot and good, but we wanted mustard in addition to the beer cheese, but she never asked and once again disappeared. The food here is just average, so service should be exemplary. But it's not.

I've been there 4 times since they opened and have no complaints. The pizza is great, service is great, the beer is cold.

We had a two topping medium pizza and two pitchers of Coors light ! The bill was 44.50 with tax, that seems a little expensive for what we had!

I have never had a bad experience with this or any other location. The staff is above & beyond friendly to me. I am disabled so my orders are all delivery, and that staff is also stellar! Most now know me & are so kind. Today I spoke to Lolita when I placed my order & she was phenomenal! I felt truly special as a customer. I have ordered for out of town guests many times with both pizza & sandwicks & they all love the food. I am so sad that this location is moving out of my delivery range. I hope Middletown will pick up my location.

One of the nicest and cleanest pizza joints in Louisville. Service and food are great too.

Way over priced and overrated pizza and poor service. I can't help but think they had some issues going on becuase it was highly recommended.

Been there several times now foods always good friendly staff. Needed a place open past 10 tonight and this was it. My friend from Chicago loved it too. Plus it was buy one get one free pasta tonight.

First time at the Hikes Point location. Really nice decor. Service was very good. Pizza was on par with previous experiences from Wicks which is to say that it's extraordinary. Actually met Mr. Wick himself who was gracious enough to speak with me about the beautiful furnishings at this location. Really nice guy! Wish that the appetizer of fries was a little bigger because they were the best fries I'd ever had. I'll be back again.

Went on Saturday August 8th. Just wanted to put it out there that not only was the food amazing but the service was impeccable! So wish I could remember her name so I could call her out in a good way! It was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience!

Great food and AMAZING service when we brought in a group of 30 without any notice. Food was timely and drinks stayed filled. Definitely recommend for anyone.

Great local spot for pizza, bar food and sports! The beer options are vast and usually pretty cold. You can always find a friend at Wick's Pizza!

Went for lunch. Got our order wrong not once but twice. Very polite and apologetic about it but kinda ruined our lunch.

Friendly staff. Good selection of beers but rather pricey. Food is decent.

The wait for our food was at least 50 minutes! There were just a few small carry-out orders while we were there and one other group had already received their food. They also wanted to charge $3 for a soft drink refill which we asked to be removed from the bill. I can only give this place three out of five stars.

So, I know on google, this is mislabeled as wicks pizza goose creek, but it s really in hikes point area... I just want to say that we ate there for the first time and it was wonderful!!!

I havent been here in at least a few years, last time i was it was just a sit-down place and they where still serving cheesecake. Imagine my surprize having come back and the place is twice as big, with a stage, full bar and the works!

shock aside, the food is still pretty decent. Wicks is a better option as take out, when you want something more expensive/better than usual call-order pizza.

I don't want to give any stars but it won't let me post without clicking a star. On January 6, my family and I visited this location for an after game fundraiser with my son's school. As I was preparing my plate on the buffet, I was approached by the manager who informed me that I was "stealing" pizza from the buffet. I informed her that I just paid the waitress and my son has his own money to pay for himself (as I informed the waitress prior to sitting down) and she still continued to tell me that I was stealing from the buffet. I am an educator with the district and was with a party of school administrators and educators. This manager continued in effort to embarrass me and my family in front of my colleagues, other parents and my son's basketball team. This is unacceptable. My party and I left the location and will not be returning. Over the past 4 weeks, I have spent over $200 at this location myself (roughly $800 between my small group and $1,000's as a team). I will no longer visit this location and am advising our team and my colleagues to do the same. I hate to do this, as my children enjoy visiting, but I will take my business elsewhere. As an African American, I was the only one accused of stealing off the buffet after paying in full. She attempted to humiliate me in front of everyone.

6 20 21 time about 1:30 got seated in a corner Booth with a TV right beside a family of eight waitress came and gave me drinks to the family of a looked over at booth nobody never came . We waited another 20 minutes and then we got up and left. I plan on spreading the news to other people of my experience there

Good pizza, will go again, but seems to be a little better at the original on Baxter.

Overall good experience. The big wick and mighty meaty wick pizzas are good but a bit pricey at $30 for a large 14inch. Wait time was about 40min. Customer service was great, shout out to Danielle.

Awful service - carry out!! Between 9:30-11pm (09/11/17) Called 4 times with no answer and by the last called was pulling up to the place with not a soul there... I had to order online by the time I got there. I went in and the Fat lady behind the bar was blaring music to the point I couldn't hear a damn word she was saying. Food was cold and then proceeded to curse out the computer in frustration and by that point I turned and just left with what I had even though my order was wrong.. thanks for nothing.

The breaded wings were really good. A lot of tvs showing sports. Food took longer than I d have liked, but we arrived right at opening time. We will go back. Overall it was well above average.

The pizza I ordered came in 20 minutes when quoted 45 to an hour. The pizza was excellent, great customer service, professional phone manners, and wanted to share. Called the AGM Kurt to let him know that is was a great experience. He was very kind and professional as well. The delivery driver was very well mannered and I would reccomend Wicks for quality pizza. The prices are a little steep, but, you get what you pay for. It is not a cheap average place such as Domino's or Papa Johns. Wicks is MUCH superior. They really stack it with toppings and cheese. They do not skimp on their product. I will definitely order from them in the future.

Use to live across the street. Went all the time and I still visit on occasion. Great pizza. Cold beer and a locals friendly hangout. Large back rooms for throwing a party. I know because I had my reception there.

Bad experience!!! Ordered 2 pizzas, carry out, $36, got home and the Sicilian pizza was literally burnt on the botton, and the Wicky cheese with pepperoni was missing the pepperoni, we live too far to drive back, called and spoke with hostess, put me on hold to get the manager, waited several minutes on hold, no one responded!!!

Food was good, but it took forever to get it on what seemed like a slow night.

Terrible bar & vibe - You literally have to beg for service or game showing. Bartenders are arrogant and non-attentive (they're usually in rapt conversation with another employee). Wick's doesn't know if it's a bar or a family place, leading to conflicts between servers and customers.

This place has identity issues resulting in general lack of a cohesive mission (toward guests). Judging by manager's mass, more time is spent sampling product and watching floor from office than actually being on it.

The product itself is an fat pile of arterial blockage lumped onto an overated platform of tasteless bread crust. Stick to the sandwiches, which are as good anywhere else.

THIS Wicks does not live up to the reputation and love Louisvillian's have long had for this local chain. I heard they were going to move locations...probably a good idea.

Love this new location. Amber is a wonderful server! Plus the food is fab, location clean and laid back atmosphere.

Good place to watch UofL games and good pizza. Good local beer selection too.

Wicks has great pizza. Good environment to watch sports. The rest of the food on the menu is so-so and highly overpriced.

So let me get this straight. Wicks overprices the rest of the menu on so-so food items as revenue recovery for the fresh pizza ingredients? Notice I complimented the pizza. The rest of the menu needs to improve either on price or quality AND proportions (the non-pizza items are small proportions for the money, highly lacking in value)

Lolita was awesome! Really made our group s experience great.
