Wade worked hard to meet my request. He communicated daily without being pushy. He listened to me and found great options. We test drove the vehicle, he explained the options, listened to my wife and my concerns, got the answers He presented us with a deal close to what I wanted. When we explained our thoughts, he and sales manager came to an agreement that was fair for all. Brad did a great job in F & I to secure the options we wanted. No fuss, no muss. From test drive to delivery in less than 2 hours. Thank you. And thank you for supporting FCA and our girls All Star game.

Peter was the very best salesman we have ever dealt with. Everyone was so friendly and welcomeing and ready to help us with every question we had. I would highly recommend Westown to anyone looking for a new or preowned car.

I've only had experience with the service department and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The service reps are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot schedule an oil change, they do them on a first come first served basis.

We met Wade a few weeks ago when we tried out another automobile. We did not make a deal on that car. Wade never seemed upset when we gave him our decision. Tuesday, Jan. 28, we drove another car and when we decided that this was the one that we wanted, Wade was so helpful during the entire transaction. We certainly appreciated his friendly, but professional demeanor before, during, and after the sale.
We also appreciated the finance man, Brad Reese during that stage of the purchase. Westown Ford should be proud of the way these two men transact the business of purchasing a different car. We now feel that we have made new friends in Jacksonville.

bought a used Chevrolet Equinox from Wade & Peter a week ago & very happy with the service we received from both of them & Brad when we signed the papers. Treated us well!

8/13/19 Got a birthday note from Peter a couple weeks back. 1st contact since we were in for an oil change in January. Too good to be true seems to fit well here. When we purchased the Equinox last September, we were told 1st oil change free, then every 5th free. Plus, other oil changes would run approximately $20. That was a huge selling point for us. In January, we found out differently. Because our vehicle is a Chevrolet & not a Ford & it uses full synthetic oil, it will be approximately $80 per oil change.
Wade said he would check into it for us. Did not call us, we called him back a week later. Only to learn he couldn't do anything for us. Sent a letter to the dealer/gm, Nick Xamis...to date we have not received any reply.

Great customer service, I had a recall issue on my service van holding me up from my customers, they had me drop it off on Friday, it was done Monday morning. These guys are the best, I'll drive from Springfield to Jacksonville just to have them work on my vehicles!

Extremely pleased with the way my purchase was handled. I asked for information via email. It was sent quickly (another dealer I had been dealing with called immediately, claiming that he didn't notice that I had asked to be contacted via email only). Was able to do all the paperwork electronically prior to getting the car. They even delivered it. The paperwork then took less than 5 minutes. No high pressure, a fair price, and no surprises. Everyone I dealt with connected to the dealership was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely buy from them again.

My wife and I, and other family members, have purchased several vehicles from the dealership over the last few years. As noted in the description of the dealership, NIck Xamis has always given back generously to the community. Their sales, service and office staff are well trained and make every effort to answer your questions and satisfy your needs. I have primarily dealt with Jim Birdsell, Joe Inendino, Brad Reese and Brad Baptist, the Service Manager. All were and are ready to assist you in any way possible. They always make a genuine effort to get you into the vehicle you desire. We are very satisfied and happy with our experiences at Westown Ford-Lincoln.

Service manager recommended new windshield wiper blades which I had them install. First rain I used them and one broke. Was out of town so had them replaced. Next service told dealer what happened and requested refund or credit. After a while service manager said work is complete and I asked what they decided on blades. He said they put new ones on under warranty. I said the ones they took off were new. I asked that he put my new blades back on and issue credit or refund. He said he could only put my new blades back on and no refund. It was the level of service that brought me to the dealership where I bought a new vehicle and it will be the level of service that moves me to a better dealership for my next purchase.

Pam in finance is great and I must say likely one of the best finance managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Honest salesman/women are hard to find anymore in this industry but Andrew is top tier. The sales manager is a cool guy and great as well. Truly a great experience

Called to make appointment for oil change for my elderly mother. They do not offer appointments, but offered an app for smart phone to get in line to save time. Like an 80 year old needs that BS! So I stopped by personally for an oil change and they said it would be a 2 hour wait. This service department also waited until her car was out of warranty before they chose to address a Freon Leak which ended up costing over $800.00 out of her own pocket to repair.

I don't really care for Westown Ford they did me a bad deal a few years ago they took my car over to Pana and I just bought the car from them to get some a warranty work done and I had to pay to use it another car while they had it over there since they couldn't fix it here then they sent a guy over to get it and he drove back through a hail storm and caused $1,800 worth of damage Westtown said they would pay my deductible well at that time I didn't have any deductable so they didn't pay anything they tried to screw me out of getting it fixed so I my insurance company fixed it and then they sued Westown Ford for the money I'll never shop there again

I just bought a car from Westown and I cannot say enough good things about Peter - he was amazing! No pressure, very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very fun to work with too, and always available when I called with questions. The car was a great value and the dealership has a reputation for standing behind their warranties. I felt like a valued customer - they even threw in a beautiful bouquet of roses as a thank you for my purchase. I definitely recommend Westown Auto, and if you go there ask for Peter.
