What can I say this place is amazing, wish all there stores were like this one!

I was visiting from out of town and we don't have Whole Foods back home, so I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and variety that this location had! Although the pricing was a bit outrageous on some items which steered my purchases into a cheaper dirrection.

A wide variety of options for people who follow a paleo diet.

Beyond huge. This store is more like an amusement park for health food enthusiasts.

Quality food. High prices. They tend to propagate and support fads and pseudoscience (read: gluten free) as much as they do actual science (plant strong diets)

Oh the chocolate aisle is amazing. Entire aisle for cheese!

Great place to build a lot of memories. Anyone who has a family, loves food, is in central downtown, and feeling a little famished; this is the place to come. They have everything from build-your-own prepared food, to a full salad bar charged by weight, and a complete grocery store. For me, being raw vegan poses some issues when trying to eat out with friends, but thanks to all the options Whole Foods provides, everyone can find something they like.

This is one of the largest and nicest whole foods I have been to. A very good store. Clean, the people are polite and helpful.

Busy store, but excellent store. Produce, bakery, etc. is what you'd expect from Whole Foods. Parking ramp is very confusing so go slow :)

I have gone back to this story on a couple occasions to get growlers of a locally brewed Kombucha which is delicious. I highly recommend the Texas Blues.

Whole Foods is such a great store! Nice variety of different foods, drinks and products. Great selection of local and organic foods. The live music is worth staying. I also love the meals you can order and eat there. #supertasty

This Whole Foods always has what I need thank you

This is an updated review. I had previously only given Whole Foods three stars because I felt they had slipped from their previous high standards. Perhaps they had. However, during the pandemic I have had the opportunity to use numerous grocery store options and have found Whole Foods to be at the top of my list related to quality, especially the delivery service, ease of using the app and the ease of returning an item hassle free that was not up to quality. Compared to Walmart delivery they deserve 10 stars. We have also found them better than other delivery services. My compliments to Whole Foods and as a result I have revised my three stars to 5 stars and you deserve it. We are grateful to have such quality food and that you hire delivery personnel that are competent at what they are doing.

I love Whole Foods. The flagship Whole Foods is even better. Great parking system, from magnetic escalators to hold you cart, to super knowledgeable staff, they make it easy to shop here. From coffee to fine dining that will cook the food you just bought in the store itself, this place is awesome. Little pricey, but hey. Nature of the beast.

I love this place. The prices have gone down since Amazon bought them out making fresh healthy produce more affordable. Plus the salad and breakfast bar is always amazing and theres a bar with a ton of beer on tap! The pizza by the slice is filling and delicious, not to mention all the other fresh warm food you can buy there. Definitely part of the Austin Zeitgeist and a must see.

This whole foods is the real deal. If you were in Austin you need to try it out. It is not your normal grocery store.

Nice place, great location and the prices are getting better. Now you can buy Amazon gadgets and they have an Amazon Locker to get your packages.

Whole Foods is my aid for gluten and dairy-free options, right next to Trader Joe's and Central Market.

My girlfriend went in for some Yerba mate, and not 1 hour into her shopping experience, they towed her car 30 minutes north and then made her pay for it. $200 they won't reimburse her as a customer. Freaking ridiculous. The signs say 3 hours max, and she had only been there for 45 mins. The head of securitt had the audacity to tell her to have a nicr day. Also, as a side note, homeless people eat out of the food buffets.

This Whole Foods is located underneath their corporate headquarters. Therefore, it is the biggest and best Whole Foods to ever exist. You can spend well over an hour wandering here. Their hot foods and prepared foods blows any other location's out of the water. If you are at all a fan of Whole Foods, go here!

Ask for Peter in the meat department he is super awesome and professional. He always so friendly and care for each and every customer. Also, he always remembers the way you prefer to cut for your meat purchased.

You almost have to be a Dellionaire to shop here on a regular basis but there is a reason it is one of the top tourist attractions in town. The flagship store offers cooking classes, several in store restaurants including pizza, seafood, pasta, bbq, a gelato counter, fabulous pastry and baking center, as well as the new Bar Lamar where you can grab a glass of your favorite beer or wine while you wonder among the organic produce. Grab your mouse ears and join me at Disneyland for foodies.

Whole Foods customer service has fallen since Amazon takeover.

I still can t even figure out what to make of this.

In the midst of spending hundreds of dollars during a regular shop here, I was unable to locate a single item. BBQ steak rub. For the dozen filets I just bought. I was informed it was out of stock.

Curious as to when it might again be in stock, I made the mistake of asking customer service. I was informed that it was currently SouthBy - and that of course they were out of steak rub. In fact, the woman at customer service stopped just short of telling me that I was an idiot for not knowing that. And that I would know such things if I were a local. [I am a local. I have been shopping here every week since this location opened]

I patiently tried again, and asked when it might be back. She told me to just keep calling until they had some again.

I replied that I would not keep calling. I will simply now shop somewhere else.

Products are great. But i don't like how they aways. Profile people and following you around like your came to steal something

Salad bar is the jams. Costs extra to eat there though. In the back you can get BBQ or sit down and have fish as well

Love Whole Foods everywhere I go when I visit across through country. But this Whole Foods is not like the rest of the Whole Foods. For example, the soups are not covered! They are very.busy here though

Flagship! What can I say, the concept kiosk are great. I went there totally just to eat there and didn't even shop (came back the next day for that). The price was super reasonable especially for made to order pasta!

Worst customer service from the cashiers every time.

Heart broken that they're no longer selling build your own breakfast tacos all weekend. Bring back the turkey sausage, green dragon salsa Verde please! Until then their awesome pizza will have to do. I do eat healthy food, really I do! I swear!

The place has some kind of magic already, yes, you will need your credit card to shop around...But the service is impeccable, the quality is too. Looking forward to see what Amazon does with it

As the Whole Foods world headquarters, this store has a lot to live up to. And does it ever. Every kind of food you'd ever hope to meet is in this expansive grocery store. They have a bulk section that is simply glorious and outdoor, rooftop seating that's second to none.

There is nothing you can't find here. When this flagship location first opened it was an epicurean Disneyland and while I've grown to take it a bit for granted, it's still mind boggling in scope.

Always love to visit Wholefoods with their amazing selections and fresh foods!

Great atmosphere with just about anything you could possibly need. Just be prepared to pay for it!

Whole Foods. The Haven of rich bastards entitled bastards everywhere.
Lucky for Whole Foods, my mind wants to convince me that I am also entitled to this stuff and I eat lunch here (and pick up veggies) on a regular basis. Other big stores in town have produce that scares me a little, so I'd rather just pay a bit extra and know that there haven't been gnats and flies laying around on my broccoli before I pick it up.
