Terrible tracking information (as in no tracking available), Staff uninterested and unhelpful - can't give ETA, I had to chase for any information, item still not received . Extremely disappointing service.
does not even deserve 1 star rating, janelle the customer representative is so rude and shut the phone half way through speaking. Does not know. what shes talking about
Terrible transport company, careless. If you want you freight to arrive in extremely poor condition, damaged, dirty or not arrive at all use them
Beyond bad please don't get caught out like I did. Regional Road Express are the agents for lots of other couriers and routinely "lose" expensive packages. Receivers also can't track and trace and they "fail to deliver" packages constantly. That's right your packages are sent to them but about 14 days later (after destroying your businesses reputation with your poor customers) each time packages were returned to sender. RRE does not reply to emails & if you do get through on the phone they put you on hold but never come back to it. They must have got my caller ID as they never picked up again after the one time I got through. I lost more product and clients through these guys than any other time being in business.
