We've had a great day out and enjoyed every bit of the park, 2 good sized indoor areas with all sorts on offer to entertain all ages. Good variety of outdoor activities available from climbing frames to water park area plus pony rides in the animals area. Well worth a day out to let the kids run wild in the aisles and let there hair down in a safe environment. Would recommend you buy the year pass for both parks as it's a reasonable price and both parks have good facilities. Highly recommended.

Great little park. One of the better ones I've been too. My 6 year old loved it!
Only negative (you would have got 5 stars) is your staff maning the rides were pretty miserable. No interaction.
Just sad faces! Cheer up guys! It really could be a lot worse! You're all so young too, you're meant to have lots of energy!!

Been today my children, sister nephews and nieces and they all absolutely loved it. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The only negative thing I could say is that there wasn't much for my 2 year old to do but other than that it's been a fabulous day out and we will definitely be back.

Plenty to do indoors and outdoors and reasonably priced.

The falconry display not up to much.

They seem to use a lot of plastic and polystyrene packaging on the food which is a shame to see these days...

Up to 50% off ticket prices (most likely because up to 50% of the rides are out of order or charging up). My son who is five queued for 10 mins with his cousin to go on a pedal quad bike to be told he was too young (which is no problem, there are signs everywhere). The lady advised he can use the only next to it for upto 6 years old. Great! Only, it's out of order. Petrol car track next to it? Yup, out of order. So many rides out of order. They seriously need to employ a maintenance person. Crazy golf was really crazy! 3 clubs and no balls! So we got a club each and no ball. Also, the surface between clubs and golf is uneven as my son (5) tripped and fell and cut his knee and side (and cried for about 5 mins). The gun/air ball shooting was fun, really good fun but half the balls were just half a ball or a bit of a ball. Bumper boats was fun too. Although there was only two out and the others were charging. This was at about 1-2pm. Farm was decent, my son loved it.

Tropical House: Deserted appart one a few lonely turtles and fish.
Coin operated machines: half either not working, turned off or didn't accept coins ?
Food: Generic adventure park food
Ice Cream: Good

What a lovely place for a day out. The water park was fantastic the kids loved it. The staff could have done with doing afew more checks before the place opened. When you walked in, the bins were full already so clearly hadn't been emptied from the day before. And the toilets that were near the entrance were a right mess puddles of God knows what on the floor and stinky. The rest of the park toilets were all good and clean. We didn't eat there as we took a picnic but the menus seemed ok from the various places that served food. The rides are in good condition. Dont expect to see any butterflies in the tropical house though there was only 1.
All in all great day would definitely go again.

We have season passes, fun for under 10s no matter what the weather.
They have indoor play areas, adventure playground, farm animals and a water park.
It isn't particularly clean though, especially high up you can see thick layers of dust and cobwebs

Despite a very dated play park my grandchildren always have a good time here, the young staff are very pleasant and well trained. My complaint with the park is the lack of free water for the children to drink, the water fountains are all old and broken,is this a deliberate policy to sell more bottle water? If so it shows a mean spirit.
Active children get very thirsty,we can't carry enough for a family or buy expensive bottled water.
Surely legally this can't be right.

As others reviewing here have pointed out it is not value for money it needs updating, very disappointed with the park not many rides that older kids around 9 to 11 can enjoy, the little rides they have you have to cue for ages to get your turn.
The food sold their is over priced trash and disgusting tasting.
All in all very disappointed and feel we wasted our money!

won't be returning here even if someone paid me to. While we were in the indoor soft play area, my son wasn't allowed on the larger bit with the older children we were with (he's 3) so he went into the baby area which was gated off (there were sofas next to it which we were sat on) older children were opening the gate to this area running in and out with no members of staff advising them otherwise. Next thing I knew my son was missing from the area, there was about 200 people in this room and I was in utter panic, after telling several members of staff, all of who look no older than 10, non of them knew what to do in this kind of situation just looked at me with dead fish eyes I ended up running around the park like a mad woman. Other children were more concerned and actually helped me find my son rather than a member of staff. Worst experience of my life, afterward the staff didn't even come and check if he or I were ok.

A year on and a re-score is in order now that the initial awe has worn off. Almost everything is looking tired. The racetrack has been closed for a year, everything else is in need of maintenance or at least some cosmetic attention. Toilets are a mess, bordering on disgusting! Very different to my initial review below except for the variety.

Loads of variety and the Kids seem to love it. One star away from a full house if it werent for the limited food selection and if the footpaths weren't more like dirt tracks than what they are footpaths.
