Wonderful care provided for my parents, and especially for my mom after my dad passed away.

Most of the people who work here are quality people, but they have some bad ones as well, mostly in management. They don't return calls and stonewall when things don't go their way. Watch your pocketbook!

This place takes good care of my 98 year old aunt, BUT they changed her pharmacy without notifying us or getting permission and spent over $7,000 of her money unnecessarily. I've been working on trying to straighten things out for over 8 months, with very little progress. They don't return calls and so here I am writing this post. Hopefully they'll see it and return my calls. I used to think very highly of this place, but their customer service is horrible.
