Most all staff that I have encountered have been very nice and helpful. Had neck surgery in Oct 2020 and I rate the care 4/5, since I almost fell trying to get out of bed because an aide was told that I had been attended to after pressing my call light.....when I actually had NOT. The bed rails were up and I couldn't get out of bed. Had to climb over a rail to get to the bathroom. Other than that, though, everything went smoothly. The doctors are top notch. I drive 2 hrs one way to be treated here. They are all at the top of their games, for sure. I'm having abdominal surgery in the morning (5/19/2021), and have several more surgeries to schedule. I can now get here without the use of GPS.
