Strong drinks, good breadsticks, terrible pizza. A typical college dive.

New menu additions are fantastic! I reccomend the philly burger.

The service and atmosphere is fantastic! Server Emily V. Is wonderful!!

Great pizza and friendly staff! The whole menu is delicious!

Decent prizes on food and beer. The bartenders were not that great though. They hinted that my ID was fake, took forever to open a tab, and I had to ask twice to close my tab while one of them stood there and stared off into space. Probably a miscommunication but I am always unhappy when bartenders question my age. It s not my fault I m 30 and still gorgeous. Deal with it.

Food is the best
Unfortunately the service, the worst.
I had to fetch my drinks and food from the bar. I was treated like I didn't matter. Thats sad, cause I love the food. Made 3,to 4 trips.

This place is the best! Fast friendly service! Great quality food! This wicks is by far a step up from the other stores! The other stores are great but this is on a whole new level!

Excellent food... a lil pricey but very good. Good spot for the NFL and with plenty of TVs and space. This is the best location in Louisville...easy to park, and if you are at the bar with Amber working... shes the best. Enjoy folks, good eats. Oh and .59 cent wings on Tuesday's all days... cant beat that!

It's only been seven months since it opened and it's just amazing. Love this place and it's location.

Worst experience ever. Want to get treated like dirt? Go to that wicks on goose creek! Waited 30 mins and everyone was served but they purposely ignored us. Do not go there unless u would like to wait forever with horrid service.

Great wings and fun staff. It s Wick s Pizza, so the pizza is really good. An ok place to watch big game if you get a good spot in front a screen. The energy is always good here. They have a good selection of draft beers and tend to have pretty good specials.

Went here for a friend's 40th birthday, and everyone was able to have a great time together because the wait staff really did their part and helped out. The food was really good too.

Great pizza with lots of toppings without asking for extra. Waitresses are mediocre lacking enthusiasm and good customer service. Pizza tends to be a little too pricey.

Family friend went there today to eat dinner with her children. No one greeted them or served them. A customer noticed went to get the manager. No one apologized and they still weren t served. They left, her son asked do you think It was because we are black they didn t serve us? This is 2020.... #DONEWITHWICKS

I've had a great experience at other Wick's locations, but this Wick's obviously is the bad apple. Ordered a calzone from this establishment that was suppose to take 45 minutes to deliver. After about an hour i called, and I was promised the pizza would arrive within 10 minutes. After two hours I called and asked for the manager who blamed everything on the driver, and that: "the driver has been gone for a long time." When I showed concern about my order arriving cold the manager informed in a condescending tone that the :"driver has a heater." Before getting off the phone with me the manager asked me to call when the driver arrived, and he would refund me the order. Of coursr the calzone was cold when it arrived, and when i called the store back they ignored my call (and still charged my card). NEVER go to this Wick's

Service was excellent! We ate late at 9 PM on their Tuesday night 59 cent wing special. Their wings are HUGE! Flavors for sauces and dry rubs are different compared to the norm, but definitely worth a try. The place wasn't busy at all, and our kids (3 year old and 1.5 year old) loved their pizza bread! Also their water is super delicious (weird, I know) if that's something that you find different at other restaurants.

absolutely awful. you'd have a better experience going next door getting Dominos and attempting to eat it in the middle of the four way intersection. very rude staff as if they're upset you walked in the door. Will never be returning to wicks.

Expanded menu, good pizza, good sandwiches... nice bar, lots of tvs.

Place was dead. We were the only people sitting down to eat with only two others at the bar and it still took over an hour to get a single pizza.

Service is really never great and always just blah. Servers give the vibe that they hate their job and are very forgetful. Food isn't too bad but there are better places with cheaper prices. Mostly come for the live music which is good and very chill.

The one only Baxter is my favorite still. Although this one is beautiful and I love the atmosphere

Extremely poor execution of food, most of the people in our group weren't very pleased and others just angry. For the $11 I paid for a bacon burger I expected more than 1 thin piece of bacon and perhaps put on the toppings it says it should come with. Unfortunately we got this as carry-out, and I assume to the kitchen that means "who cares, they won't be here to complain". The meat is very strange, almost microwaved if I had to guess and the bread is dripping with grease. Others in our group has similar experiences with their orders as well, very low quality and very high prices. I tossed most of my in the trash once I had eaten just enough not to starve before I go home for the day. What a waste of money, but this low quality food\service is becoming a standard in the industry which is why I rarely eat out anymore unless its a nice place with some type of management presence. This place clearly has zero leadership. I won't be back, and definitely recommend anyone to avoid carryout. Junk at best

Our waitress was Natalie and she was fantastic! Ve2ey attentive without being annoying and super sweet! As always, the food was great, but expensive.

An expensive way to get bland pizza with little flair over what you'd get at Thorntons. I asked for a light coat of sauce and received at least three cups of sauce under the meager toppings. Crust was so unremarkable it left no taste. The curbside service was fine, no problems with that - I just felt ripped off. Had not tried Wicks in over ten years after being served raw, gummy dough at the one in Middletown - to wit the owner/manager argued that 'close enough' should be good enough. Sad to see this once icon lose sight of making top notch product.

The food is very good and reasonably priced. The servers are very kind.

Fast service. Quality food and delicious! The pickle fries are good and the funnel cake fries are too.

Really enjoyed myself. Hope some of you make it out there tonight. Music Bingo is lots of fun.

Love this place best wicks in Louisville for sure. Fried pickles are the best, I think even better than hooters.

Love the atmosphere and food. Pizzas and wings are the best. Even now with just curb side service the food was hot and juicy and delivered quickly to the car.

The chicken fajita pizza is amazing, service should have been better since the place was not busy. Probably just do carry out in the future.

Don't bother. Ordered a 16" pizza, after an hour( I live right across the street was in pajamas and being lazy) called....they couldn't find the pizza, luckily the delivery driver knocked right then.... so now I have a 16" cold pizza made with tomatoe paste that LITERALLY cost me 40.00!!!!!!! What a waste!!!! Never again!!!!

Pizza was OK. I ordered a medium, sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion for $29.+
It was ALL CHEESE. mostly a thin layer of pepperoni, barely any meat or mushroom. I usually like this place but I feel they were skimpy on the topping for almost $30!kinda disappointing

Contains a lot of toppings. The crust is slightly thicker than I like, but overall a good pizza.

The pizza wasent great. The dough is firm and the sauce is probably out of a can. The garden salad was covered in too much cheese and bacon and was otherwise just iceberg lettuce. You can definitely get better pizza and salad, especially for the price. The environment was larger then expected, so suitable for large crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager came up to us twice in our 30 min visit to double check that our experience was good enough. We re really excited to have a new restaurant in the area. I do wish for some improvements though.
