Quality service at a great price. I own a Karcher pressure washer and had damaged a threaded hose connection on the pressure washer. I brought it to the Jet Wash Shop to show them what the problem was and ask if it could be repaired. I was told straight away that it could be repaired, that they had the broken item in stock, that neede to be replaced. A member of staff took the washer away, tested it and replaced the part there and then, having tested and inspected the machine. Absolute pleasure to do business with, good old fashioned customer service, sound honest advice, and a quality repair completed there and then at the right price. Thank you. When the time comes to replace my pressure washer I will go to The Jet Wash Shop, great prices.
Took in a dead Karcher which they brought back to life within 1/2 hour. They even confirmed it was under warranty when I wasn't sure. Excellent staff, excellent attitude. Couldn't do enough for me as a customer. Suggested a new accessory which I bought would ensure I didn't have the same problem again. Can't rate them highly enough
