Ordered 3 sandwiches. It took for ever to get them. 1st I was told out of the bread I wanted after waiting 15 minutes then finally when the worker handed me the sandwiches I asked him which sandwich is which? he said " I don't know I did not label them" then when I got the first bite the bread was hard the ham was thick and full gristle. Disappointing.
We had a great experience here! The staff was polite and attentive at all times. Montchi, from the seafood section, was very kind and she provided great costumer service!
My favorite WFM, but it can get crowded, but if you head to back of the store, you can relax by getting yourself a glass of beer or wine to get your mind off the crowd.
They could definitely use a bigger bathroom, but this place rocks!
A very good place to find different products of excellent quality. It is a clean and very neat place. Highly recommended for those who choose quality over the price.
For a grocery store this place is great. Anything you can think of that could be in a grocery store is here. They smoke their own bbq, make their own sushi and it has a good bar with an excellent beer selection. This is how all grocery stores should be.
Great place! They have a lot of gorgeous food and low prices. People there is lovely.
The atmosphere inside was so relaxing. I didn't feel huried and was actually enjoying shopping.
The biggest Whole Foods I ve been in! Super clean and well laid out. Restaurant inside.
Good food, at a good price. Glad you are here in Austin, Texas.
Beautiful ambiance here. Expensive to shop here.free parking and online ordering and delivery available to clients.Accessible and ice skating on upper balcony through December.
Came all the way from Frisco Texas to see Amazon Foods very nice very clean, great atmosphere keep up the good work
I pay my respects to the one that started it all every time my journeys lead me to Austin. If you've been to other local Whole Foods, you know that THIS is the one to rule them all. I could pretty much spend hours perusing their assorted (albeit crazy expensive) drinks (i mean how can I pass up trying a turmeric drink? It actually wasn't that good, but no regrets trying it), and you definitely can leave without heading to Holy Grail of dried fruit, nut and trail mix lovers. Never have I seen such outrageous prices per pound in my life! But do I always leave with some goodies? You betcha. If you've never been to this WF and you're in Austin for a visit, I'd definitely recommend visiting this historical landmark of organic culture. Peace, love, rainbows, sunshine, fuity pebbles, unicorns and dragons, Theresa
Big place. Left with a bunch of fruit. And picked up some fried tofu which was a hit.
Destination. You simply must go and experience the flagship store.
Been a Wholefoods shopper for over 10 years ..happened to me for the third time at this location where they charged me twice for an item I purchased only 1 quantity of. Bought a Califa almond milk today- got charged twice. Make sure you check your bills before leaving the store..its too much of a hassle to find out at home and to go back and ask for a refund.
A great place to eat. Not as great to shop as Whole Foods is still the most expensive supermarket in the area.
Excellent place with an incredible variety of products. Super Clean and a highly professional service.
BEST WHOLE FOODS EVER! Always a little crowded, but this place has groceries, made to order meals from tacos to sandwiches to smoothies, salad/deli bar sold by the pound, and even a ramen bar Large natural self care section and even clothes and housewares!
Good store overall , prices are above avg , big problem is Parking,
Loved shopping here because of how upscale it is and the many free samples they offer. I bought kombucha here and it tasted great.
Best whole foods. The fish restaurant in there is not to be missed.
This is the original Whole Foods supermarket. It is really nice. It has various restaurants inside. You can also drink wine or beer at a bar in the store. It is bigger than average Whole Food supermarket. If your in Austin you should make a point of stopping by here.
Great place! Get the hatch green chili swordfish! These are things I made from Whole Foods. The almond flour cookie mixes are awesome!!
I think this was the flagship store. There was so much on offer it defies description.
Whole foods is one of my favorite places in Austin, and not just to eat, but to be. I'll admit, my first few trips many years ago left me overwhelmed, uncomfortable, and a little frightened--there's just a lot going on in the way of unfamiliarity. But it gets easier with every visit and now I can confidently navigate around without feeling out of place. They have the best version of everything! I love the prepared food sections, it's fast, eclectic, and healthy. Everyone wins. Almost every Thursday, we grab a giant pizza for only $9.99 and make a couple meals out of it--amazing deal! I recently tried the little seafood sit-down downing area and of course, it was stellar quality with generous portions. It's the perfect place to go when you don't know what you're in the mood for, and alternatively when you know exactly what you need because they'll have it!
This place, and all whole foods location, have gone way down hill since amazon bought it. Go to natural grocers. They have a better organic selection
It is a great store. Other stores try to compete but the downtown Austin store can not be beat with service and products and food.
Whole foods with cocktail and sushi bar. Shut up and take my money!
It's hella tight, you can totally get drunk in there tbh haha lmoaaa
