I would describe our experience at westside as maybe the worst costumer service we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We turned in our 4 wheeler a month and a half ago to be looked at for a maintenance issue. When we contacted them initially were told to bring it in but it may be two weeks before they could get to it. No problem right? It's spring and starting riding season so we understand and we're relatively patient people. A month and a half goes by with no call from them. We contacted westside and was either left on hold for a ridiculous amounts of time or told they are going to look at the 4 wheeler soon. Finally fed up, my wife goes in to pick up the 4 wheeler and our trailer today. So, she shows up and get blank stares when she asked where our stuff was and was told they no nothing about a 4 wheeler and a trailer! You don't know where my 4 wheeler and trailer are!!??!! What a damn joke! They said they would look for it and she waited 45 minutes with no one came to find her. Done waiting she went in to ask where our stuff was and the "mechanics" there said it was blocked in by a bunch of other bikes and it was off the trailer. How are you going to pull my 4 wheeler off and not even take a look at it or maybe call me to tell me you just don't have time? They finally loaded it on the trailer and with out so much as a sorry she went on her way. These guys don't give a crap about you or your equipment!! Don't ever waste you time here because they are all a damn joke!! I will tell everyone about how bad westside motorsports maintenance department is! Nothing but a garbage fire there!!

Went in with a friend who had needed 3 parts. They had 2 in stock, and had to order the other 1. Went back a week later to pick up part and inform them they had given is the wrong parts initially. Had the clerk re check in the system and he says "Who ever helped you must have been looking at the wrong bike, because non of them are right" Funny, cause he was the guy. Gets the right part ordered, and gives us a bill for $30(ish). Same parts, different part numbers. We call attention to it, and he stares at the screen of 10 minutes. . . "Oh I forgot to remove one of the old parts". Total is something like 3 bucks.

When all is said and done, we get no apologies, we have to make a second visit, and they won't discount the 3 bucks for their screw up.

I wouldn't go there to get parts for my 4 wheeler based on this experience.

This was a great place! I have worked at several dealerships over the years and I know a good shop when I see one.
They took care of me while driving trails 7k miles across country on my 2008 Suzuki DR650SE dirt bike. They had the tires I wanted and they were on sale too! They replaced and balanced my tires(without pinching my expensive thick tubes), changed my oil, and cleaned my air filter all while I waited so I could get back on the road/trail.
Todd(not "super Todd") was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. He did a great job!
I will be sure to tell fellow riders traveling about your shop. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and thanks again.

Was interested in a side by side. Have emailed and texted numerous times. Finally called and spoke with someone. He was to text info and set something up. Days later and no response. Must not want to sell stuff too badly.

I recently took the beginner motorcycle training course from instructor Brian Shriner. The class consisted of a 4 hour evening classroom session and two day sessions that were mostly riding out on the range culminating with the written and skills exam for earning your motorcycle endorsement. Brian was an awesome instructor and the curriculum was amazing. I can't believe how much I learned in such a short amount of time! I will definitely be coming back for more classes at Westside Motorsports with Brian.

Disappointing service department, after many broken promises they finally delivered my bike weeks late and failed to resolve the issues I asked to have looked at. after multiple calls to the service manager and general manager I'm still unable to get a response. I'd stay away if you need service work.

My experience here hasn't been very good. It would seem that the owners are unable or unwilling to hire more help for their service department absolutely running their existing employees right into the ground it seems you can call and the phone will ring and ring and ring leave a message they never call you back they are terribly understaffed. I've been waiting for over two months for a front brake rotor he told me that he would call me when it came in it's probably sitting there but nobody has had the courtesy to call me and I think that's due to their understaffing. Yamaha dealer recall and I brought my motorcycle in to get a clip in the transmission changed and my bike has never run the same since ran perfect when I brought it in there now it pops and backfires it won't hit 3rd gear and of course I can't get ahold of anybody to talk to them or make an appointment so this has not been the best experience unfortunately

Could not be happier with the service and professi...

Could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Westside. Purchased a bike for my son as a college grad gift (CBR500). The stored it for a few weeks to hide it from him. Then they delivered it on the day and time we needed it. While we were waiting for the date to come they did not have the cover & helmet in stock so they ordered them for me. Everything arrived as stated and on time.

I was so impressed and happy with the service I bought myself a new bike (Ninja 650)so my son and I could ride together. Again I bought it in the morning and the bike was delivered to my home by that afternoon.

Both processes were quick, simple and painless. Everyone was nothing short from professional, yet fun buying experience!

Thank you Sandy, Mandy, Mercedes, Charlie and John!

After my wonderful review and almost 400 miles on my bike I had a major issue. Westside picked up my bike from my home and took it to the shop.

I had an appointment for the following day so I figured they could get to it then.

My Issue(s):
Oil was Milky White
Extreme vibration throughout the bike at 4000RPM, mainly in 5th and 6th.

Afternoon after pick up (Day 1) - No one called, my son picked up his bike and my bike was still in same spot, had not moved.

Day 2 - Friend went out there for another reason and my bike still in the same spot, had not moved. Called to get some answers and they claim someone rode it and found nothing wrong.

Day 3 - Called again to see where we were at, still waiting for the Service Manager to ride it. Asked them to actually change the oil and save it for me.

Day 4 - Picked up my bike. They did the 600 mile service and did NOT save the oil for me to look at. Cost was just under $200.00

I was told the oil was fine it was condensation and the vibration was normal. I really didn't feel like they even cared to look at my bike.

Put another 200 or so miles on it and complete FAILURE on a ride.
Oil Milky White again, bike dies and wont start.

Turns out the cam lobe had a flat spot on it. That was causing the vibration and the vibration was causing the head bolts to back out. Which in turn allowed the water and oil to mix.

Was told my Kawasaki tech that if they would have taken the time to investigate the vibration or water leak they would have found both the issues at the same time.

Final Thoughts:
Sale was great, made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The service after the sale, well as you can see totally worthless.

Sorry I will not be back to Westside Motorsports.

We have been customers since the late 1990's and have seen the dealership go through many changes. The current staff is outstanding, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.

My advice to any who struggle to have a good customer / dealer relationship, is to spend some time getting to know the staff, and building a relationship. Your investment of time will make all the difference.

Kudos to Mandy, Hope, Kevin and John for your customer service.

Let me start out by saying Westside Motorsports is Awesome! I rarely leave reviews but this experience was one I have to share with everyone.

From our first step onto the dealership we were met with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake from our sales rep Griffin. He was great! He showed us the various options of ATV's, the pro's and cons of each trim and model and help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable but not once pushy like some dealerships reps are. He listend to what we were looking for in an ATV and once we narrowed it down to a couple of models, Griffin let us test drive each of them on thier private offroad track. It was here that you could see and feel the difference between the various options.

As we moved through the sales process, all the employees were curteous and professional. They made the atv buying process a cinch. I can't reccomend these guys enough. If you need an ATV, side x side, or snow machine, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. Thanks again Griffin!

We were told the Ducati would be ready in one month and it was over 2 months, almost 3. We live in Montana so had to rent a trailer to get it there and back. Once we got it back it was squealing and smoking and was obviously not rideable. They did however come with a trailer to pick it back up after the $3200 check payment was stopped. It's still there. Not impressed

Absoloutley horrible experiance, and I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere !!

I bought a brand new 2013 Canam Commander 1000X from these guys ( Mitch was the salesmans name) . It was brand new, and still in the shipping crate. I paid for it, and all they had to do was assemble it, and meet me at the vehicle license office. (State requirement here). The dealer shows up with a damaged machine. There were huge gouges in the side panels from when they tried to mount the roll bar, the bolts holding the roll bar together were cross-threaded with the heads stripped and only about 1/3 of the way in. The utility bed was mounted crooked as well. I called the dealer and said there was no way I would accept delivery of this machine, and expressed my concern they would even let something like this out the door. It was unsafe and all beat up!! I was given a story about how the guy who assembles them quit, and they let someone else do it this time. I was told that all purchases are final, and that my only other option was the other Commmander that cost $1000 more and was already assembled... Since there was no way I was going to accept this machine, I went down and paid the additional $1000. ( what choice do you have? take an unsafe machine assembled by the building janitor?) The dealer appologized for my inconvience and offered my first service for free. I received the new machine ( $18,768 dollars by the way ) and when I call them to get my first free service (about 2 weeks later for the 10 hr required service), they tell me "Oh, that was only if you kept the other machine." I asked them if they are freaking kidding me!!! I reminded them of what transpired and how they made me spend another $1000, how they made me drive to the dealership 4 times ( 100 miles each time ), and the license office twice! The salesman ( Mitch ), tells me he remembers but since they didn't put it writting on the paperwork on the "new machine" ( the one i was forced to buy, that cost $1000 more) they were not going to give me my first service free. $19 thousand dollars and they are going out of there way to make my experiance horrible!! If I bought the most expensive thing they sell in there and am getting this bad of service, what do you think you are going to get when you go in with your money!!!

Bought a motorcycle from them, only drove it a couple hundred miles then I wanted to trade it in on something twice as expensive and they tried ripping me off. Only wanted to give me a third of what I paid for the first bike in trade in. I had other motorcycle shops in town offer me more than they did.

This dealership does not care at all about the customer. I purchased a new bike from them which turned out to be a lemon and every warranty claim i gave them they gave back and said i was user error. they forgot to put coolant in my bike and said it was my fault for not checking it when they claim the bike came ready to ride. Also keep your receipts or they will try to double charge you on parts. This is truly one of the worst deal ships i have ever dealt with.

I am from Tennessee and needed some attention to my BMW. Alex and the service department did a wonderful job of not only getting my bike in, repairing it, but also facilitating getting me to a hotel for the night Personal attention is unparalleled. While in the waiting area I witnessed their staff professionally and knowledgeably help customers. The place is large including a MSF training course and warehouse storing off season power sport vehicles. I would come here again and highly recommend this place

This place is awesome! My wife and I took the two day beginner rider class, and then came back the next day and bought a new bike. People at Westside were super friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us great! Would recommend this place to people who don't want a lot of pressure, but just want people who treat you right! AWESOME experience!

Decent inventory and they have some of the best brands in town in BMW and Ducati. They are trying to hold more rider community activities like trainings and free movies which I appreciate. Service has been questionable in the past with a lot of turnover in the mechanics and at the service manager spot. I hope they can solidify that as otherwise this is a good place to buy a motorcycle or quad.

Took my 2000 Honda XR650R to Westside service after many days and hours of frustration with the starting of the bike. I have worked on and rebuilt several Honda motors and serviced most of the carburetors for these bikes. For whatever reason this bike and it's starting problem defeated me. No longer was I willing to kickstart the bike 20+ times to get it running. Time for experts. Indeed Alex and his team were experts. The problem was discovered quickly and parts were ordered. Once installed, the bike starts consistently either on the 1st or 2nd kick. I am a happy customer and highly recommend Westside Motorsports for any work you need on your equipment.

Took my 2016 turbo rzr there because the eps light came on and wouldnt shut off, they said the eps was faulty and need replaced the part alone is 1200.00+, I had killed the battery when I purchased it so I specifically asked if they checked the battery which they said yes and it was fine, after not driving the units for months I decided to buy a new battery and take the unit to an event, we put over 100 miles on it at the resort with absolutely ZERO issue after replacing the battery. Good thing I didnt fork out the money to replace the eps. Other then this issue they were able to get me in and out fast when I asked them to reset the light when it first happened which was nice because I was taking my daughter to the orv park.

We've had very unsatifsactory service from Westside after buying our son's motorbike there a year ago. We took the motorbike in for regular service and to have a problem diagnosed. Without calling to talk to us and get permission, Westside ordered parts and was going to complete repairs that they would have charged several hundred for- they told us they would call with the diagnosis and never did. We told them to stop and put the bike back together so we can pick it up. Two weeks from dropping the bike off we still don't have the bike back. They haven't called like they promised they would. Called today, were told we would get a call back within two hours- no call. We are beyond frustrated with Westside. We know two other motorcycle owners who have taken their bikes to Westside for service and have been charged considerable amounts for services that weren't asked for, without the permission of the owners. The billing practices at Westside are questionable at best. Once we get our son's motorbike back, we'll never return to Westside.

This place is amazing. I just bought a new bike from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales staff will go way out of their way to make you happy (I know because I was extremely picky with what I wanted). They have a great selection of bikes to test ride. They also keep treating you well after you buy, which is something you don't always see once a place has the money from a sale. Highly recommended.
