Even when I went to get my sticker, Steve was more than happy to take time to get the sticker for me, even though I wasn't his client. Great experience. I love my new Honda Fit! Okay car buying experience, but the used car financing leaves something to be desired, 8.4% that's almost credit card rates! They need a better bank. Also was told car would have a sticker and a full tank but got neither.
They did find a better bank and I got just over 4%. That helped!

Purchased a CRV because I needed a something bigger than my civic for my family! Completely taken advantage of! I was talked into purchasing the car putting more than I wanted to down and my car payment was huge I m talking 680 a month huge! They said I could refinance immediately so I figured what the heck I m pregnant I have twins I need a vehicle. I signed after being there for hours and drove off looking back at my paperwork I purchased an suv Kelly blue book valued at 29k and my loan is for 41k!!!! Not only that I was denied refinancing because of my credit and after a year of not being behind on any of my payments I attempted to contact the dealership both by phone and by customer device text message and they aren t responding to me!!!
Fair warning stay away, don t be taken advantage of and please pay close attention to your agreement!

I've just returned from Ocean Honda, driving a new vehicle! Great experience after visiting other Honda dealerships and competitors. The staff is friendly, polite and tolerant. I prefer to have a transparent and fair deal when buying cars. I went smoothly through the process of negotiating the price and could openly discuss any concerning point of the agreement. My wife and I visited Ocean Honda late one weekend to test drive a vehicle. The vehicle was great, and the salesman was very informative. Though we didn t purchase that day, on the next Friday morning, we committed to coming in on Friday evening to buy the car. We lived a good distance from the dealership, and so we asked for the dealership s word that nothing would change before we arrived.
Not only did this dealership keep their word, they exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were driving a bit to get there, they did all they could to make sure we could drive our purchase off the lot that night. That included transferring our plates, drilling roof rails into the roof, and staying late to finalize paperwork. We never expected to drive the car home that night, but it was great to see how appreciative the dealership was for our purchase. In return, we appreciate the extra effort they put in for us.
A really bad decision on my last car purchase had me trapped in an unpleasant and expensive trap. I had given up hope because it appeared that no one could help me. I received a phone call from Ocean Honda in Weymouth and decided to try one more time and then I would just give up and accept defeat. Upon arrival I was greeted by the nicest salesman I have ever met. Daniel Chantre calmly and professionally told me he would help me. Zero stars. The most unprofessional ,deceptive services. Attempted purchase a vehicle 12/12 we saw online. After all signed documents we were advised the title was not available.
The finance individual Monica insisted we signed the paper work the same day and commence payment despite not having ownership. I advised her no she would have to post date to the 19th of December. Also made sure this was stated on purchase and sale agreement if title is not in by the 19th cancel all document purchase voided. New document would have to be signed.
I was sure to notify our insurance company to notify us in case they received any RMV form this dealer .
The following day December 13th we arrived at the office and advised Lou -general manager to cancel the purchase since title was not available We begged Lou (general manager ) several occasions for something in writing for our records. Lou s response was I wouldn t do that to you take my word the purchase has been cancelled.
Two weeks later a day after agreement expired 12/20 we were notified by the insurance company stating Ocean Honda has forward the RMV form despite canceling the purchase.
This was far from honest services and with a credit score of close to 900 we could of easily gone anywhere.
We received an empty handed apology from Lou stating the finance person was out and he forgot to notify her. Right,This transaction could of cost us a vehicle which had been cancelled.
We ve seen the negative reviews on here. If you have a negative interaction bad experience with this company and leave your honest review and your opinion they will retaliate and reply very argumentatively.

Great experience from start to finish. Dealership was clean, all staff was wearing masks, I felt comfortable being inside. Sean, the salesman, was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in hearing what I was looking for and helping me find exactly what I wanted. He went on a test drive with me and actually pointed out all of the features of the car I was driving. I chose the Honda HRV, and they were able to process everything in a timely manner and with efficiency. THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY - BEWARE! My mother, a senior citizen, age 72, went in alone, confused and was pressured to purchase a vehicle that was way out of her financial abilities to pay on. She told them she can't afford it because she was on social security only, a fixed income. Daniel Chantre charmed her saying "of course you can" "don't worry". Well, the financial person at the dealership rushed my mother into signing all the paperwork without letting my mother read it, "because the girl was supposed to have been gone a 1/2 hr. ago" rushed my mother and said just sign the papers! They sold her CR-V at 12.45% already overpriced by $3,000 and it has high mileage! Car is only worth $14-$16K and they charged her $18,250 + all the "paperwork fees, service contract and GAP insurance, now her finance amount is $20,888! Yeah, good one team Ocean Honda, how the hell do you expect her to pay that??? Thanks to your team, and taking advantage of my mother, she has $7 left for food at the end of the month. WOW! Buyer beware of slimy car salesman. You're MUCH BETTER OFF at CARMAX!

My husband and I went to look at some new and used suvs yesterday and we are happy to report that we drove home with the perfect suv that met our requirements and price point. This is not a review of the sales department - Emily did a great job helping my wife purchase her vehicle.
But do NOT request a courtesy vehicle. The first FIT my wife got into wouldn t start and reeked of cigarettes. We waited and they brought up another FIT for us.
What she didn t notice is that it also smelled of something else more disgusting until she had driven off.
There was vomit. In the car. Uncleaned. In a time where cleanliness is the MOST important aspect of business, in a situation where you have no idea who had the car before you, and they didn t even inspect the vehicle enough to detect a biohazard?
Disgusting, and the customer service department should be ashamed of themselves for letting that make it to an established customer.

I bought a power steering pump from their parts department about a week before the new owner. I then went back to get my $50 core charge and $40 refund on a door part, and they would not give it to me, as it was bought under the previous owner. Should the new business not honor the business responsibilities they took over? I went there in person, and called three times so far, with no resolution.

I bought a 2015 accord from here about 2000 miles into it I noticed the steering wheel was crooked and the braking system was failing. I took it back to the dealer to get serviced to only get lied to. The guy that was handling my case said everything was fixed on the vehicle. I then asked him for a alignment sheet he calls the service manager over he goes and tells me nothing was ever done on my vehicle very shady. I then called the general manager down to only have him act very rude and said (you get what you pay for) ( just trade it in) I opened a dispute with honda care in California to only get shut down. I've taken it to 4 other honda dealerships in the surrounding boston area nobody wants to fix it. Now I have to wait 3 years for the court system to process the lemon law. Save yourself the headache and stay away. crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Stealers not dealers. Stay away very shady run down dealership. Buy from a dealership that doesn't care about taking a lose to make customer's happy. Stay away from here you'll thank me later. Now my brand new 2015 accord sits in my driveway collecting dust. The car is under emily ma.
This dealership is full of lies. I brokered a deal on the phone before arriving for the holiday special of 1.99% APR and was told that they would honor it. My partner and I get there and Anthony, the salesman, says that James, the dispatcher, was wrong. This continued the trend of misinformation and blatant lies for the sake of a sale. After all that we tried to leave, they kept us in there for another hour. We actually leave the building, get in the car, and Anthony followed us out to continue to strong arm us. I had to tell my 6 4 boyfriend to look intimidating so they would finally let us leave. Then they called me 4 times everyday. Do not go to this horrible dealership that reeks of desperation. They don t care about the customer and they will lie to get a sale.
Great experience with Ocean Honda of Weymouth!! Was able to get the CRV we wanted at the price we wanted. Jenn went above and beyond to put us in this car quickly. She even, with the help of Kyle in parts installed a rear seat cover for my beach Dog. Would have given 5 stars but the facility itself is in desperate need of a makeover. Thanks again Ocean Honda.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. I'll start by saying that my wife and I, during our search for a new Accord or Civic, visited a couple of other well-known Honda dealerships in the area (Boch Honda in Norwood, etc.), and were absolutely turned off by customer service there. But the minute we walked in to Ocean in Weymouth, it felt completely opposite of those places-- it was warm, people smiled at you and greeted you like an actual person...you know, things you'd think would be a given at a car dealership. We were comfortable right away.
Jenn H. was our Sales contact, and although I'm sure everyone there is great, we felt really lucky to have her through the whole process. She was 100% genuine, outgoing, honest, funny, and down to earth right away. And she has her dog with her at the dealership, which is a reason to buy from them in itself.
She even walked around a lot in the freezing weather and brushed 4" of snow off cars while we went back and forth on interior colors. We were like those people you hate who look at a fast food menu and can't decide what they want, even though they've been there a million times-- and she was patient the whole time. I'm not really sure what more you could ask for.
Mike was incredible to interact with for Finance as well. I'm in sales, and after having a bad experience at another dealership (high pressure, blatant sales tactics not executed well), I was a bit weary about how that would go. Mike and Jenn together were ZERO pressure and ZERO sales tactics when the pricing/cost discussion came around. They were honest, gave us the TrueCar quote, explained all fees (which were minimal), and when we wanted to think about it for the night, did not give us the run around about any "1 day only special" or a speech about quotas before the end of the month.
So what do you get out of this long review? Go to Ocean. See Jenn. Pet her dog Dixie. Test drive a car. Be honest yourself about what you can afford (you'd be surprised how bad some customers are about this, and then try to haggle when they shouldn't) and Mike will take care of you.
I'm sure other dealerships are fine too; I can't speak for all of them because after going to Ocean, it was plainly obvious after 3 minutes I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. GO!
I recently bought a new suv from ocean Honda in brockton and I was impressed with the dealership. When my inlaws saw my new crv they decided to buy one.so we went to ocean Honda in Weymouth because it was closer to where my inlaws lived.even though the two dealers are owned by the same company what a difference in performance and personal touch in Weymouth. Steve in sales was very friendly and professional. By far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had, everything was explained to a T by my salseman Daniel Chantre by the time I left the dealership I had no questions the whole process was great. We didn't make a deal. They offered me two thousands dollars less of my car value! The visit was short and they were courteous. But I was disappointed to see their high prices.
I was feeling overwhelmed and disappointed in my car search until I went to Ocean Honda in Weymouth. Very much worth the trip! Where other businesses made it clear I wasn t an important customer, Scotty Youman and the rest of the Honda team made me feel valued and respected, despite being a recent college grad and not having the best credit or the most money. I was referred by a friend and wasn t really planning to make an appointment or buy a car until Scotty went out of his way to reach out and work with me to find the perfect fit. I couldn t ask for anything more in a car, and they came down to get it in my price range. I love my new Honda Civic more than I thought I could and I appreciate the respect and attention I got as a customer!
