Where it all started. This store is awesome! Very friendly and enthusiastic staff are always willing to assist. Great product selection. Hip vibe. Great place for local community activities.

Love the clothes But I tried calling many times on different days and it seems that they never answer their phones on purpose... After the 20th phone call I gave up. All I wanted to know is if they had a jacket I'm looking for so I don't have to spend 1.5 hours getting there and home for nothing...

Product knowledge education : poor

Went in because I saw 2 different bags onlines and interested to know more about the products . Educator who had no idea what the products name were , nor had any knowledge on features of the bags , not familiar with its functions , not helpful at all . When I asked if she knows anyone in the store might have some knowledge, answer was no I don t think so , if you need help let me know ....
thinking in my head - I did EXPRESS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH... you just can t help nor care enough to pass me on to someone else might know such as a lead .

Did I mention , the store wasn t even busy .

I like the clothing a lot, but shopping here was a terrifying experience. The staff were not even "fake friendly". They were just blase and didn't care, or even pretend to care. I got a change room which still had someone's name written on it, and I didn't dare ask the employee to change it because she was so snappy with me.
Then I waited a long time for anyone to come by and bring me a different size. When I tried stuff on in another lululemon store in Edmonton, the staff had actually checked in with me and asked if I needed different sizes, and they gave me good advice about my fitting. Nope, not here. Finally I had to flag down an employee as I didn't feel like prancing around the store in a sports bra. If their customer service skills don't improve I won't shop there anymore even though the clothes are awesome.

This store is great because of the location and because they have a separate rack for sale items. However, they're a 'showroom' as they call it, which means they don't have additional stock 'in the back' and tend to have limited pieces. They've also recently stopped carrying the APL footwear in their location.

Either they close half an hour early on a Monday (and possibly throughout the week) or their hours are wrong! Frustrating, either way.

I went into this location to buy a pair of lululemon 1/2 tights. The first girl to help me was nice and helpful. Unfortunately after I purchased the pants, I decided to change into them. I went to the change rooms and the person there was so rude. I simply addressed her by saying sorry I just bought these I was wondering if I can change into them she then proceeded to lift up her finger roll her eyes and said give me a second . I ve never been treated like that in any retail store. It made me want to go back to the counter and return the pants.

This location has by far the best customer service; everyone is always extremely helpful. I had a pair of pants hemmed too short and without hesitation they gave me a new pair. You don't find a lot of companies anymore that stand by their product like this. The staff at this location is always friendly, even to our dog who's still working on his 'people' skills. Keep it up!

I like the lululemon brand, but had a very negative experience with this location when returning an item within a week. I was surprisingly given a lot of attitude. After we discussed the situation, it turns out it was a fault in their electronic system, not with my email. Not even an apology from them.

As a personal trainer I love the high end clothing from here. The service and warranty they offer on the clothing is amazing. I send many clients here

my girlfriend bought a pair of yoga pants and within the week, the pants had devoped 3 separate large. thinking it was just a bad batch, she attempted to return, going up a size hoping to prevent further rips, not only did the new pair once develop holes withing just days of purchase, she also had to pay an extra $30 because the price of the pants had been raised, even though it was a straight exchange for an identical (and defective!) product. it's now been 4 weeks with the new pants and they resemble swiss cheese. my girlfriend would go back to return the new pants, but she is too afraid due to the rude customer service she received (not to mention she doesn't want to pay an extra $30 for yet another another defective pair of yoga pants!). charging $120 for pants that would like be outlasted by something 1/4 of the price is insulting!

One of the original Vancouver outlets for Lulu. Been showing there for decades. Typical part of the corporate perfect people experience.

Renovated location with lots of selection. Quality has dipped a bit over the years, but it's still ok. On both of my visits this particular location seems to constantly play horrible pop-country at high volume. If you can't stand that I recommend another location.

My sister tried to return a pair of leggings here she bought 3 months ago and had noticeable pilling at the knees and butt area. A very blonde, pretty Sales Associate took one look at them, scoffed and headed to the back. When she returned she said she had deliberated with management and they decided to deny the return. Reason being: that she spent too much time sitting on school chairs. What? Huh? She went to Robson the next day and they returned them quickly after a brief examination of the pants. Just a waste of time.

Poor customer service, I found original staff member very kind but the second person I felt with rude and not helpful. Unfortunately, no understanding with their return policy and current covid situation when an item that was only a couple days over due. I found overall the female staff to be significantly more helpful then the male staff. Generally, I would avoid this location if you are wanting to purchase or return Lululemon items in the future

My friend went inside to look for help when a man was overdosing right outside, but the staff told him to keep his voice down and the security guard did not care. He said "my job is inside the store, I don't care about him or what happens outside." If that guard knew first aid and refused to help someone, he could get arrested. Is compassion for your fellow human that difficult? You people are everything wrong with this city. Have fun in your yuppie fantasy world.

I was looking for a backpack. I found it and I received a warm welcome from the stuff, very friendly and helpful

Great selection and good store layout means I end up spending way more time and money here than intended. Sales staff are friendly but not pushy.

This store was closed when I checked yelp before my trip, but found out that they recently renovated the whole store and they opened a few days before I visited. This location is huge. It's really bright and airy on the women's' side with mannequins in various yoga positions sporting the latest apparel. They have tons of styles and inventory at this location.

Their men's side is way huger than most stores and it seems like an entirely different store. There is a store entrance on each side. There is a couch on the women's side to chill on. Educators were friendly and super nice store to visit if you're in Kitsilano!

Honestly Lululemon is just not what it used to be as a brand. The staff have always been cold and that fake nice . The clothing is ridiculously overpriced for the china quality manufacturing. I also used to work for the company many years ago and I can tell you the place is crawling with clicky staff and management playing favourites. It s disappointing to see that not much has changed for this company over the years.

I would never shop here myself, the prices are a bit too high for me. Only came in to get some pants fitted that were given me for Christmas. Not only could they not fit it for me, but they refused to accept a return. Mountain Equipment Co-Op has more utilitarian clothing at far more reasonable prices, with a MUCH more generous return and repair policy.

Do not buy the men's Commision shorts. They are casual shorts, not workout shorts. The pockets are so poorly designed that my phone and wallet fall out anytime I sit down in a car. I tried to return them (after the 30 days) explaining the problem and was told that without the receipt and the tag and because its after 30 days, they will not exchange them. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and will not be spending any more.

Yesterday I popped into my local store for a browse and was immediately pounced on by a sales assistant, as soon as I took a step in the door. It was an over friendly welcome and a little aggressive. She really got into my space. I did not enjoy this experience. You should really tone it down when greeting customers. Give people breathing space. Usually I have an ok experience in Lululemon and staff are pretty genuine but this was horrible and intense.

Super convenient virtual line up. Using your phone just scan the barcode outfront the door and go shop while your place is saved to get into lulu. No need for close contact waiting to get it.

The service of this location is very bare-bones, I suggest either alleviating some of the stress from these employees or to hire more staff; otherwise it is a fine location.

I normally love Lululemon...I have bought 10+ items over the number of years. 0 repairs. This summer I bought a reversible summer jacket. The zipper broke in less than 2 weeks, dropped it off, which took 3 weeks. (No explanation, until I followed up after 2 wks and made to feel I should not be even though the sales associate told me to after a week). Then I get it back and the zipper is no longer reversible. I hate to waste the time and labor of the people who did it. But attention to detail would be appreciated. I'm disappointed and might have to bring it back again.

Had to exchange a defective yoga mat. Staff are incredibly efficient and pleasant. No problem with the exchange. Good job.
