If you could leave a review with 0 stars, I would do that because they left me with a 0% chance of arriving to my destination for my trip that I had been planning for for 8 months now when they canceled on me 2 days before my big trip. Oh and dont even get me started on that Karen chick... she claims shes a "manager" or something like that, well to keep it short, she sucks
