WFUBMC Review

This was most definitely the dirtiest, most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. Would not EVER ever come back here.

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. Everyone there; doctors, nurses, transporters, housekeepers were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better care.

This is the best place for any care. The Doctors and all the staff is amazing. Been coming to this place since I was 18 and I m 30 now I drive 4 hours round trip to come here just because they treat me like I m family. The Doctors are beyond understanding and go out of their way to give you the best care they can and if they can t they reach out to where they can. They always tell you the honest answer and explain anything you ask. I should have my own parking spot by now lol again thanks for the tremendous care I ve received over the past 12 years

I understand the long wait time in emergency rooms, I really do. But if you have a patient that is in a lot of pain and can barely walk through the door do not have them sit in a chair for over 6 hours without even so much as an Aleve. People truly do come in having an extreme amount of pain that is shown in BP and HR so why have them sit there miserable crying and shaking and do absolutely nothing for them. I will never come back to this hospital again. Side note the nurses were really kind, at least they have that going for them.

My son was in The Neurology ICU, the Staff was very informative and very the nurse's and Doctors. I would recommend this Hospital to anyone.

I recently delivered my son here and had a wonderful experience. The doctors and the nurses were all incredibly nice and helpful. Nurse Stephanie was my delivery nurse and she was awesome!!

Took sister in law to er. Per request from her Dr. She fell in the office and wanted her to be seen. Anyway pull up at er. Valet and they not park my car. I have a oxygen tank on me. Rondel told me to go across street to parking garage I told him I could not walk that far sure enough when I finally got back over her my chest was hurting and couldn't breath. .Rondel just looked at me and he said I would have called someone if you fell out. He is still running his mouth while I am standing here. Also my sister has memory problems and they won't let me in with her. But watching others go in with love ones.i will take her to Duke or anywhere but here.

Simply the best . The Staff have just been so kind to My Dad after having 3 strokes and problems . And have been so nice to us all and gave him A1 care there and we recommend this hospital to everyone they will take good care of you and or your loved ones . Thank you for all of your hard work

I had to be admitted to the hospital to be treated for a severe Multiple Sclerosis attack. I had a great experience. My room was very nice and quiet. The staff was excellent, I was well taken care of, even the food was good. I went home much better than when I arrived.

Most all staff that I have encountered have been very nice and helpful. Had neck surgery in Oct 2020 and I rate the care 4/5, since I almost fell trying to get out of bed because an aide was told that I had been attended to after pressing my call light.....when I actually had NOT. The bed rails were up and I couldn't get out of bed. Had to climb over a rail to get to the bathroom. Other than that, though, everything went smoothly. The doctors are top notch. I drive 2 hrs one way to be treated here. They are all at the top of their games, for sure. I'm having abdominal surgery in the morning (5/19/2021), and have several more surgeries to schedule. I can now get here without the use of GPS.
