He is so knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells and takes the time to demonstrate and explain everything. Prior to purchasing this vehicle, we had our 2011 Enclave serviced at Whitaker and will continue to do so with our new Envision. Whitaker is a superior dealership and we recommend it highly.
I have been very happy with my car service at Whitaker's. I'm in and out and never get pushed for other services. I know my vehicle very well and if it may be possibly needing attention in other areas. However I would always take care of things before they lead to bigger problems. Dave Middleton, our Sales Consultant was very informative and patient answering all of our questions. We had been looking around for a truck for a while and discovered the one we bought by looking online. It was a couple hour drive for us and Dave assured us that the truck would be there when we got there. It was a no pressure sale (we would have walked away otherwise). Dave knowledgeably pointed out all the bells, whistles, and safety features of the truck without being pushy.
I would also like to say that Gary Miskowic was excellent in assisting us as well, very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions in easy to understand terms.

It was well worth the drive to get a quality clean used car at a really good price. They understood our urgency and when we came to fill out the paperwork we were done so fast and we're able to head back and get back to work.

Adam Bernardini in the Service department is the absolute best!! He goes above and beyond every time. I've had a transmission issue for almost the past year. Long story short....he worked with the extended warranty company (warranty had just expired, but he kept such great notes from last summer) and made sure the right thing was done for me and my vehicle. He really cares about his customers! They all do. Have had great experiences with Eric Pratt as well. This is why I continue to use Whitaker for my GM/GMC service needs, and recommend them to others.
