Don't find a female business manager whose name starts with M to do finance! ! ! ! Finance done one month in advance. Confirmed repeatedly during the period, indicating that there is no problem. Asked again three days before picking up the car and informed that the documents were missing. Picking up the car was delayed for a week.

Would have to have been the best stress free purchase of a vehicle that I have had in 50 years of car ownership. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle

Took the work car for a service. They always have a friendly reception and a service that I trust. The complimentary things like coffee, groom and Lollies adds to the experience.

Bought a 2018 Landcruiser LFE669 for $128999 with some modifications. Mags and Tyres were WRONG (As pictures sent to them were different from what they installed). We weren't happy with the Tyres FITTED by Mags and Turbo as their was a bigger gap between two sides. DVD covers should have been LEATHER finish were BASICS. Big Lie on the Service Plan as advised will come with SERVICE PLAN, Now they so it DOESN'T. I won't reccomend buying from out of TOWN as I'm DISAPPOINTED. Certainly NOT TRUSTWORTHY.I'll always buy LOCAL next time . Not Impressed as have to pay EXTRA on top of what I paid even after paying TOP DOLLARS

Brought in our car with some problems. Part had to be ordered and would arrive next day. Sadly didn t arrive next day and would be done at Monday after the weekend. After calling numerous times the part had arrived late. They fixed it but then they told us they were waiting for us as it was closing time.
Unbelievable how you can get treated. Just because we don t have the newest car...
Next day the bill crazy amount of money and we still had to keep the car in check because the problem was not solved entirely.
Also if you want something out of your car be prepared to have someone stand next to you all the time just to make sure you don t take anything!

Bought my new Highlander from Michelle Dampier and the team from Miles Toyota and it was the dream purchase! Michelle was an absolute gem, had the paperwork completed in 24 hours and the car by the end of the week, with a new towbar, just amazing!! An absolute pleasure, as it should be when you deal with reputable company like Miles :)

bought 2x cars there, had a few problems with their maintenance team for a few weeks on the first car.

Has a good selection of cars and friendly sales reps. If you are looking at getting a Toyota have a look there.

Service from the girls at the front desk is what makes this place.
Being a customer who had to return a vehicle a few times for the same repair to be rectified the front office staff handled the job accordingly well done.
Toyota really needs to look at a bigger drop off point as the cars get congested in the small car park provided.

After my first poor review I have had a meeting with management with a good result so am much happier with the outcome now and very pleased with the Fortuner.

I expected them to be able to sort my Toyota out.
Not impressed!
After waiting an hour I had to go for a drive and show them what the problem was - then i get charged $100 incl. extras I didn't want and no closer to sorting the problem out.
Bloody expensive coffee if u ask me!

Would recommend looking at other yards before visiting this one. Sales staff hard to deal with, zero aftersales support. Purchased a car that was simply not suitable for carrying my bikes - was mentioned when purchasing that was into riding etc. Car not suitable to get towbar fitted, roof too thin for SeaSucker roof racks. Ended up dealing with another Christchurch yard to get sorted. At least they return calls etc.

Highly disappointing the service from this Toyota Dealer and love the CEO's response to an email not really caring. Well for me it's the last toyota I will purchase, happy I went to Christchurch Mitsubishi and that team sorted me in a nice Outlander PHEV.

If you like to have your hand held while being ripped off, this is the place! I sent my vehicle to Miles because I wante the best advice. I believed if i paid good money, that is what i would get. What a shambles! They came up with a $2,900 bill before telling me it would require a further $15,000 to fix my problem. I paid 140 or so an hour for them to clock up nearly 3 grand before telling me it was a major. Dissapointed does not begin to describe how i felt. I have now had a $19,000 quote from miles completed by Kaiapoi Repowers for $11,500.
Every time i called the phone was answered by someone who knew what was happening. And for this kind of money that is what i would expect.
Maybe they are great when you buy something new. But if you have issue and believe these guys will diagnose promptly, think twice. Total waste of time and money. I am too busy to go chasing after second rate repairers like this. As for their service team. Miss Camile who called to enquire why i was not happy failed to get back to me within around a mo th now, resulting in this review. 1 star is more that they deserve!

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and care received from Miles Toyota, notably Tim ten Hove. I helped my daughter purchase a vehicle last week from across the Tasman in Melbourne and was fortunate enough to spot a car at Miles that fitted the bill for her in Christchurch.
Tim did everything he could to ensure that the sale was easy and my daughter was looked after 100%. We are very happy with the car and feel like she will be well looked after in the future if there are ever any problems. Well done team! Not often we get such amazing customer care!!!
Full marks from us and will be actively recommending people to you!!!

This is the 3rd time I have been in here and sales people look at me, wanted to buy a V6 camry, 1st time no one contacted me and recent visit yesterday same again just looked at me walking around, I have now bought 5 new hondas in the time I made my first visit

We were about to purchase a car when I saw the pricing on the vehicle, once I went to test drive it and was about to purchase it. They told us that the pricing was wrong and they wasted our time.

Overall good experience.. Not enough staff on customer service so was left waiting a while.

Went to take my Toyota Camry in for it's first service (since I've owned it) and I couldn't praise this place more. Polite friendly staff, a beautiful large showroom and plenty of cars to look at. I got a 2019 Toyota Corolla hybrid as my loan car and I can say I've never had such a great car on loan before. The service went great and I even enjoyed talking to a staff member who showed me the latest Toyota Camry hybrid (which is the car I'd like to upgrade to one day) afterwards. I'll be getting all my services done here from now on and be getting a new car here on day too.
