Customer Service After The Sale, HORRIBLE!

Purchased two new atv's in which that experience was as any can be expected when dealing with salesmen.

Here is my rant! Purchased a plow package for one of the atv's which had to be ordered. 4 business days after the sale, I called to get a status on the order and a possible delivery date, I was not hung up on once or twice, but four times. I was so frustrated, I took time off from work and drove to the dealership. When I asked the same salesman what the status of my order was, he looked shocked. After he looked into it, he apologized and said it had not been ordered, but they would get right on it. Makes me wonder how long it would have been, had I not placed my inquiry.
My second rant: When we made the deal the salesman stated to bring the machines back in after the manufacturers recommended break-in period and they would take care of it, even foot stomped reading the manual to ensure it was accomplished correctly before making the appointment. We put the recommended hours, in accordance with manufactures guidance on the machines and called to make an appointment. This is when I found out that the break-in service was not covered under the original agreement, because he didn't write it down. But he would gladly make an appointment for me at $368 per machine to get them taken care of. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere and I will ensure all of my outdoor enthusiast friends go elsewhere.

BTW: two weeks after the sale, still no plow package, phone call for a follow-up or anything......BUYER BEWARE!
