I have had interactions with all departments of Whites Mtn. Chevrolet.

4* for the parts department people on knowledge, accuracy, speed and polite correspondence.

3* for the service department. They try to be accurate and relay knowledge from the mechanics to the customer but can fall short at times. Time estimates are usually skewed so just plan to leave your vehicle for half or all day (even if it is just a LOF and tire rotate).

0* for the sales team, I know most car salesmen can feel like sharks but the sales staff @ Whites is about the most uncomfortable to talk to. When I ask mechanical questions about a vehicle they prefer to change the subject... I have never purchased from them for 1 reason. EVERY salesman proclaims "the price of the vehicle is what the window sticker shows (MSRP)". Now to me that is a slap to my face if this sales staff thinks all people are idiots to believe this. So, that also makes me assume that..

0* must be given for the financial team if they can't work with there own sales staff to put a customer in a good new vehicle.

My last 3 fully loaded LTZ chevy trucks have been purchased out of state at 8-15% below MSRP . Plus delivered to me (8-9hr drive) free of charge. Why can't Whites or any other dealer in Casper come close to that type of sales excellence?
