A constantly rotating craft beer tap list offers a variety of styles and levels. Listed on a giant chalkboard, two categories emerge: "Neighbors" for hard-to-find excellent NH and local beer, and "Long Distance Relationships" for those from farther away. You can find Belgian stuff on tap here next to the best NH and the area has to offer. The food is fun - pretzels with dipping sauces, burgers, truffle fries. Completely staffed by people who love beer, this is going to be one of those places that you come back to again and again. Plenty of space and big enough to be able to carry on a conversation as well. Go and check it out, and you might never go back to those lame local bars again.

If you're a beer fan, you'll love this place. If you're a scratch-made food fan, you'll love this place. I'm from out of state and was visiting on business; my wife noticed on our Untappd app that lots of people were checking in beers from this place, so we checked it out. It's a great spot and the local and national beers they selected for their taps were expectedly great. However, the food was unexpectedly FANTASTIC! The veggie burger was one of the best my wife's ever had; the stout mac'n'cheese was wonderful; and the homemade FRESH BAKED pretzels and sauces were honestly the best I've had in my 30 years. And the kicker: the staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered great suggestions. Do yourself a favor and try this joint.

Great experience. We did outdoor dining and they have heat lamps by the tables. Everything felt very safe, with tables appropriately spaced, disposable utensils and dishes, menus on our phones, etc. The food was excellent. I recommend the pretzels with dipping sauces as an appetizer. Our server recommended a cocktail for me that tasted wonderful, nice and fruity, and I don't normally like cocktails. I had a great time and encourage everyone to support this establishment by coming here to eat!

It's July, 2015. Alex and Gretchen run the single best pub for experiencing the best the Seacoast has to offer. The food is ridiculously good, the atmosphere is jovial and the owners and staff are the best. If you don't know, now you know.

Yum! We ordered 3 apps cuz they sounded awesome, and they were. Belgian frites, frizzled fried pickles and the cauliflower cake (I forget it's official name). Ate dessert (pretzel fried dough) which was heaven and took our entrees home, haha. I'll make the effort to go back.

(Edit for clarity. I did say something while I was there. The problem could have been addressed, but it wasn't. And, what extreme measures warrant cold food? Utter nonsense.) Cold food and was told unfair to complain because Coronavirus. Unfair is paying for cold food and being told that's my problem. - Former Frequent Customer.

I was really excited to try this place as I only live up the street However, I was really disappointed. We got seated and put our order in and waited over 50 minutes for our burgers to come out. Once we got our food the burgers were luke warm and missing some toppings, buns were burnt. The fries were so cold and hard I had to ask them to bring new ones. The drinks we got I will say were the only good part of the meal. I m in hopes that maybe they will work some kinks out that they have in the kitchen.

I have been a guest here several times. Great people make great food better! Inventive menu that has something for everyone, insane beers, super cocktails. Patrick has helped me navigate the extensive menu, and has provided superior service! Did I mention the portion size? Fish and chips is half a codfish! My Caribean chicken sandwich was massive, I look forward to trying all the offerings on the menu! 5 stars!! Thank You Patrick!

I was a big fan of the old Whym Location. The atmosphere and food were great. They recently moved in to their new building and it seems like a completely different place. The beer selection is great just like the old building but the food was not as good as it used to be. The pretzels were hard and not very warm but tasted okay. My recommendation is to not go in expecting what the old building was but instead a brand new restaurant/bar. There is still a nice outdoor seating but unlike the old location no open feel or any corn hole.

Hidden gem!! Super chill place that was deserted when we were there but the beer list was great and the food shocked us with how good it was. Fish and chips was the second best I've ever had and I get it everywhere I can and my favorite was in new zealand.

My husband and I dropped in to check out the restaurant. We were very impressed with the service as well as the food. Our waitress was friendly, courteous and attentive. I got the fish and chips and hubby got a burger. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. We will definitely be sure to return and tell family and friends about this place.

AMAZING!! The beer is great and the FOOD IS GREAT TOO! We tried a cheese plate, a burger, mac and cheese, and several drinks. Every time we bit into or sipped something different, it became our new favorite thing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Was there on Friday waited 10 minutes down stairs to get a beer when we were called up to our table the waitress was in a hurry and never brought us the upstairs beer list so we just had water. The food was just okay. Don't thing we would go back again.

Once again, a most amazing time! We chose WHYM as our first dining out experience since the beginning of Covid-19, so...since the end of February, 5 months ago. We knew the owners would take things seriously. There were a few rules in place but nothing inconvenient. There was live music by Anthony Geano. So nice to hear a live performance by a very talented musician. It wasn't packed but there was a steady flow of people. We were greeted by our server and everything went smoothly. Picnic tables set apart under the "big top" and more with umbrellas. The traffic noise from Rt 1 wasn't overpowering (other than the occasional motorcycle) and never deterred from the music. Our food was incredibly delicious and served in a very timely manner. By the way, we think that WHYM has the best fish and chips on the Seacoast. Seriously large portion of fish and perfectly cooked chips. Our cocktails were on point. The beer was delicious. Honestly, I cannot wait to go back. Congrats, WHYM, for doing it right.

My experience with this place was terrible. The food took over 2 hours to make (I ordered mac-n-cheese) and apparently they dropped the food 40 minutes into cooking. The food quality was abysmal, and overall it was a poor experience. Overcrowding and bad food quality make this one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant.

I am sorry for giving a bad review during these tough times. Went to Whym first time for lunch. Very disappointed! I got the Cajun Fish Fiesta. Not a fiesta at all. It came out on a 3 inch tortilla and 3 marble size pieces of fish with what was supposed to be bok choy slaw..no bok choy and homemade salsa..no salsa. Was luke warm and not very tasty. I left there hungry. The people I was with were not very happy with their meals either. Cold fries. Service was very slow. Maybe they were having an off day. We won't be in a rush to return.

WHYM Craft Beer Cafe is easily one of my favorite haunts to go to in the seacoast. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and attended to by one of the warmest and friendliest staffs around. There is always a relaxed and nonchalant atmosphere that is paired wonderfully with one of the best revolving tap lists in the seacoast. All of the staff are knowledgeable about the beers they are serving and are always happy to answer any questions you may have about their exceptional tap list. WHYM offers some of the tastiest burgers and other food selections in the area. My personal recommendation would be "The Burger", which is topped with blue cheese crumbles and goes great with an IPA. If you are looking for a new place to hang out, relax and have a few beers with some close friends, you will not be disappointed by checking out WHYM.

Great place! I was invited as part of a big group and they were very accommodating and super friendly. Awesome selection of beers and specialty drinks. The food was also great, the pretzels and chef's fries especially! Will go again next time I'm in the area.

Went on a Sunday for live music with Lewis Goodwin, fantastic day! Great beer selection, excellent food, (try the mussels!) Very friendly staff and careful COVID pre-cautions. We will definitely be back!! (Side-note: love that they serve food in to-go containers to skip a step and take home large portions!)
