BASES Rajdhani No Current or No Power Supply customer service is very good. They solved my Issue with in half an hour after Registering complaint. I really appreciate their service. WhatsApp service is hassle free.
Estimated bills send to consumers less than 200 units @ 2500 not only one month but continue sent the double amount invoice 380 units bill @4900!??

The place is good for employees, at least for non-management services and staff.
The place is kept clean and grievances are also resolved here, for BRPL related issues.
The mobile app needs to be updated to be more consumer friendly. However the customer care service is excellent.

8) Ease to take temporary connection for marriage's and parties (say no to diesel gensets it cause pollution)

I worked in this company before, the working environment is good. the office is spacious Unstressful working life there is no burden of work, and if you are a family person(married) then this company is good for you. The only cons point is learning is limited. Overall is good to be part of this organization.
Worst service.i called them many times but no response same questions asked by them but no resolution. I was told by their senior I will get call from line man but I didn't get any call whole day.i was waiting.its the worst people and service too.lastly I call private electrician to resolve.but no feed back call and no response from their side.
Wish i could give negative rating. Very poor service . Corupt idiots.

We have actually got an opportunity to visit BSES, from were we get to know more about the power dispatch methods, How discoms work and experience the automated SCADA system.The company is good with good employees. Indoor substation 33/11 kv is there and also the power transformers of 20 MVA. Total our experience was good and thanks for the services.
BSES is not able to sent payment acknowledgment after receipt of payment. Why not the payment acknowledgement with receipt no would send in registered email id of customer.

There is massive spike in my electricity bill from past 4+ months (Contract A/C Number: 151535253 ). We have exactly less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges. Many times I complained for this regard, many times i called to customer service for this regards but till now not satisfied & i also visited to the branch of janakpuri but not get exact solution from there & also not satisfied from their service. Pls look into the matter on priority. Otherwise, I will go to legally. your quick response will be highly appreciable

Multiple powercut on daily basis, 14 time called BSES for help. Never got any single solution.
I have call record of my calls with BSES executives that I have made.
I was committed that multiple time that my issue will resolve. Finally I buy one inverter to avoid calling BSES.

very bad service ..only take care about bill not about service ....I think if u r a user of BSES(Taranagar,kakrola) ,u will feel ,u r in village area .They dont know the meaning of capital ..
