I recently traded in my sedan for a Honda HRV since I am expecting a baby and needed some more cargo space. I made an appointment with Anthony and upon arrival he had done research and had several options to review with me that fit my criteria. I appreciated the fact that he is a salesman who actually listens to his customer. He worked with me to get me into a new car that fits my needs while not pushing me beyond my comfort in terms of budget. They have the RMV services on site as well, so it is a timesaver when one place can transfer plates, register, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I ll be sending my family members in when they are ready for a new car as well!
Six years ago Weymouth Honda came through for me when no other dealer would. Now I'm near the end of my second 3yr Honda lease, and I will be going back to Weymouth Honda, before any other dealers, and hopefully work out the next new lease or sale (3rd in row hopefully). They've been outstanding every time.
This is my third visit to an area Honda Franchise. I can't describe the angst in negotiating a new car purchase. We walked inside and no one bothered us for a good five minutes, which was nice. Someone came up and asked us if he could help us. I explained we already test driven a new civic some where else, liked it, and I was insulted by the whole financial part of the transaction. He said he understood and said we wouldn't have that problem there. They use a program that calculates out the terms of the lease and the monthly price, no haggling needed. Long story short, we love Weymouth Honda. They are real people with a real good understanding of how to make deals happen. Thank you To Malek who couldn't have been more of a gentleman the process. The trip from Attleboro was well worth it, and we will make the trip again when the time calls for it.
I bought my first motorcycle here and the experience was excellent. Paul was very helpful over the phone and by email getting me all set up so when we picked up the bike we were in and out in less than half an hour. The service rates are pretty good and the guys have never tried pushing unnecessary services or parts on us. They've always given great advice on parts and they're always happy to spend time chatting about gear. If my next bike is a Honda I'm buying it here.
The service department is one of the worst I ever dealt with. I would rather drive miles away and get my vehicles serviced elsewhere. I have of 14 vehicles and four of them are odysseys. The owner needs to look into his service department incompetence and do something about it. Good luck!

I was going thru roughest time , I went there with my 18months old daughter doubting I would leave with a car David and his staff made everything possible .They have a nice lil area for my daughter to play while in the process . Beware of one of the sales guy. I asked to test drive a CPO Pilot I looked from the Honda official website. After the driving, the sales guy said it s just dealer certified and asked for 1 more grand to do the manufacturer certification. I guess Honda USA official website is a scam.
A year ago I was starting the daunting process of looking for a new car. As someone who only owned used cars, I was looking into the option to lease. After disappointing trips to other well-known, local dealerships, I ended up at Honda in Weymouth. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer - I worked with James and he worked with me on every angle to get the best deal possible. A year later and I'm already looking forward to the 3 year mark so I can continue leasing here. Had to replace exhaust manifold on the Element I bought there (previous owner) in 2005. I got three estimates, them- and two other auto service places in the area. Estimate #1 was $1,100. Estimate #2 was $995. Ocean Honda just did it today (March 2018) for under $600. Fixed it on time and under budget. Nice job.
I went on 8:30am Monday morning, and by 11am Val had me approved and ready to drive home. The customer service I was showed by sales rep Val was out of this world, so kind, patient, and understanding. I recently purchased a 2019 CR-V from Ocean Honda in Weymouth, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to the team of Dave Sandhu (product specialist), Mike Sewall (general sales manager), and Scott Youman (finance specialist) this was the smoothest and most stress-free car buying experience I ve ever had in my life. Collectively, they treated me professionally and fairly, and I left feeling like a got a great deal on my new car. This was my first time purchasing a car at Ocean Honda, but it definitely won t be my last!
Very disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. I purchased a certified pre owned Honda less than a month ago and have since wasted much time correcting multiple minor errors (dead key fob, dead front power outlet, empty gas tank upon delivery) missed by their service department before the purchase. Doesn t inspire much confidence in the 182-point checklist that they supposedly complete as part of the CPO process. Thankfully I went to a different dealership to investigate the exhaust fumes I began smelling about a week later and it turns out that the Ocean Weymouth service department left the oil cap off the engine! Oil was spraying out everywhere hence the fumes I was smelling, the rough idle, and how loud the engine seemed (which the Weymouth service department said was just how Honda s are ). This lazy oversight in their part would have turned into a catastrophic error had I not caught this in time. I reached out to the dealership general manager Lou Franco two weeks ago to complain about this abysmal service and have received no response, apology, or amends for these errors.
So buyer beware: their prices are competitive but maybe that s just to cover up for the errors and negligence. So just make sure you get a pre-inspection completed elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I wasn t sure what car I wanted to buy; I knew I wanted an suv, but which one? I made the circuit of dealerships and test drives. Some cars were nice, some salespeople were nice. None were making me want to buy. Until Ocean Honda. We (my husband and I) were greeted by a happy, friendly salesperson, Anthony. Even with masks and social distancing, he made us feel welcome. He listened; he asked questions; he worked with us and I am quite happily driving my new Honda Pilot. Giving this one star to write the review. This place SUCKS! Do not bring your car here for service. Doug in the service department talks very fast and compares himself to a doctors office which is not the same. They close at 6:00 and I called at 3:00 and Doug said I would have to hurry up and get there because they close at 5:00 which was a lie. He also said he wasn t sure if they would even get to my car that day. The only reason I went here was an emergency. This place is way overpriced. Doug was argumentive with me when discussing my vehicle. I m a 17 year old first time experiencing car difficulties.
I feel so fortunate to have walked into Ocean Honda. I was met by Jenn, Mike and Sam. They were all very nice and easy going... I didn't feel like fresh meat being served up. lol! While Sam is a great listener, extremely patient, and accommodating, Jenn showed great enthusiasm about cars she liked. That made it easier to take a look as I wasn't being pressured to like it myself necessarily. After talking over what I was looking for, Sam took over my care. That's where his patience came into play! Where it's such a big investment, I was rather indecisive but finally it came down to things like color, fabric and such. That took the most time to suss out. Through it all, Sam stayed by my side patiently and never made it feel like they were frivolous decisions. That meant a lot to me.
Then, onto financing. I'm just going to leave it at saying my credit is difficult to work with when attempting to purchase a car. The team was with me through that mine field and never gave up. Even the GM worked on the issue and assured me we'd make it through. And, though I'm a bit of a pessimist, I'm driving away in a new Honda. I can't thank everyone there enough. I feel lucky rather than the normal experience we've all had of having been through the wringer. A super big shout out to Sam. Look him up next time you need a new car. You won't regret it.

I called about a part for a Safety Recall Notice on August 1. The employee who took my call was very short with me and hung up as soon as he confirmed the part was coming. No estimate of when it would be here, no thank you, no nothing. Oh well, one employee having a bad day isn't too bad.
I wait a MONTH and finally call myself. After being on hold for a total of 10+ minutes and being bounced between service, then parts, then back to service, I learned that the part had come in and no one had contacted me. The employees were much nicer, but clearly frazzled and likely understaffed (it was 9am on a Thursday, not a peak hour).
I finally was able to make my appointment, but the only reason I'm going here is that they are the closest Honda Dealer to take care of the Recall issue.
This is an amazing dealership and initiates with the friendly greeting as soon as you enter their facility. The complete leasing process of my Honda Civic with Dave Sandu was so stress free and as pleasant as anyone would want from a sales staff representative. Dave was very friendly, honest and accommodating to my needs and I would highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking at a Honda car or truck!

I am so pleased with the service and care from Ocean Honda Weymouth. I located a vehicle on the Honda site and it directed me to this location. The customer service from the manager, Jason, was exceptional. He actively listened to all my concerns and didn't try to sway me in any direction. He aligned with me and sharing, as a parent, we only want the best for our kids, as this purchase was for my son. Purchasing a car on the phone as opposed to seeing it in person, is a bit tricky and Jason could not have been better. He exhibited great empathy and went over the car in great detail. He then handed me over to Sam, who, my goodness, is a saint. Very caring and soft spoken. He sounded so kind and was able to communicate via, text, phone calls and/or email. So convenient. My son is getting his car today as we were able to complete everything in 2 days! They registered the car, did all the paperwork and made this process so simple. I was very reassured and since I am in CT and my son in MA, I even asked them to take a photo for me displaying my son and his new car and send it my way so I can virtually celebrate! Steve helped answer questions that the other dealerships didn't provide.
Every dealership I went to, the GM would try to make a last ditch effort to close on the sale and would purposely leave out details.
Lou Defranco didn t try to do that on any of my visits to their dealership. The team takes pictures of every customer they do business with as a memento and I heard multiple people throughout the day come in and thank Lou personally for his honesty and service.
Lou replied to the tune of, it s all about service.
Their owner has 40+ Honda Dealerships across the United States so they have lots of pull w/ Honda. If they can t get you a great deal, no one can

I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic LX CPO vehicle. The staff at Ocean Honda of Weymouth was great. No pressure, no hassle with easy financing through Honda Financial Services. It was a pleasure to purchase a car at this dealership.
I found the staff friendly enough but twice the salesman made offers that, when I accepted and asked to work on financing, he came back and said the sales manager changed his mind and couldn't offer. The second time, they called me in a week after I had left due to not accepting a deal; they said they would be flexible if I would be flexible. I came in and the salesman gave me a new offer 1/3rd the way between their price I'd declined and my bottom line price. I agreed to the price and to start working on financing. He came back 10 minutes later and said the sales manager decided they couldn't do the new offer and then repeated the same offer I had turned down a week before. I am very disappointed and insulted by them wasting my time that way.
This was the best car shopping experience I've had! I am a three time Honda customer and this was by far my best experience with a dealership. Jason and Lou were my sales team and they went above and beyond to make the deal right for me. They each took time on the phone with me first and then in person were attentive and so friendly. The deal we discussed on the phone was the very deal they were true to with no BS when we got there. I even got to leave with my car in the same day which I never expected. Sandra in the finance office was efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. We felt at home from beginning to end. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be returning for my next car purchase.
