Took my wife's truck in to have transmission filter and oil changed. Asked before they started to make sure they had parts. When they were done I asked where the filter was on the receipt. They said they did not change it. I asked for it to be changed, I wanted it changed, and it was not changed. Not happy with service department.

Andrew did an excellent job. He listened to what we had planned, explained our options and talked through it with us. He was able to answer all our questions, and at the end of the day, we went home very happy with the experience and the purchase. Looking forward to future dealing with him. Thanks!

Peter was a pleasure to work with. We told him what we wanted and if he could get us in and out ASAP and numbers right we would be going home with the Car we chose. He did everything to get us in and out quickly and make sure we were happy. We even took a photo with him. I got flowers I think because it was the day after Valentines and my husband got a hat with the car to take home!!

Had oil changed on my truck and when I got home oil was dripping on my garage floor. Looked underneath and oil was all over the undercarriage. Tire sensor light was not corrected. Took 1 1/2 hrs. To do routine service. Will not be back.

Car dealership, pretty normal for what you would expect

So in 2017 my mom took her mustang in because it had a noise in the rear end. They had the car for 4 hours. I had told them it was the sway bar probably endlinks. So we went to get the car and after hunting down the service guy Jagger or something like that. He acts all upset about having to say what They found. He said they couldn't find anything wrong and the noise was something in the trunk (A FLASHLIGHT) . Flash forward 3 weeks ago took the car to Landmark Ford in Springfield. New sway bar service guy said man that was stupid obvious all he did was touch it and it made the noise. So Westown sucks, make the trip to Springfield. Want to give them Zero stars.

I had the best experience from start to finish, I was apprehensive because it was my first time buying on my own in over 20 years. Wes was amazing! He is so down to earth and understanding! Pam was very good as well, explaining every part of the paperwork!

We just bought a 2014 Hyundai Veloster our salesman Joe was great so was the finance lady, BUT they changed the oil and never changed the filthy air filter or the cabin air filter which looked like it was from 2014.

Very low pressure salesman, there to answer questions and help, but no pushy sales tactics. Rick was a pleasure to deal with. We definitely recommend the staff and service. Thank you!

Customer service after the sale is horrible. Bought $20,000 van and noticed a couple of days later that it had 3 different manufacturer's tires and the 2 that matched were on different axles. They said tire depth was good and vehicle is safe. Nothing they would do. Talk to any mechanic or read any article and the safety is an issue as is wear. Treat you like royalty until the paper is signed, after that, "oh well". Wasn't that way 10 years ago. Zero recommendation from this family.

David was great and worked so hard getting the deal done for us. He isnt just a salesman he truly cares about the customer and their needs. I will continue to buy my cars from him. I wont go anywhere else.

Arrived early for an oil change & filters. Attendant was very nice. Waiting area had a tv, fresh fruit & cold water & coffee. You can meet really awesome people living in & around your area. Wait time was minimal. Service was great too.Very friendly overall.

Always acceptable in my past experiences. Try to come early, set an appointment ahead of time. Nice staff, I have never had a problem with them in the past.

I previously went in here and was upside down on my vehicle, so they could not help me. After paying the negative equity to the bank, and no longer having negative equity, plus money down for a trade in they did not even want to listen to me. I got a call from Kevin saying " I told you last time you're upside down, I'm not helping you, I'm not pursuing this" after trying to tell him I payed the negative equity since last time he told me he didn't want to help me and that I can go somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Purchased a car and first month we had it .. it started to shimmy and shudder . There was a recall on this specific car that we weren't even told about. I called and asked to do a trade in for a cheaper vehicle we found we liked and they asked for another $2000 for down payment. I am completely not happy with this . Stuck paying for a car that has all sorts of problems for next five years .

My daughter bought her first car here Wade was awesome customer service...or so we thought. She had her car 2.5 months and something is wrong with transmission. She took it in...she has zero warranty on this car. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from here. The definitely took advantage of a young girl buying her first car.

Joe I was my salesman. I found the car i was looking for online at a really nice price, but live 30 mins from the dealer.

I messaged the dealer, and got everything preapproved over the phone. Then went in and test drove and bought the car!

It was a little disorganized, but the sale went smoothly. I even noticed the tire of the car i was buying had a safety concern, and they replaced it before i signed the papers at no charge!

Very easy process, and they even delivered the car 30 minutes away for me!

I'm from Bourbon Missouri almost 3 hours from dealership but I can say my experience with all of these guys was wonderful! My deal on my vehicle started via text and carried on to phone conversation and ended with delivery of my car on my side of the river.
