Don t call within 5 minutes of everyone leaving at 4:30 just to get a copy of my declaration page. Because even the receptionist will tell you everyone is getting ready to leave so leave a message. I guess they are just to big of a company to care about a small homeowners policy. Time to look at a company who cares about customer support.
