Purchased a shelter from Whiteline and planned to have it installed by a local contractor. Turns out the drawings supplied by Whiteline do not have enough information to install the shelter. After attempting to install and realizing the drawings were incomplete we requested Whiteline to send complete drawings. They refused. They did send their inspector who said the Whiteline drawings are never enough for installation and their own install team just installs based on their personal knowledge. Whiteline forced us to hire them to finish the install and then refused to respond to any emails about back charges for not receiving installation information that should have come with our purchase. Very rude and difficult to work with.
