I went in to my local store in Chichester to buy cigarettes. Now, I usually spend around 7.18 for a packet - your store was charging 8.95!!!! Justification please???? If you don't want to sell this product, then don't, but don't charge such an extortionate price. Disgraceful.
I ordered a signed edition of a book as a Christmas present in plenty of time for their 2-4 day collect in store. A week later no delivery e-mail so I rang Customer Services, was on hold for more than 10 minutes, to be told it hadn't been dispatched yet and I would have to wait for a call from a manager to advise the status! I am still waiting!!

People beware - WH Smith website processes orders online and does not make it clear that in fact the item may not be in stock, you therefore have to wait - and they don't even tell you how long. Very poor and has put me in an awkward position for a friend's birthday.
