Westside motorsports deserves a lot more than five stars they treat you like family they listen to what you want and help you find the right The right fit for you whether it s a
bike,Quad, side-by-side, ski Doo.
If you order a helmet you are interested in and it doesn t end up being the right fit for you they don t make you feel bad about it not one bit they are the only people in town that I will take my bike to or any other of my recreational vehicles!

Awesome experience, went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted. Nate helped me out, showed me around, and answered all my dumb questions :) ended up picking up a Honda grom and I'm still loving it! Also took my endorsement class here, teachers were awesome, super fun, kind, and funny. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a bike, parts, or take some classes. A+ people, and A+ service!

HORRIBLE service. I must have walked passed the sales guy Mitch and his boss Charlie 10 times before being greeted. Thankfully they have a very nice friendly gal named Mikayla who made me feel welcomed even apologized for the 2 guys that were pretty much useless. Lost a sale. Take better care of your customers less about personal talk and your cell phones.

Make sure to put a hold on parts before you come out there to get them. I called, checked the availability of a Sea Doo part, they said they had it, the guy even went out and " put his hands on it". I arrived 30 minutes later and the part was no longer in stock because the service shop just grabbed it for a machine they were working on. Big waste of my time. Usually don't have any issues and they are fairly helpful depending on who you talk to.

Our family went in today and picked up our kids first Dirt Bike, a Honda CRF50. We really appreciated Vonn and his staff as they were incredibly friendly and really made the experience memorable for the kids and that mattered to my wife and I a lot. We will be back for our purchases in the future!

Discovered an oil leak on my bike 2K miles into an 8K mile trip. Very happy with the professional, quality service I received. As a new rider, I appreciate being treated with respect and patience. Larry was awesome and took the time to explain and let me know things to keep an eye out for. If I lived in Spokane I would definitely be a repeat customer!

I have been in retail sales for 20+ years and it takes quite a bit to impress me, This kid did it......
Sandy in finance (love her.... its ok my wife loved her too.)

I had one slight hiccup with my machine, (very easily could have been made 100% my fault) and I thought that was what would happen upon meeting the service dept.
Could the service department be as good as my salesman and experience buying it????? (I already gave them my money)

The crew from Westside Motorsports handled the recalls on my bike and were also able to fit in a tune up while I waited. They were very professional, and even let me take a new F800GT for a demo ride. Thank you to Dan, the new Service Manager, for patiently answering all of my questions about my new (to me) bike. Also thank you to Kevin and Katherine in the parts department for helping me find the perfect new helmet.

I have been riding for more than 20 years. Have done thousnads of miles and interacted with many dealerships and service centers. These guys are amazing. I go passed 4 other places and drive 50 miles just to bring my bikes here. Every time has been an amazing experience, The entire team has always gone out of their way to make me feel special and cared for.

I trust I am getting honest deals and great service.

Kevin and Ryan in the service department truly work hard to make sure I always have what I need in a timely manner. Great job guys.

Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Westside sells and buys new and used Motorsports vehicles ranging from motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides, all the way to snow sleds and jet skis. As well as safety equipment and parts for most vehicles they sell. They also offer a full service repair shop. Endorsement and safety classes are available for motorcycle riders ranging from very beginner to expert even some special classes like passenger classes. I love this store and but all my parts from it i do give them 4 stars because they are usually more expensive than other shops in the area. All that being said they are (in my opinion) the best shop in the greater spokane area.

Buying process for my new ATV was great, However t...

Buying process for my new ATV was great, However the post purchase has been less then desired. I was suppose to get a call when my accessories arrived to schedule a time for install and first oil change. I never got the call, and I called 2 times without follow up. So hit number 1. I finally got it dropped off 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment and at this time I requested for a oil change as I have enough hours on my Brake in fluids.

Secondly I called this past saturday and I was promised a call l"later the same day" to find a time to get me oil changed as it was scheduled with the install. Here I am once again 2 days later and no call.

I have had my ATV for over 2 months and still don't have it completed.

I will be buying 2 other atvs in the near future but am leary now of Westside Motorsports and their follow up on post sale. Makes me want not to spend my money here.

Look at their past reviews and i'm not the only customer that has had issues with the post sale/ service.

Sorry Westside I hate to give negative review but only way to change your business is to listen to your customers then actually make the change.

Recently had problems in Spokane with my riding pa...

Recently had problems in Spokane with my riding partner. He needed a starter and I needed a new rear tire. The starter needed to be ordered over the weekend and Monday they were either closed or holiday. I don't remember. We received the best treatment as could be expected due to all the factors involved. We were riding from Kansas and I was most impressed with all of the staff and management. Westside was most helpful and generous in helping us get back on our bikes and on with our ride. That includes 2 round trips that John took us to the airport for car rental and return. Good people.

This is my third bike I have gotten from Westside motorsports and I have to say this was the best experience yet! My sales guy Charlie Wickward was THE MAN! He was very attentive and went way out of his way and made me the best deal possible. I walked out of westside with a big smile, a t-shirt, and a really nice bike. Thank you Charlie for everything!!

Mitch spent much time with me on several occasions...

Mitch spent much time with me on several occasions patiently answering a zillion questions and helping me make my decision. Mitch has a friendly, sincere and courteous manner which was appreciated. He knows his products well and was very professional. Mitch is a top notch salesman. I highly recommend anyone interested in any of the great products at Westside Sports talk with Mitch. You won't be disappointed.

The Service department is excellent too. Was a pleasure working with Brandon in particular. Brandon's knowledge, help and support was impressive, and much appreciated.

If you're looking for some fun toys, I do highly recommend Westside Sports.

I had the privilege of purchasing a new motorcycle...

I had the privilege of purchasing a new motorcycle sourced by Westside. Unfortunately they were negligent in some aspects of the sale and ultimately I was the one who paid for it. Unacceptable in my opinion as it was clearly their mistake, but typical dealership behavior of denial ad one can expect. I would politely advice and like to say a little bit of honesty goes a long way Sandy. Please treat your customers with more professionalism and ensure the accuracy of the details and figures provided to them. To buy the vehicle, and then switch the rates after purchase, is wrong and unacceptable.

My family and I loved the experience at Westside Motorsports! Nate was awesome with showing us the different UTVs and allowing us to test drive all the machines we were looking at. Tyler was great with getting us a terrific deal on the machine and a great trailer! Even the owner Scott had talked to me twice at the store as just a friendly customer and gave terrific information and suggestions to my wife on the fact that comfort is the #1 thing to look for in the ride! Sandy closed out the deal and we are so happy with our new Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo Side-by-Side. We were taken care of in just a few hours and able to hit the trails! Thanks again Westside Motorsports!!!

August 2014 I tried to contact them Via email I was interested in purchasing a 2015 Ducati Diavel.
They Never responded...
Sent the same email to four other ducati dealers in the northwest within driving range of Yakima, WA where I live and they all responded. So I ended up buying said Ducati ($20995 retail) from Ducati of Bellevue...
November 2014 The new 2015 R1 was revealed I decided I needed one. I sent Westside Motorsports and email again along with emails to several other dealers withing driving range of my home. Again no responce from Westside Motorsports...
I left poor feedback on their website which was after deleted by them, go to their website and take a look they only keep the good reviews.... Anyway shortly after leaving poor feedback on their website I recieved and email from the sales manager telling me he is very sorry and they are having problems with their website. I decided to give them a second change mostly because I have family in the Spokane area and somewhere to stay the night if I buy a new bike from them..He put me into contact with a salesman and the salesman told me that as soon as they had more information about when the new R1 was available they would contact me and I could put my deposit down to hold one. I also told him I was expecting the bike to be popular and didnt want to miss out on the first shipment and he said he would contact me ASAP... Ive sence within a week of each other heard from all of the other dealers I contacted and that was in December 2014, and have put my deposit down on a new R1 ($16499 retail) I mean really Westside Motorsports??? can you really afford to brush off those kind of sales. I would Imagine if your owner sees this someone should get fired but hey who knows maybe they just catter to the Spokane area and everyone else gets put on the back burner. WHO KNOWS??? but i will not be giving them a third chance thats for sure... Good luck Westside Motorsports....

I took my stand up Jetski in to repair a broken steering cable. The job was listed in their mechanic book at over 3 hours. Some friends of mine said it was a "this was hellish job - a knuckle breaker with lots of tight fits and total pain in the backside". The guys in Service at Westside estimated ~$350 and about 7 -10 days (because the shop was pretty busy). Well ----> 4 days later I got a call that the ski was done and they only charged me $210!!! They could have charged what they estimated, but their honesty and integrity did not allow them!!!! I will never take another bike or quad or ski anywhere else. They have my loyalty. Great work.

Our experience at Westside has been nothing short of exceptional. Every time we arrive at the store we are greeted warmly by John and Sandy Yarno. They are truly committed to customer satisfaction and service, We always receive "above and beyond" customer service from Kevin, Mercedes and Hope in Parts. Kevin is always so friendly and professional and has done an absolutely incredible job in meeting our riding apparel needs. Great Bikes, Great People, Great Place!

It really is a shame that your dealership not only stopped selling Ducati, but also stopped servicing Ducati. I have gone to you for the past 4 years, you have sent your trailer over to pick up my bike for service. Now without notice, you cannot work on them anymore. I understand the market isn't as high for those types of bikes in this area, but what are your customers supposed to do? The solution is NOT "try Seattle".

The staff is always very helpful. The instructors at the school made the course very fun while still being educational. They even made my 15 and 1/2 year old daughter feel comfortable learning how to ride. Neither of us had ever been on a bike before.

Went to Spokane to pick up a new Ducati from the auction and ended up stopping here on the way back home and it was well worth it. Nate ended up talking and helping us, told me things about my Streetfighter S I didn't even know about yet like all the modifications on the bike. Very knowledgeable and great workers here. The showroom is very clean and nicely setup. Would recommend stopping by and checking the place out!

I have a 2009 Ski doo Summit 800R w/163 track tha...

I have a 2009 Ski doo Summit 800R w/163 track that I took to this shop to diagnose an overheating problem. I am a mechanically inclined person and have done a lot of my automotive service work over the years. I had too many projects on my plate and not enough time and I m new to snowmobiling so I left sled in the hands of this shop.

This is the first experience I had with this shop. Doing business here is similar to going to a new car dealership to have your car serviced. Initially my first impression caused me a bit of nervousness.

They diagnosed my sled thoroughly and contacted with the news. I have to admit the news was not good but the way they handled it really impressed me. They invited me into the shop and showed me firsthand the problems with my engine and a couple of other things they found. I was most impressed with the level of candor, honesty and competence in the people I dealt with.

They gave me repair choices with cost options for each and I chose the option that made the most sense for the long-haul because I plan to keep this sled for awhile. I was provided with an estimate and kept informed through the process. Kevin Braun, the assigned Service Adviser was friendly, energetic and knowledgeable throughout the process.

The mechanic that worked on my sled was Mark Cunningham. I was able to speak with him personally and asked questions about my sled. I learned he has 28 years of experience working on power sports equipment. He is one of the shop foreman and after meeting him I knew I was in good hands. I was able ask all the questions I wanted to and the knowledge was shared freely. I learned things about servicing and maintaining my sled in the future that will save me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time in the future.

I believe if you use this shop and you re not as mechanically knowledgeable as I am you will still be treated honestly. They will tell you what is wrong and give you options. Don t expect it to be cheap. Getting this equipment repaired is similar to getting a car fixed. You ll spend a good sum of money to get it right. This shop is not going to cut corners or try to pull the wool over your eyes. They will get it right and you will be in good hands. I would be completely comfortable using this shop again and again if I needed it. They are to be commended for their honesty, integrity and competence.

Customer Service After The Sale, HORRIBLE!

Purchased two new atv's in which that experience was as any can be expected when dealing with salesmen.

Here is my rant! Purchased a plow package for one of the atv's which had to be ordered. 4 business days after the sale, I called to get a status on the order and a possible delivery date, I was not hung up on once or twice, but four times. I was so frustrated, I took time off from work and drove to the dealership. When I asked the same salesman what the status of my order was, he looked shocked. After he looked into it, he apologized and said it had not been ordered, but they would get right on it. Makes me wonder how long it would have been, had I not placed my inquiry.
My second rant: When we made the deal the salesman stated to bring the machines back in after the manufacturers recommended break-in period and they would take care of it, even foot stomped reading the manual to ensure it was accomplished correctly before making the appointment. We put the recommended hours, in accordance with manufactures guidance on the machines and called to make an appointment. This is when I found out that the break-in service was not covered under the original agreement, because he didn't write it down. But he would gladly make an appointment for me at $368 per machine to get them taken care of. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere and I will ensure all of my outdoor enthusiast friends go elsewhere.

BTW: two weeks after the sale, still no plow package, phone call for a follow-up or anything......BUYER BEWARE!

I ride a BMW GSA 1200 felt a small vibration so pulled in to have a mechanic check it out. After diagnostic had been done I needed a drive shaft. I was stuck waiting on parts. The staff and management went far and above making sure I got to a motel and loaned me a bike to get around. If I lived in the area they would be my first choice of motorcycle shop. They got me going and I made it home. They were great!

Started out as a -57 stars with a rude staff member who didn't answer any questions, come to find out it wasnt really her fault, there was a glitch in the system and the bike I wanted wasn't in the computer. I posted a rant on their fb page saying they lost a customer, and the GM promptly called me and made it right. With a bad taste in my mouth, I gave them one more shot, and was completely blown away by all the staff members, and got an apology to boot. Rode home on a brand new z650 today! No pushy sales, not even one attempt at an upsell. I will definately be recommending my friends to this place! Hard to find a place these days who care about their customers like they do here.

Shout out to mr. Jones, Charlie Wickward, and Rich Elmore.

Disappointed that purchased a helmet, returned the next day hoping to simply be able and return it towards a more expensive helmet, and they refused.

What kind of store does this ?

I will say that the fellow who helped me pick out my second (more expensive) helmet was very helpful. I wear hearing aids, and he took a great deal of time to help me figure out a helmet that I can now wear and leave my aids in.

Took my KLR in for service , Sydney Ahlf was the assistant service manager handling my work. Jonathan Oey was the Tech. Working on my bike.
I always felt like they were knowledgeable and professional.
I'm a new again rider after a while off from riding, in addition I'm new to the spokane area. And really was apprehensive about finding a shop that I felt I could trust.
At the end of my experiance I was highly satisfied with how they handled my extensive service needs.
Very good service team in my opinion and I recommend them and will use them again.

Our new rzr threw a code and went into limp mode. Called to see if they could run the code for us they said come on down we can take a look. Drove all the way from the Newport highway once we get there they tell us that they don't have time but can look into it next week. All we needed was the code cleared we already knew what the problem was. What a huge waste of time and gas. Don't waste your time with service here they will tell you one thing but do the complete opposite.

The family and I bought two new dirt bikes and a Polaris side by side this afternoon and if I were to say that this business is phenomenal, it would be an understatement. Our salesman was Cameron and even though he was new to the sales side, he was very courteous and easy to make a connection with. Sandy from Finance was a dream to work with and made everything incredibly simple. Charlie helped the logistics and process and kept everything moving smoothly. Tyler helped in the service department to make sure we got anything extra we might need in the future. The whole team went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

After much confusion, I was able to actually understand what happened today with the jet skis I was going to purchase after speaking with a sales manager that morning. Fortunately for me, the deal fell thru with the buyers and I was next in line to purchase the jet skis. The second time around, I was treated politely and professionally by salesman griffin and sales manager Charlie, both great guys and very friendly. My overall experience at Westside was a lot better the second time around.

BRC Course with Dave and Chuck was freaking AWESOME!!! They are very engaging and adamant about your safety and progressing your skills. Super cool staff and a great way to spend a weekend.
