Thanks to the team at Westpoint Star for all your help today. I have never experienced such quality service from a dealership before. You all made me feel so welcome and attended to, even despite all of the silly questions I asked (..and of which I apologise for!).
Even the coffee was good! Thanks again guys (and girls)- I am one very happy lady!

Vroom vroom. Fantastic cars, the salesman was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Was able to test drive a car straight away that day. The staff were helpful and not pushy throughout the whole experience. Thoroughly recommended. The after sales support available is amazing. They go the extra mile because they want your return business not just as much as they can get from you on the one sale.

Bought a car within an hour upon entering the show...

Bought a car within an hour upon entering the showroom. Was treated exceptionally well. Way beyond expectations and we were extremely impressed not just by the car, but also by their hospitality and service. If there's opportunity, enough said, will definitely return without any hesitation.

I wish I had the option of no stars because this is what this dealership is. I have lived in many countries but to face racism in Western Australia in a Mercedes showroom was just something I would have not imagined. This place is disgusting and so are the people I met. I don t know how much impact reviews make but I sure will spread the word around to my friends and hopefully it will have some repurcursions.

Bought a few cars from James and his team and always been amazing to deal with and with their follow up. Even when I could not take a car on delivery they were fantastic and helped me so much. Service always above and beyond and would always go back.

This isn't against Westpoint but at Mercedes-Benz.

LEMON: Bought new 2014 C200. 115,000kms later and just out of warranty the camshaft goes. Car is now worthless unless repaired. Cost of repairs $10,000.

Mercedes-Benz Australia washed their hands of the issue as it was just out of warranty. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!

Diesel Motor's advice, take it up with the ACCC.

This car was looked after, serviced as per the service book. Camshafts are a common fault and Mercedes=Benz know it.

Not the cars they use to be, look good but poorly engineered. Better options out there. Google John Cadogan, to find out more about Mercedes-Benz.

I would rate 0, but 1 star is the lowest you can go.
After 5 attempts of contacting the service desk since Friday (on day 6 now) I haven t got past reception, I seem to get put on hold for at least 10/15 minutes and then hung up on or reception say I will leave him a message to call you back which never happens. I have a urgent recall on a airbag and wanted to book a service too. Customer service is absolutely pathetic, couldn t even call it service.

I cant believe how good they all were compared to Diesel Motors. If you buying a car look for sales person called Hsu Yi, Service team - Gavin and Richard were amazing and efficient.

Will always come back to this kind of service and product from them.

Visited on Friday 7th November as a friend and I are both purchasing new cars. We both have different models in mind so wanted to view the cars and understand more about them. The guy helping us was so disinterested and unhelpful. He was just rushing us and just appeared to want to be anywhere but with us. Even would respond to us advising the particular features in the car we were interested in, that it was in excess of XX cost - as if it was unrealistic for us. Very disappointing. Thanks for making it easier for us to go elsewhere.

I've serviced my car today and the customer service of the Service Adviser Marco is the best service I received from a Service Adviser, professional, very accommodating and most importantly honest, I would say his customer service is above and beyond the expectations, overall the service center is one of the best in Perth, the parts and labor reasonably priced also.

Beware before proceeding here !!

In June this year I ordered a new vehicle and paid a $5K deposit. 3 weeks later I was told the car (incl Distronic feature) was unavailable in 2019 !
Another car was finally ordered in July for delivery Mid September. I constantly had to chase for updates on delivery only to find out about delays in production with bonnet dents, then the ship was late leaving. Once the ship had left it took them 4 days and me following up to find out that arrival in port was 25th OCT and delivery 8th Nov. NOT HAPPY. After expressing dissatisfaction I was offered a loan car in a weeks time. As arranged I attended the dealership for the loan car at 4pm on a Friday. The sales rep was 'busy' and I waited 1 hour 15 mins before finally blowing my stack and walking out. My purchase contract is now cancelled and my third Mercedes purchase will no longer proceed and neither will any other from this shambolic brand. Proceed with caution.

My experience at this dealership was the worst. They re (the salesmen I dealt with) racist and disrespectful. Special mention to Mathew Millburn. He was extremely inhospitable and disinterested from the beginning. He showed us cars which didn t fit our requirements and had a condescending tone in his interactions. When we finally settled on a car and wanted to test drive it, we were asked to pay $5000 in deposit. Although we have test driven other cars and knew that this was absolutely uncalled for, we agreed to pay and talk to the manager. Sam Hodges, the dealership principal was worse than his subordinates. Even before trying to understand what we needed, he asked us to leave the dealership and that we wouldn t be served. He name - called us and was inhumanely disrespectful. We will never return to this dealership

Be careful when buying a used car from them!!! Make sure to inspect it thoroughly before buying the car and don t trust them with what they say. Bought a 2016 Merc C200 with around 20,000kms on it and I was not told that the car was used previously by a RENTAL COMPANY which I found out later. When I talked to the Dealer Principal he said they only have to inform us if it s used as a Taxi. I didn t notice the crack on the touch track pad during inspection and noticed it on delivery and they say it s a cosmetic damage and they can t replace it, few weeks later the crack increased and blamed me for the damage (No signs of any physical tamper on the trackpad)

The used cars also don t get inspected thoroughly for my experience as During collection, I noticed the doors speaker cover was broken and it didn t have baby seat lock cover at the back seat which they rectified immediately, then as driving home, on the freeway I get a warning that the bonnet is open and had to stop in the emergency lane to check, I could also feel slight vibrations when braking and a really bad foul smell when I turned on the air-conditioning. The car doesn t even have an original Windscreen and also shows the car bumper was resprayed meaning the car could have had an Accident previously which I wasn t told. The car wasn t even cleaned thoroughly as I found used tissue papers and old bills back of the car seat pocket. The answer I get cause of all this problem is that I have to understand it s a used car .

Keeping in mind that it s a 2016 model and having this many problems shows how the car was used previously and the frustration of that I was not told it was been used as a rental car hire previously.

A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT FROM THIS MERCEDES DEALERSHIP!!

Please read this if you dont want to make a big mistake when you buy a car.
I got 2 cars from Mercedes in Osborne Park.
1 is GLE 250 and the other is E300 Cabriolet.
I ordered both cars early in Jan 2018 and
got the GLE in the Jan.
But the E300 arrived on the 20th of October 2018. So it tooks about 10 months to receive the E300.
After signed on contract and delivery,
I drove the car for 5 day to pick up my kids from school only and the E300 suddenly stopped on the road.
I was lucky to notified the problem earlier and moving strangely and drove aside so I had no car accident.
I sent the car to Mercedes workshop in Osborne Park for repair.
The sales manager of the shop said the problem was from valve body.
Later on the car got delivered to me by one of his man. There was no manager , no dealer principal. The guy passed to me the car key and gone. The repair took 8 days to be delivered.
So the problems is
long and long waiting. when I order the car they told me it will take approximately 3 months, later on change to 6 months and then end up to total 10 months.
Secondly, The $130,000.00 of E300 Cabiriolet 2018 new version was stopped on road after 5 days driving and the sales man texted to me and told me was the valve body problem of my brand new car.
The sales man send me a texted below:
"this situation although it is disappointing is not unusual for a brand new car."
Everybody should know that stopping on the road by part fault for brand new Mercedes E300 is not unusual.
I asked the manager for total of 5 years warranty instead for 3 years for compensation. and they txted below :
"Hi Kevin as per our conversation Mercedes Benz have Informed as there is no existing issue with your vehicle a extension of the factory warranty is not warranted. Kind regards "
"As mentioned the service is a gesture from the dealership in relation to your initial delay and subsequent fault which has now been rectified.
We will not be refunding as there is no issue with the vehicle. "

Be careful buying car there.
If you want to buy Mercedes, ask them If you can sign on the contract after 1 weeks driving as maybe your car will stopped on road by part faulty. If you signed on the contract they dont look after you anymore.
The flowing is the last massage I ve got, sent from the manager.

"Kevin the dealership has met all requirements in regards to your vehicle and as you are aware there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. Is this correct.
I am happy to talk in person if you wish."
I called him back the day after and he never answered my calls or contact me back.

There is No professional service at all.
Still nobody contact me back.
After buying a phone or any other products, if there are product fault, most company accept refund or replace but the Mercedes doesnt.
I'm contacting lawyer and local community for this problem.

Hello Manager of Mercedes in Osborne Park,
I will not contact you any more.
I will not ask you the 5 years warranty
I will not ask you the 3 years free service inc useless rubber mats.
I'm not a beggar. But you are treated me like a beggar.
I spent $300,000.00 for 2 cars.
If anyone wants to be treated like me, you buy the car from the Mercedes in Osborne Park.

Well, my 2017 E400 Coupe has been causing me nothing but issues since taking ownership of it as a new/demonstrater vehicle, that the service department for my dealer either takes several attempts to resolve or still can't resolve. Including bluetooth interface issues, ongoing suspension problems, unexpected cabin noises; all reeking of a poor quality product. Of those faults, the squeaking coming from the suspension/running gear seem to be the worst.

Since taking ownership, there has been a varying level of high pitch squeaking coming from the car, I've had the vehicle back to the service centre numerous times with no resolution.
I'm taking it in today again to see if they can offer me solution.

So far they have, swapped the rear suspension from left to right, to identify where the noise was coming from, which resulted in them swapping the right suspension. The noise persisted and has moved to the front now as well as the back.

Various other trouble shooting options have been explored including removing and refitting the tyres, glaceing the brakes, etc. But still the issue remains.

Obviously, as a consumer in Australia, you are covered by certain consumer protection laws which relate to provision of products being 'fit for purpose and operating as expected. I'm seeking a resolution from Mercedes Australia, before I look at the options that are open to me.

Hsu Yi Tan is definitely a good sales. He introduce the AMG culture to me a lot and even let me drive the AMG C43 for a whole day! I am grateful for what he did! If you are looking for a AMG, just find him! He is the best person who can lead you into the AMG world!

Great Service from the Team (Special mention for Zane Ford, a wonderful human being!). One point for improvement is that I booked online and received both confirmation call and email, yet when I arrived for the drive test it looked like I was not scheduled. It took a little longer to prove that I actually booked( I had to show the phone call and email). Looking forward to buy my C Class ASAP.

Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-Benz Australia- I went car shopping today and one of the cars on my list was the CLA. But the whole experience from the time I stepped into your showroom has been extremely disappointing. I was asked for a $5000 deposit just to test drive a car by 2 sales men, one of their names being Matthew Millburn. I asked for their manager to which I was told that he's on annual leave.When we challenged the deposit, the sales manager Sam Hodges comes out & claims that he owns the place and asked us to leave without even asking what the problem was!!! Also called us "grubs" and used hand gestures that was very humiliating.
This place is an Absolute disgrace!!!

Called in today with a problem with the key fob on the wife s Merc. Greeted by Duncan. I explained the situation and he beconed me inside, sat me down and offered me a coffee. Then he gathered a bunch of other team members and worked on the issue. I thought to myself........mmmmm how much is all this going to cost? Problem sorted and I asked how much I owed, the answer was: Merry Christmas mate, drive carefully. I walked out of there a happy man and will surely buy another car from these guys in the future. That s how you do customer service! Are you reading this VW??

I recently purchased a X-Class ute from Westpoint Star, Osborne Park. the model was a Power and at the time of ordering I had extra options to be fitted. Unkown to me at the time the ute salesman that i was directed to (Andre Zadnik) just happened to be THE man of knowledge when it came to these utes. Prior to a test drive I had a comprehensive briefing on all the ins and outs of the ute, and all my questions were answered in a clear and understandable manner. Andre is a "no spin" man and this gave me a comfortable feeling that I was getting the fairest of deals. I signed up and as I was having additional options fitted to the ute, delivery was several weeks out, and in this time Andre contacted me weekly as to just where we were at re make/delivery. Time of delivery was just as professional. The ute was literally unveiled on the shop floor, staff applauded etc etc. The ute looked brilliant and was detailed to perfection. The entire experience - from first walking in the doors to driving the ute out the doors - can only be described as "the experience of a lifetime" when it comes to buying your dream ute. No problems, no hassles, just pure professionalism. to you Andre - you made it easy. well done.

Parts for a CLS350 ordered based on a personalised number plate formerly attached to a previous model Mercedes S320 - NOT based on the VIN number of the current vehicle!!! Wrong parts arrived from Germany and delivered to the repairer after waiting many weeks. Correct parts were then re-ordered from Singapore and shipped to Perth via Melbourne. Parts were NOT delivered to the repairer - still sitting on the floor until I contacted them personally. Get your act together Westpoint - far from impressed!!

Just a quick shout to anyone looking at a New Mercedes, Westpoint Star is the place to go. For the best service make sure you deal with Valiant. We have just taken delivery of the New GLE 300D which we absolutely love! The service we received was unbeatable, nothing was too much trouble, no pressure at any point and Valiant took the time to go through the car from top to bottom on delivery to make sure we were full bottle on everything. Cannot recommend the dealership and Valiant enough. Also a big thanks to Stuart in finance who helped organise us a great deal on insurance. Thanks again guys for the great service and fantastic deal. Hopefully be seeing you guys soon for the new CLA.

Excellent in Pre-sale. BUT BUT make sure you check all the T&Cs if you choose to buy insurance direct from them. I entrusted them to do the "right" thing. After all, it is "Mercedes". Customer Service should be No.1. There are lots of missing items in our policy like my wife is not a registered driver in the policy despite her medical association Mercedes. Our Policy consist of only 3 pages (invoice and schedule), no PDS etc. When accident happens, nobody in the office wants to assist us. It's been 72 hours and still waiting for them to response.

I highly recommend that anyone considering buying a new or used car with this dealership reconsider doing business with them! I have been going between both Diesel Motors and Westpoint for several weeks as a genuine buyer, looking forward to buying my very first Mercedes Benz. Here is an overview of my experience. Diesel Motors - the salesman; Allan while he seems like a nice guy, will make you dance through hoops just to get a drive away price on a new car. It took two visits and over 4 hours at the dealership and about 10 emails with Laura (the Business Manager), only to find out they could not make it work at the budget they had promised me. Overall that was a complete waste of time and terrible experience. So I went to Westpoint, as they had a demo version of the car I wanted, so I put in a genuine offer over the phone, subject to finance and inspecting the car in person, the offer was accepted and quickly a $2,000 deposit was charged to my credit card. 48 hours later, I was going through personal issues relating to my wife and finances which mean't I couldn't follow through with inspecting or obtaining finance to purchase the car and I kindly advised the salesman Dennis of my problem and advised him I could not proceed and would look to purchase a car again in a few week/months time when things were sorted out. It has been 8 business days and both Dennis and Alex (the Business Manager) at Weststar have ignored my emails and refuse to refund my credit card the deposit. I did advise them that I did not sign a contract to purchase nor has anything been agreed to in my formal legal name but yet they are being persistent to hold a mere $2,000. I find this behavior very unprofessional, especially for a brand like Mercedes Benz. Now I'm completely turned off from ever buying, in what I thought was a premium luxury brand car. So to anyone considering dealing with either dealership, I strongly recommend considering another manufacturer, at least they might want to build a lasting relationship with you.

Popped in only have a look at pre-owned. I was quite nervous because dealerships tend to have a very 'seagull on attack mode' type of vibe. NOPE not this one! Westpoint was very friendly and accommodating, lovely staff that don't look down on you at all. Hopefully when i sort out my financials at the end of the year i can purchase a merc. Special thanks to the lovely young fella Jackson. =)

we would like to personally say thank you to Alara Syson for the excellent service she provided to us.
She made our first purchase so nice and easy and her sales skills are exceptional , not to mention how polite and lovely person she is.
Hence we came back for another purchase within a week which was almost done over the phone.
Also we really appreciate her follow up after the sales, which is a big plus for us.

Thank you all again for making us a happy customer and we will surely come back again in the future for another enjoyable experience
