How is it that when I can not get ahold of anyone at judge Richardson's office (directly across from the city hall) I tried calling the city hall and they do not even know or have any number to call??

Water bill is like paying for gold have a duplex 1000 sq ft pay anywhere from 120 to 200 dollars a month for water stay away from McGregor if you want a low water bill I lived in woodway highest bill was 75 dollars?? Sounds like need changes in mcgregor??And people at water dept act like you are bothering them always get an attitude maybe cause their paying too much for water too.....
