Uncomparable! Dairy Queen learned from Whiteys! Whiteys has it ALL!!!.

What's there to say...ice cream...who doesn't like ice cream...there turtle sundae....the bomb!!!!...just don't get the banana split...they don't know how to make a good one I guess

Always a great place to go for icecream.. Love the Different variety of Icecream. I now have a New Favorite... German Chocolate Cake. If you are in the Quad Cities area of Illinois or Iowa. It is a must Stop & get Icecream..

Anybody from the Quad Cities will admit that Whitey's is one of our gems! Great ice cream, and great service. It's not cheap, but it's delicious!

Great service. Staff lacks knowledge of celiac disease, but they are teenagers. A little explaination goes a long way. Never gotten sick.

The Turtle Shake with extra pecans is too fabulous to pass on. Each time we visit the Quad Cities I always have to have at least one. Other kinds add variety and I have other favorites too, but always have a Turtle Shake with extra pecans.

Something about it, every time I go to any whiteys I get kind of nauseous. Any other ice cream parlor I don t. So idk what it is about whiteys

This is the THE best ice cream shop in the Midwest, and possibly the U. S. Love the offerings and the staff is always friendly and nice.

Whitey's Ice cream has something that no Ice cream place I've ever eaten at has. I'm not sure how they make literally the best Ice cream I've ever eaten, but its amazing. I wish they had one in Wyoming where I currently live because I crave their Ice cream. Nothing compares to their Ice cream!

Its a great place to walk to even on a cold day and enjoy a good shake with a friend, however the shakes are a bit pricey.

What can be said that hasn't been said before? A local clasic that has stood up the test of time. We love their Ice Cream and have a special place in our heart for their CHIPPERS! SOO GOOD!!

Great ice cream and unusual malt & sundae combo item - ridiculously good

Second only to Country Style! There is one exception to that, however. Whitey's has some amazing flavors from the buckets. Graham Central Station, to name my favorite. Very, very good flavored ice cream! If you want good 'ol vanilla, go around the corner to Country Style.

I love the ice cream and the server was good but the manager was very inconsiderate and didn't want to bother to show me the throw/blanket you have for sale. I was going to buy one for my daughter but changed my mind when she was so rude. I live in Texas now and I have always looked forward to your ice cream

This place is AMAZING!!! We're from out-of-town and were just looking for somewhere to get ice cream. This was on our way so we stopped in and what a pleasant surprise! We don't have these in Missouri, but the closest thing I can think of is Baskin Robbins (a.k.a. 31 Flavors) or Central Dairy in Jefferson City. Only disappointment was that they don't have caramel for sundaes.

There is no better place to stop for Ice Cream! My family has loved the peanut butter shakes and malts from Whitey's for nearly 30 years now. Even after moving from the Moline area we still go out of our way to stop any time we are on I-80. I make special road trips with my kids just for ice cream and did the same while I attended college south of Chicago. I lived in Texas for a few years and would have it shipped to me down there. This is by far the best ice cream we have ever had! This location is one of my favorites because I can take the kids to the park while we eat.

Long wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes to get a shake. There were only 3 other people in front of me.

Definitely "the Best in the Midwest"! Great staff, great variety, and great atmosphere. A must for anyone visiting the Quad Cities.

One of my go-home go-tos. On the level of Tillamook, but with more Midwestern flavor. Their shakes beat Blizzards hands down. They've been known to ship on dry ice, but i have survived the temptation so far.

Ice cream is amazing, service was a tad bit slow but it was also packed.

I love Whitey's. They're my go to ice cream place if I feel in the mood to go out and get just ice cream. They're open year round and have plenty of options for any ice cream lover. Plan to wait a little while during peak seasons (primarily the summer). There's a great park for kids right next to it. Though, I'd be a bit concerned about taking very young kids there because there's no fence surrounding the park and 16th street can be busy.
Their ice cream is hard serve ice cream which I prefer anyway but it's not everyone's cup of tea. They offer slushies, ice cream cakes and other Whitey's products as well but typically those can be purchased in most local grocery stores as well.

fantestical service, and great ice cream. some young workers that were on top of every order. got the oreo shake that was smooth, chunky, and amazing.

What can I say. Service was painfully slow, but the ice cream was well worth the wait.

If you have the chance to stop at Whiteys make sure you do!! Their ice cream is delivered and they have awesome flavors. You can order in, to go, and have pints, quarts and gallons filled to take home. I had the black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream both times I've been there. But this past time I had it in a shake, which they blend manually!! My boyfriend had the blueberry cheesecake ice cream and his step mom ordered key lime pie! Definitely check it out while in Moline!

And if you want, you can purchase ice cream to go in different sizes, such as pints or quarts. This will always be one of my go-to ice cream parlors.

I got my watermelon sherbert and my boy got an ice cream in a cup. Great variety of flavors too.

Drove a long way but worth it, everyone was getting shakes but I opted for I've cream and I was not disappointed

Whenever I get back home, it's always great to hit up Whitey's for some of the best ice cream ever!
